They get a "0". I typically LOVE Zaxby's. This location was THE WORST experience!!! We ordered, the cashier charged us for an extra drink (didn't notice until after we paid), this store did not honor military discount (I've eaten at a ton of Zaxby's and this is the only location that did not honor it). Then, we waited over 20+ minutes and still no food. It was not too busy either. Finally, we asked for a refund and the manager went over and started asking the crew in the back what the problem was (no one responded). Then she finally gave me the refund and said nothing! Worst experience and customer service ever!!!! I never post negative reviews, but this one was so bad it needed to be shared. Perhaps job and customer service training may improve the conditions there, but until then, I would not waste your money and valuable time eating there!!! read more

I hadn't been to a Zaxby's in many years. I had remembered it being so much better. Stopped in for a to go order while highway trekking. The bathrooms were fairly clean. Both the copilot and I ordered Big Zax Snak meals. Between the two of us we asked for three sauce packs. We got two. If this was a cost issue, we would've happily paid for the extra, but we were already back in the car by then. The chicken fingers were slightly dry and tasteless. Really seemed like they were missing seasoning or something. The crinkle fries were seriously undercooked. Nobody likes raw potato in the fry. The bread was also very dry and devoid of flavor. read more

Went to the Zaxby's on Cap. Cir. SW this afternoon. After waiting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes, someone came outside to take orders. Got the Zac Snak with Lemon Pepper DRY Rub. By the time I drove the 4 miles back home, the bag was full of lemon pepper oil, (seeped out of the container into the bag) wetting the napkins, receipt, zak sauce, etc. The tenders were dripping with oil, the fries were a mix of fresh and old. I have bought these tenders at the N. Monroe location & they were crispy and lemony. Will NOT be back to the Cap. Cir location. read more

We come to this one as it is closer to our home than the others in town but the food has been lacking as of late. It has become common to get visibly old fries and food that looks, and taste, half prepared. read more

Walked in and drive thru was backed up and had 3 groups in line before me. One was an online order that they screwed up. One order got their food and left. The lady in front of me left without ordering. I got my order in and got my food quick. Until i opened it up. Not my food. Go back to the counter. Hand her my reciept. She hands it to the cook who crumbles it up and throws it in the trash. I get reimbursed at work so he literally threw my money in the trash. I get it back with chicken grease stains on it and god knows what else. While i am back at the counter more orders are screwed up. The lady with the web order has half her food sitting and the other half is going to take another 6 minutes. She is not happy. It wasnt eve... as i am writting this i realized i am missing my cole slaw... jesus... as i was saying, it wasn't even busy! And they are screwing up this bad. I have every right to trash them with a one star, but i am being generous with 2 stars as my food was fresh, tasted good, and the employees still had a decent attitude despite being in such a pit of screw ups. read more

I love this place they have amazing chicken. The chicken is always cooked to perfection the fries are always hot. The thing that I really enjoy the most about this place is that they have a hot sauce that is actually hot and it's super delicious and I always Order it and the ranch I think they make it there at that location, it is really delicious. Let me not even get started on the sweet tea. The sweet tea is on point and it always is sweet not like other places where it's not sweet. read more

Great service and friendly staff. Food was great and fresh. I have an allergy to gluten. Staff accommodated and had cooks change gloves and make the meal separate. Very please with their professionalism. read more

Stay away from this place. Got food poisoning from here from tainted chicken absolutely AVOID!!

This has got to be the worst zaxbys outlet in town, maybe Florida! They are right next to the Hyundai dealership so when getting my car serviced I have tried this place several times, always hoping my last bad experience was just a mistake. No such luck. Every time I have been here the food I was served had obviously been sitting for hours under a heat lamp. The food was tough and had no flavor to speak of. The servers were rude and just did not care, they were no help at all. I would avoid this location like the plague! They really suck, I am totally amazed that they are still in business. This not a one time experience, I tried several times always hoping for better but it just never happened. Do yourself a favor just keep driving and go to someplace else! read more

Not a very friendly team suffer one person They're my fools always cold I had to heat up

I love how friendly they are, they smile and they are very helpful. It's my first time here but they don't give you the face when you are thinking of what to order. The fries are amazing, the chicken salad sandwich was good . We also tried the hot wings tongue torch, it's good as it is. I wish they fry the chicken a tad longer so it has crunch . Overall awesome experience! read more

It's Zaxby's, what's not to love! The wings n' things is always a great choice because you get tenders and 5 wings with fries. The only thing that I would prefer to be better, is the size of the wings; they're very small. read more

I am SO HAPPY that they are building a Zaxby's right next to my house. It will be on Mahan Dr. & Capital Circle NE, next to Walgreens. Thank you Zaxby's. I LOVE YOU! My favorite meal there is the "Chicken Finger Family Plate!" I am so happy, and greatful, and it's small things like these that make my life more joyful. I secretly had wished and prayed for a Zaxby's to be closer to my house, because it is a long drive to go to the Zaxby's on Appalachee Pkwy, but now I can just drive for 3 min, and get my food. Yesss! I am very happy. Thank you for building it so close to me. I know it was pure luck or some kind of miracle :) read more

Zaxbys in general is usually hit or miss so I avoid it when at all possible, but in this case it was the nearest place for a quick salad. The usual rude service was expected and received from the person who acted like I bothered her as she stood behind the building taking orders, but the person who simply stuck her hand out to take my payment media then shoved the card back with bag and no receipt was classic. Now for the "meal" I would be shocked if my cobb salad had been tossed together any later than 4 days ago. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the tomatoes were so old that you could see through them, the microwaved chicken breast was on the verge of moldy. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I was very disappointed in the service tonight. The customer service experience during my takeout order was a little extreme. My cashier was pleasant, but the other cashier was very rude and loud to one of her coworkers. She was calling him slow, retarded, and a patient. That was unnecessary and uncalled for. Just because he didn't understand exactly what she was trying to do to allow a customer to sample some sauce. Her comments were not funny and very unprofessional... I felt bad for the young man.... Team work makes the dream work!!!! read more

I'm a huge fan of regional fast food chains and at first glance of this unfamiliar restaurant I quickly swerved the car towards the next U-turn. There were not that many options but I had to go with the 5-piece chicken tenders and a medium Coke. To my surprise my 5-piece turned into a bonus 6-piece meal. my lucky day, right? You betcha! And if it couldn't get any better, it did!...my medium Coke would have passed for an extra large up North. I drove off in bliss, while eating perfectly crispy chicken strips dunked in the equally delightful Zak's Sauce. read more

Not so great service, ordered a salad and didn't prepare it the way it should and it had a hair in it

We stopped by here on our road trip - the place was empty and very clean. I liked the interior of it but for old was average I mean it's a fast food place after all you can't expect too much. Our cashier was good but didn't make any suggestions - it was our first time here so we didn't know what's good. I would recommend to print the menu a couple of fonts bigger because it's very small and difficult to read. read more

Order wrong, unfriendly, no napkins, masks off the face and nose. No thanks. Should've looked at reviews.

After a 14 minute wait in drive thru, I was told no iced tea, and given hot hot chicken and cold, unseasoned fries. I went inside to find 2 urns of tea on beverage station, so I guess you can only have tea inside. Note-it was 1 1/2 hours until closing. I returned my dinner to a cook, as the 4 girls behind counter never turned around to see a customer, because they only had eyes for someone in kitchen. I now had 3 tiny strips of cold chicken, not the original ones and hot no seasoned hard fries. Oh well. Many other places in town will take your money, so keep on driving by! read more

They are normally on point but today lack of service giving wrong orders and making me this up

Today pulled in o get some food and after waiting 5 minutes at the ordering speaker box with no response pulled up to the window and was ignored as well. Was forced to drive off to another place to eat. Not a good experience. read more

Quick friendly and delicious just what you expect from zaxbys. Clean counter tops and clean bathrooms. New restaurant

This place was gross. Having heard about Zaxby's before we decided to try them while traveling through Florida. We both got the chicken tender meal. Nasty chicken strips, disgusting sauce, decent fries, and bland toast. The fried pickles we got were decent, too. The girl who took our order was just there. She certainly didn't extend any courtesy. We like to try local places when we are traveling. Sometimes it doesn't pay off. This was one of those times. Our dog liked the chicken though. read more

Just like all the other Zaxbys I have been to. Nothing out of the ordinary to report. I got my food extremely fast at the drive thru. Food was very hot and the staff was very friendly. Chicken tenders were extremely salty, French fries droopy and cold and Texas toast hard. The only edible item was the coleslaw. Sad empty place should have never gotten off the highway from road trip to eat this crap! McDonalds is a better choice. read more

If Zaxby's can't serve people promptly, do not try to close promptly. I waited in line for 24+ minutes before closing time to get the speaker saying that "they are closed." I repeat you can not take 10 minutes pre-car thinking that Y'all can close on time. read more

Chicken was great. Toast was awesome. My wife got the crispy chicken salad and loved it. It was a lot of food and unlike some fast food salads, the ingredients were fresh and the lettuce was not brown or wilted. read more

Obviously the food was good. If you've been to one Zaxby's, you've been to all of them. Our cashier was very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. The only problem that I had was that the microphone they used to call out ready orders was way too loud. It was piercing! My kid is partially deaf and he was pulling his hear aids off to avoid it. Other than that it was a great pit stop on our way to Disney. read more

This is a typical Zaxby's. No complaints about food but why oh why is it ALWAYS freezing in Zaxby's??? Hard to even eat my lunch!!

You may wonder why I gave Zaxby's a 5, considering that I waited 30 minutes for my food. Allow me to explain...They were busy. I can understand that. Problem was they asked me to drive up from the window and they would bring my order out to me, but they didn't. After 20 minutes, I went inside and they had forgot all about me. I remained calm and said well you already have my money can you get my order together. Someone with sense got the Manager to come speak to me while I waited. This guy was great! Offered me 2 free Large Wings and Things (That was what I had ordered) on my next visit, offered a soft drink while I waited and stayed there to serve me personally. As far as I'm concerned, he went out of his way to make amends. After many apologies and I told him that anyone or any place can make a mistake, it's what you do after that matters. BTW, we eat at Zaxby's often and really like the food. This one bad experience will not change our taste buds. read more
