Hmm, sorry Zaxby's... I loved you in high-school, but now I just can't enjoy it quite the same. Their chicken is very juicy, but their zax sauce isn't all that. Their toast is mediocre to me and the fries are alright. It's obviously know for their chicken and rightfully so, but I just can't say it's the greatest thing in the World like I use to think a few years back. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. It use to be always, but now I only enjoy it when I haven't had it in a while. Their pricing is reasonable though, however the meals never fill me up so I have to get a plate and that's when I have to add a drink as well which brings the total up. That's when it gets a little unreasonable. It's good for a fast food place, but that's about it. It may be your thing though so I'd say give it a shot. Newcomers may enjoy it, but for an oldie like me it just isn't as good as before. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. Once again after multiple attempts to give this location chances, after many discussions with the regional manager this location can still not figure out how to cook or provide customer service. We order the wings at drive thru and they stated it would be a few minutes. Then when at window they asked me to pull forward to a parking spot. Per previous conversation with regional manager she stated we are not to pull forward if there are no other cars in the line so she could get accurate times of the drive thru. There was no one in the restaurant or drive thru so we refused to pull forward. The drive thru person just said ok and shut the window. After 15 minutes my order went on the counter and a car came to drive thru and they went straight from order menu to parking spot. Then the person from zaxbys took that driver their food and proceeded to tell that customer that we were ***holes and refused to leave the window. 10 minutes later they finally picked up my order from the counter and brought it to the window at which point we just asked for a refund and went somewhere else for food. We are over trying to give this location any more chances. I have complained to management multiple times and no one has ever called me back. The only reason we did get to talk to regional manager was because she was working one time when they got our food completely wrong and we went back in to get it fixed. She is great and we have a message out to her as well. Buyer beware of this location! read more

These guys have great tasting chicken! Like all fast food the prices have went up considerably lately so I don't eat there often anymore. If you like to waste money on fast food this place is a good place to go on occasion. Good fries too. read more

The service at the drive thru was good, but food was less than average. Fries seem to be the same crinkle cut fries you buy frozen at the grocery store. The chicken was pretty good, but not anything amazing. Their special "zax" sauce is not very good. Compared to Canes, which is the same concept, this is definitely a disappointment. Just because I order a grilled chicken only doesn't mean I don't eat it with sauce or a fork or need a napkin. All of which I had to separately ask for to absolutely no response. Not even a "here you go". I'm not even looking for an apology. I realize it's an unusual order, but a napkin in a drive through shouldn't be unexpected. I caught the no sauce because I was never asked. I never dreamed no napkin or fork so had to park and walk in in the rain for them! And still no comment. read more

Every time I eat here I wonder why I keep coming back? The food is good, not great. Forget the fried pickles, their terrible. What's really annoying is they charge $.25 for extra salad dressing on an adult salad! They need to figure out the differences between the small about they offer with one salad and the large packet they offer with the other salad. Zaxby's is fantastic. I moved here from Georgia several years ago and it is one of the things I miss the most about that area of the country....and just found out a few weeks ago Zaxby's has been here for over a year- didn't realize they had made it this far...already been back 4 times! The chicken is awesome- and you have to try the sauce- zax sauce. Some reviewers have said the chicken is too salty- just right for my taste- everyone needs to check for themselves. I know I will make the extra drive and be there as often as I can. The fries are crinkled and seasoned- if you don't want salt on the fries- just tell them. Hand-spun milkshakes, fried Pickles, fried mushrooms and cheese bites are all fantastic. The only thing I know that would make Zaxby's better would be if it had a playground for the kiddos. ....and to answer the 1 guy on here- the staff is great- maybe they did have some kinks at the beginning- but obviously running well now. I hope more Zaxby's are on their way! read more

Never again!! I stopped going to Zaxby's on Louetta a few months back due to the terrible service in the drive-thru. Made a comment on Facebook and received a response from management. I went to Zaxbys for lunch today because there is never a line and the service is fast, but not friendly. I ordered chicken tenders for my kids and a chicken sandwich for myself. I asked the woman at the drive thru window for ketchup, hot sauce, and Splenda for my tea. The woman rudely told me they don't have hot sauce, ("Nooooo we don't have that" to which I respond "yes you do, I've gotten it before). After I paid, I noticed the total on my ticket was different then what she asked for. I guess they charge .25 for hot sauce!? Stupid. She hands me my drink and food bag. No straw, no ketchup, no hot sauce (that I just paid an extra quarter for), no Splenda. Closes the drive thru window. I waited a minute for her to come back, and showed her the bag that she just gave me. She snatched the bag out of my hands and I had to ask for everything all over again, even the straw. No wonder there are never any cars at this Zaxby's. (Louetta Rd in Spring) The food is fine and prepared fresh and all, but I would rather drive to Chick Fil-A or allllll the way to Caines to support a business where service is a priority. I've been eating Zaxby's for 25 years and it's always consistent. The chicken is moist and tender and I love dipping it in the Zaxby sauce. The food is always is ready in a timely manner and is hot, except for the salads, of course. Their "zalads" are fresh and plentiful. Personally, I like the House Fried Zalad but eat the chicken first with Zaxby sauce before eating the rest of the salad. They also have good sweet tea. read more

Get the Buffalo Blue Salad, it's amazing. We just discovered Zaxby's about 2 months ago and were hooked after our first meal.

Zaxby's has done for chicken strips what Chick Fil A did for the nugget. The chicken strip is a filet lightly seasoned and breaded. My favorite is the fried house salad. We go 2 or 3 times a month. Sometimes we drive through, get strips and toast and take it home. Try the white cheddar cheese bites! The birthday cake shake was great, the current strawberry cheesecake is not my favorite. For my first visit to Zaxbys I spent nearly $50 for my first order. When I arrived home I realized I was missing a sandwich from my order, when I called the management I was argued with that they had in fact given me the item in question. When I returned to the store, I was given the sandwich after being accused of lieing to them. The management at this Zaxbys is rude, obnoxious and arrogant. He needs to learn to listen to his customers instead of trying to bully them. read more
