The chicken sandwich war between the giant franchises just ended. I feel as this one doesn't even compare. Kicking Chicken Sandwich: Chicken Strips smothered in hot sauce in between Texas toast. Absolutely forgettable. Like I said, there are plenty of other chicken sandwich places now. I've been to this location multiple times and each time it's been great. Service is awesome, greeted and smiles each time I come in, order is fresh and hot and accurate. Employees are usually always staying busy and cleaning the areas and it's a nice atmosphere. I would recommend this zaxbys to anyone. CREDIT CARD FRAUD/ IDENTITY THEFT USING ZAXBYS DRIVE THRU. AVOID THIS ZAXBY! (OR AT LEAST DO NOT USE THEIR DRIVE THRU) I have 7 fraudulent charges for the "Playstation Network" at a cost of close to $90 after visiting Zaxby's drive thru on 7/30 at around 8:30PM. The most recent charge was on 8/07 for $59.99 for the "Play Station Network" where I was able to reject that charge through my credit card company. I visit this Zaxbys frequently and this is the only place I shop where I have to physically hand my card to a cashier and am unable to see what is being done with my card. I suspect the cashier or someone in the kitchen was able to take a photo of my credit card, hand me back the card and use that information to make purchases at "Playstation Network". This experience has made me extremely hesitant to visit this Zaxbys location and I certainly will not be using this store's drive thru again until a more secure method of payment is made available via drive thru. read more

I always order Traditional Wings and Things (plain) and I love this chain. Usually,the food is delicious but not this location's food. I recently moved here and have gone twice this month but never again. I am particular with my chicken and fries. I don't like my chicken or fries fried hard so I make sure I am clear that I do not like my food fried hard, dry, and crunchy and I also have braces. Chicken needs to get to 165 degrees not be well done. I also had to exchange the fries as I asked for no seasoning but got salt anyway then they were hard. The tenders were perfect. read more

We are regulars at this location of Zaxbys. Not only do we love the food, especially the grilled chicken salads, but also the service staff and the management. Mavis, the General Manager, is just delightful, always welcoming us, especially Mom who is 93. We have watched how wonderfully she treats the customers and also her employees. No problem stuff happens. But then when I get to the window the manager or who ever was in the window now and she was extremely rude. Demanding to give the bag I had back. So I did. Not all locations are the same. I have been to this location twice. Both times were disappointments. I ordered the traditional wing, dine-in, and asked them to put sauce on the side. When I picked up the order the had the sauce was on the wings. I expected the wings to be hot and crisp. The wings were rubbery and almost room temperature like it's been cooked before and refrigerated. One wing was even ice cold on one end. read more

Ordered dinner for the crew ($50.14). When we approached the window we were 1 drink short. I asked the young lady at the window about the Lg Sprite. She said, "You ordered a Lg Fry". I told her it should be a Sprite instead. She prepared a LgSprite and shoved it at me and the lid flew off! After handing me a LgSprite, she grabbed the receipt and read off our order to us. I stated that it is correct, except the LgFry should be a LgSprite. I never asked for money back and I didn't make a fuss. Mistakes happen every day. And then this employee turned to her teammate and loudly said, "This woman is pissing me the f@$k off!". At that point I asked to speak to the manager. Julio said he'd talk to her. The entire time (30-40 seconds) the manager was talking to me, this employee stood to the side, cussing at me. He asked her to be quiet twice and she didn't even slow down! He stated again that he would talk to her, and I told Julio that we wouldn't be back to his store again. Such a tiny error that could have been resolved with zero attitude. There was no excuse for her behavior and the fact that she still has her job blows my mind! If you are Zaxbys Corporate or the Franchise Owner for this HBR location, view the tape! WORST ZAXBYS EVER. I made an order on door dash but forgot to add my zax sauce. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. Ate at this location again tonight after *several* months away (no particular reason for the absence). Finally a Zaxby's that is still doing it right!! So many locations now serve barely warm fries & chicken tenders that are almost child-size. Tonight the fries were very warm, the tenders on my kickin' chicken sandwich were so hot I had to wait several minutes to eat it, & they were normal size! Plus all of the staff were either very friendly or at least lacking the disinterested attitude we now get at some locations. Plus one of them was actually wiping tables clean while we ate. Management of this spot has clearly been paying attention to some of the 2-star reviews I see on here. Well done & we'll return. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. When I went on Saturday Night, besides the drive thru very quiet, should have been my first clue. The kids and I had a lovely time, but both my kids and I had a sick feeling when we left. My daughter was ill all night from the grilled cheese. And my son and I both had the chicken, he had the chicken strips, but refused to finish them. My boneless buffalo chicken wings and fries were lukewarm, should have been my second clue. Other than that, it's your standard Zaxby's, providing delicious chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, special sauce, and my favorite, the Blue Zalad - Buffaloed (fried chicken strips tossed in buffalo sauce atop romaine, tomatoes, french fried onions, and blue cheese). The lay out is slightly different - the drive through entrance is the main entrance, so you end up driving all the way around before you see a door. I live right down the road and frequent this place quite a bit because it's one of 3 places that me, my wife, and my child agree upon. This is the ONLY reason why I keep going back to this place. They frequently mess up orders in the drive-thru. One time, they provide no salad dressing with a salad. Once they gave use the wrong salad. Another time they gave us the wrong order completely. 50% of the time their lettuce is brown in their salads. So even though that was our favorite thing there, we stopped getting salads because who wants brown lettuce? Finally the last straw was last night. They asked me if I wanted the Kickin Chicken sandwich meal, I guess they are promoting it. I said yes, and give me 2 Big Zax Snack meals as well. When I get home, I had 3 Big Zax Snacks meals. I called and complained, and of course they offered a free meal the next time I go, but I'm not the type of person to come in 2 weeks later and say.....Um you promised me a free meal. Please don't suggest something to the customer and then not deliver. 25% of the time the order is screwed up when I go here. I will not be going here again. The people are extremely friendly, and so is the manager who has apologized several times to me and offered free meals. But there is NOTHING more frustrating than getting home ready to eat dinner and not have what you wanted to eat. read more
