Food great if you get what you order. I went through the drive through order 5 piece chicken finger meal. No one else in line and they mad me go to the side and park at a number. Other cars did the same before me because there were two waiting. (Padded their time as if food was delivered). Waited for ever and finally the employee came out. When I got home my food was cold, missing one finger and no coleslaw or zaxby sauce. I called the store number and you get a corp or more likely a franchise recording to leave your number and you will get a call back. Did not happen. I'll never go back. I'll give the 6 months and they will be out of business. Next time tumble 22for chicken !!!!!!! read more

Amazing customer service! So nice when I walked in and made me feel very welcomed. I am totally coming again! Go Zaxby's!

great service very kind Zaxby's rocks! Crispy chicken, great sauces, fast service. Five stars, love it! 10/10

Ever since Covid, the level of service and basic comprehension has diminished at THIS LOCATION. This location will have you waiting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes with 1 car in front of you then ask you to wait some more when you get to the window. The owner just gives basic replies with zero action. 5 cars are behind me right now and 3 just drove off with no food. Prime location. Lukewarm service. Maya is in there about to cry. This location will close soon also. read more

The employees were so nice through the drive through and my order ready asp chicken and wings taste amazing

I mean to be honest I'm a Canes eater and I had heard so many people big up Zaxby's as more flavorful so I figured I should try it. Even though me and my girl agreed we wanted to try here on the day we were to go she claimed she wanted to try another day. When we pulled up and the parking lot was empty exterio except for 2 cars which were clearly employees she wanted to leave and we parked to find somewhere else to go. While there a few cars came in and I convinced her to stay and try it. Going through the drive-thru there did feel like a lot of options on the menu after being used to Canes simple menu when it came to chicken tenders. We both ended up getting I think a 5 piece tender basket subbing the coleslaw for extra fries. I get extra toast at Canes but as I didn't hear good about their toast and it didn't look that good I went with fries. I also added mozzarella bites since I was there. As far as the food I get why people say it's more flavorful but it's over seasoned to me. The fries were way too seasoned, but they were so much so I think it was this store and instead of Zaxby's as a whole. The toast was not it. Too much seasoning on it and not a fan of just the slice of bread and how it held up. The chicken to me was flavorful but texture was too dry and thin. Not overly dry but drier than my preference. The sauce they have was not good and I could skip on it. The mozzarella bites were cool. The guy at the window, who I think was one of two employees there at the time we got there, was cool ordering with and picking up m so no complaints there. It's funny I realize this review is more about Zaxby's in general instead of this one store but I promise the rating I gave is based on this store. I'm struggling between giving them a 2 or 3 and I'm not sure if it's based on my experience or because I realized I clearly like Canes better. I'm going with a 3 because they were cool service wise and order and the food was okay. read more

Are you a Rick Moranis fan? Because I have to believe he's working in the back, saying "honey I shrunk the chicken." Went in for some chicken fingers/tenders today. While I don't go to Zaxby's often, I remember what my chicken used to look like. The chicken tenders I received were so small. I could not believe it. On a positive note, the mini chicken tender tasted good. So did the fries. I also loved the soft drink selection. I will try the place again in case I just had a bad day. read more

Zero stars. Went to this location at 9:20pm tonight. They told us it would be a wait and they make to order the last hour before they close (which was 10pm). We didn't mind waiting , so we looked over the menu and when we went to order and tell the employee we were ready, the employee responded up with "what" in a very rude manner. We instantly got a sour stomach about ordering from the place, so we told them never mind on ordering there read more

Don't waste your time with this location, I live in the area and this is my closest Zaxbys to me. I've been going to this location for almost 2 years and I've had it, I try to give them the benefit of doubt but the order is always wrong, always have missing items, they take forever and don't try to go late at night or you'll spend almost an hour in drive thru, they have horrible service at this location save your self the trouble. read more

Drive through employee told me to hold, 8 minutes later I said "hello" and he finally asked what I wanted. Out of sweet tea. Paid, no receipt or offer of a receipt . Then i was told to park, not even given our drinks while we waited. I had to park in a spot to wait for my food, 15 minutes later I had to walk inside to ask for a refund but they handed me my food. Also saw an employee eating in the kitchen. Not just tasting the food. read more

Zaxby's doesn't get the credit it deserves. The food is seasoned well & cooked right! There is no competition between them & Canes. I've been to 3 different locations & the staff is always nice. The locations are always clean when I've visited. Good job to the managers who keep this place running smoothly. read more

Nice, super clean, eat-in space. Server/cashier was nice and helped with our selection. Signature chicken sandwich had "huge" battered, crispy, and hot chicken patty. Dare I say, it was tastier than Chick-... had a mildly spicy sauce and awesome kosher pickles. Crinkle fries dusted with special seasoning. Sooo good! ( egg roll appetizer- no so good) read more

Wouldn't recommend this place until they retrain staff. Order was just thrown together with a smaller order of fries then ordered. read more

The service is never on point , literally every single time I come here , weather it's a line or no line ... they make me pull up to the side & wait 20 min for my food , even forgot I was out there waiting before in the past . Also check your hang before leaving the have a habit of misplacing your food read more

Went to pick up food inside tonight. Said the name I was picking up. Gave me my food then I told the young man at the counter thank you and I hope he has a great night. He responds with "yup" and then tells me "don't let the door hit you on the way out". All I did was be polite and this was how I was treated. Stay away from this place. read more

Not sure why this location has so many bad reviews. Every time I go by the people are pleasant and the food is good. I normally always get the wing and chicken tender combo. Quite a bit a food for around 9 bucks and some change. The sauces are really good. Food is always fresh. The line moves fast. I think they are just as good as canes if not better. I like the fact that you can get actual real bone in wings here. Thats the deciding factor for me if I am wanting this or canes. read more

Firstly i ordered a peach tea but i received a regular sweet tea secondly i ordered the 3 nibberlz meal and when i opened the box it was about 10 fries in there i would not recommend this local at all. read more

This was my first time ever in a Zaxby's. I did not realize that they only have stops and wings. I thought they were a regular chicken joint. So I got kind of excited because I love wings and strips. I was also excited to compare them to Canes (spoiler alert....I can't stand Canes). We ordered a family strip meal with 20 strips, fries, Texas toast, and an appetizer of cheese balls. I have to say, their strips were crispy and flaky so the presentation and the texture was very good. But the taste was delicious, for a strip. Now when I first heard about Canes everyone kept saying "the sauce is what makes it so great!" This lead me to believe that they had multiple amazing sauces to dip your strips in. NOPE! They only have the one disgusting fry sauce dip and their strips are awful! At Zaxby's, they DO have multiple sauces for your strips! So the combination of delicious strips, plus good sauces, equals a great strip meal. Zaxby's = 8.5 and Canes = 0. read more

I've eaten there twice in the last two months the first time I had it delivered to me at my job. The chicken was cold and overcooked as were the fries. Chalked it up to having it delivered. The second time I went to pick it up. Everything was cold dry and not even eatable. I will not be returning to this location. The management or owner needs to pay more attention to their help / cooks if they plan on staying open for another year just my personal opinion. This service or lack there of should not be the new normal. read more

Asked the employee for an extra sauce pack and she rolled her eyes, walks off to the back with my bag without saying anything, and returns with it saying she put one extra sauce pack in the bag. Now that I'm home I see it looks like she punched her nails through the top of the sauce pack. You can clearly see two curved nail impressions that broke the seal. Seeing as another recent recent review posted their salad with raw chicken in it, this location needs to get it together. read more

I asked for 3 extra sauces, was charged for it and they didn't give them to me. The customer service was not friendly at all and the cashier had a very dirty shirt on. They need better training and they should always give the customer their receipt. They didn't even ask if i wanted my receipt or not. read more

If a zero was possible I would leave it! I just recently went here and was told to pull up and wait for my food. 30 MINUTES later we had no food, yet 6 cars after us had come and gone. My boyfriend went in and they hadn't even started cooking our food. Got home the order was wrong and chicken was very salty and fries were soggy. The people working the window acted annoyed we were asking for the food we paid for. Definitely won't be returning to this location. read more

If you want to eat here you might try smoke signals or Morse code. If they are busy you will be politely put on hold and forgotten. I thought I was being clever to call ahead on my way home, so I called and was placed on hold long enough to drive to the store and show the manager I was still on hold, she Did ask me what I wanted since they were busy., but I lost my craving for salad and ventured to Flaming Stone Pizza. Bad phone service has occurred too many times. "No Mas"! read more

Let me start by saying, stop hiring these kids who just want a god damn check. I asked for sprite, okay you don't have it cool. So I asked for dr. pepper she said okay, didn't have any so she decided that she can just pick my drink for me, ok miss mam are you paying for my stuff?? then I paid for extra sauce and they didn't give them to me, then when I got off to ask them for my sauce, they needed proof. You need proof that you're an idiot and can't count? Okay cool. So I had to walk back to my damn car and get the food, take everything out the bag just to show these idiots that they can't count. Meanwhile your manager is just standing there not saying nothing, DO BETTER. All you had to do was give me the sauce, I have no reason to lie. But I guess the 25 cent sauce comes out there 7.25 pay check. DO BETTER read more

I see so many bad reviews but I don't understand I went 09/21/22 around 4 and the drive thru employee was sooooo awesome in her greeting and while I was paying her name is Corinthi if I'm spelling it right since the receipt cut her name out but she made sure everything was good and definitely will rate her services 5 STARS !! I usually frequent at Raising Cane's because I find the chicken juicier than here but I decided to stop by today because this way on the way and it didn't disappoint! I was craving for a chicken sandwich so I got the chicken club. The fries were crispy and the sandwich was pretty good. The Texas toast was seasoned well and toasted and paired great with the crunchy chicken strips. Mayo was a bit runny but aside the meal was good read more

This review should really be zero stars. We've always supported this Zaxby's but we're gonna have to stop. One of the salads we ordered tonight had raw chicken. This after they forgot all salad dressings (we ordered two salads). This is unacceptable especially since they slice the chicken & then place it on top. This is not the first time either as same thing happened when we ordered on 03/12/21. That time I called the manager before I headed back, explained the issue & asked them to remake my salad. There was no apology nor did the manager come out to greet me and they gave me the wrong salad dressing. I gave them a chance but this is it. They are seriously going to make someone sick or worse. read more

I've been here a few times and their chicken salads are awesome!!! I like the plain salad with fried chicken. I've gotten grilled but it wasn't my favorite. The veggies are fresh too! And it's not yucky lettuce either! Lol My husband likes to get the fried chicken sandwich. This place is quick and convenient to go to. read more

I asked for extra fries with extra seasoning! Instead of the extra fries I got extra seasoning in a cup! I asked the lady at the window did you guys put the extra fries in my bag because I only see extra sauce! She says yes so I was assuming it was in my box since the bag was so heavy, as I proceeded to open it it was not! They put my extra sauces in my box instead of on the damn outside not touching my food especially when I asked for extra. Leave the one in there! Sorry lazy Unprofessional individuals! I expected better especially when I spend my money! I asked for a large sweet tea'. The sweet tea tasted so bitter and old I poured it out! This is ridiculous service! And too many ppl staining around for your food not to be hot and fresh! Ppl go to the other one on kuykendul they never disappoint! I am upset I wasted my damn time! I always wanted to see what Zaxby's was about so being in the area picking up a drink I spotted zaxby's and stop by the drive-thru. Pulling up there was no line so I went straight around and picked up my food, the menu wasn't complex it was rather simple but picking out something was mind-boggling to me because everything looks good. I decided to go with the zaxby club and fries something simple. The fries had an awesome flavor to it . Theres some type of seasoning I'm not sure what but it really brings out the flavor and the sandwich was nice and fresh I'll definitely be back. read more

Love the chain! Love the food! I cannot say no to the Buffalo Blue Chicken Zalad during lunch time. Back when I worked in that area, I pretty much ate that salad until I was sick of it, and I still crave it :) The tater chips are mouthwatering and are my guilty pleasure -- they taste so freshly sliced and fried. Also, each zalad entree comes with slices of buttered toast white bread. I'm not supposed to be eating too much fried or oily foods, but it tastes delish! My other favorite salad that is similar is Chili's Buffalo Chicken Salad. This place is always good. Today they were outstanding. Made a quick run to post office and swung thru the drive through on my way back home. Placed an order for a sandwich meal, pulled up to window and discover I left my wallet at home. Asked if they took Apple Pay via my phone but nope, they don't. Said sorry - I didn't realize I didn't have my wallet. They gave me the meal anyway and said don't worry about it. Sandwich was outstanding as was the service.....and tomorrow I'm stopping in to pay them the $8 I owe them. read more

Worst Zaxby's I have ever been to, I ordered two 6 piece chicken finger plates which normally automatically come with 2 sauces each. In the end we got 0 sauces. To top that off when I actually bit into the chicken it had a burnt oil taste that made me gag. Thankfully though the fries tasted normal and were the only good thing about this experience. read more
