I went through the drive through and they were very quick and friendly. When I got to the window the cashier look me in my eyes and talk to me while she was cashing out my order, which was nice when most places just get ignore you until they throw the food at you. Oh yeah... And the food is fresh and delicious!

    To much sauce

Food was cold a disgusting!! I got the general Tsos new meal and the sauce was cold and chicken was cold. The chicken was drowned in the sauce I never have seen them put so much sauce of there boneless wings. Pure laziness. Will not have my business no more.

No fail, every time I eat there they mess up something. The girls are too busy socializing to pay attention to what they are doing.

Some patrons picked up carryout orders while we were there; the boba teas seemed popular. There's an extensive menu with lots of tempting choices. We weren't feeling particularly adventurous, so I ordered chicken Pad Thai and my husband chose Teriyaki chicken. His meal came with sides of soup and salad, but there was no choice of soup. He was told only onion soup came with the meal. The soup was mostly a salty broth, and not good. The salad was iceberg lettuce with a peanut-flavored dressing. My husband said his main course dish was good. I tried the noodles and veggies on his plate. The noodles were good. My Pad Thai was on the sweet side, and could have used more lime to balance this than the small wedge I was given. The amount of food served was more than adequate. While we were waiting for our food to arrive, a 6-legged friend joined us at the table. I don't get freaked out by cockroaches, but it certainly wasn't expected given the place seemed clean.

Friday night and the Pugterrier family looking for an easy dinner option. Haven't been to Beef's in…read morea few months and the menu offers something for everyone. Pulled up and noticed signs stating no alcohol available. Well, so much for Lil Pug getting a Sangria fun drink as she calls it. Maybe 3 other tables occupied and Todd's name off door as owner, hmmm. Greeted quickly by new face and seated. Menus are now ink jet printer single page not the laminated multi page with pictures previous. All the sport memorabilia missing as well as video game room now vacant. As someone who ate here the first week this place opened years ago tonight was weird, almost like a complete relaunch, with old furniture. Our waitress Brittany was new, and let us know tonight was her first night after completing training. Brittney did a fine job of taking care of us. Food was typical Beefs, wings were good, fish and chips were, well frozen fish and chips. This was a straight up average experience. Would have been better had the Sangria been available, and maybe the decor up. The inflatable crawfish in the corner was weird and not very "sports bar" oriented, not a problem but weird just the same. The trip to the bathroom to wash my hands was a little scary, and Lil Pug said the ladies room was N A S T Y ! I suppose with the dinner "crowd" the folks didn't have time to do a little cleaning. I would suggest that the new owner be present on a Friday evening and maybe even introduce themselves to the few customers that do have. The previous owners always made me feel welcome and were on the scene to make sure it was all good. I suppose the changing of hands in the last few months will either help or hurt this spot. As of now, it's not looking good. This seems to be an absentee owner franchise now and, well that's a dime a dozen in the area and the on site owner made it stand out. At least the Ruby Tuesday across the street is so bad they get that business. I am not sure if we will go back. EDIT: woke up this morning with upset stomachs for all who ate wings, maybe just a coincidence. Went to update review and notate this and found reply from owner. Don't want to start a back and forth here but I believe the misunderstanding may actually be on your side. I understand the lack of alcohol during transition due to licensing, and that wasn't the problem. The lack of decor I was referring to was the sports memorabilia that was previously hanging and is now absent. If you were in the building last night Tara you were nowhere to be seen. Sorry, not trying to bust you on your response but it seemed more concerned with shooting down my issues than addressing them. I have spent who knows how much time and money in this house over the last decade or so, giving me a fairly honest view of what I saw different. It's OK to not have alcohol due to license and the lack of decor is understandable with the autographed pictures being kept by the folks that own them, but if the OWNER was in the place the bathrooms should have at least been cleaner than the ones at the gas station across the street. Also noticed not one but 3 fresh 5 star reviews this morning by some 1 review posters made around opening. Are you getting staff to try to offset a couple bad reviews? Sure looks a little suspect to me. Maybe you could address issues instead of covering them like a cat in her box...

Landed in Mobile and found BBQ. Vacation has begun. I'm…read moreglad I didn't use the other reviews to steer me away from anything. This is solid Southern barbecue, with authentic meats and their own special sauce. A little nick for only having one sauce, with bottles of sport peppers if you want to add your own heat? And ruin their flavor? But they brought more sauce when I asked so that I could drench ALL the meats. Brisket had a bit of a corned beef vibe to it. Ribs may not have fallen off the bone but they pulled off cleanly, and absolutely are not dry. The pulled pork was a little dry, perhaps. None of the meats were the best I've ever had, but all absolutely were good enough to recommend and have again. The sides: Generous fried okra. Beans have a nice meat base. They were nice to let me pick my sides even though the menu says beans and slaw. In general the service was nice and very accommodating, but a little Southern slow to stop by at times. Hey, I'm in the South. Verdict: Not convinced this is the best BBQ in Mobile, but for being all the way out west in range of the airport, probably the best food and dining experience for miles around.

The kind of restaurant that is clearly filled with regulars who know exactly what they're ordering and probably don't need to look at the menu anymore. That can sometimes make a newcomer feel like they've accidentally wandered into somebody else's family dinner. Not here. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were made to feel right at home. I ordered the lasagna expecting the usual Italian classic. Layers of pasta, ricotta, mozzarella, and all the familiar ingredients I've come to expect. Instead, I was presented with a lasagna featuring a beautiful, creamy béchamel sauce. Béchamel. In my lasagna. That's the kind of sauce I expect to encounter in French cooking, not while I'm sitting in a little Italian restaurant in Mobile. But I'm very happy to report that Italy and France have apparently decided to put their differences aside. It was wonderful. Creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. Not what I expected, but exactly the kind of surprise that makes discovering new restaurants so much fun. Bella Italia is a nice find. A little bit of a hole in the wall, filled with regulars, friendly people, and food that may surprise you in the best possible way.

The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, so we were seated immediately. The dining room has a basic, no-frills atmosphere, while the soft background music created a pleasant setting for dinner. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and offered helpful recommendations throughout the meal. Each entrée comes with complimentary garlic bread and a side salad. The salad was fresh but basic, and the garlic bread was warm but fairly average. They were a nice addition to the meal, even if they weren't particularly memorable. Every entrée arrived piping hot, which is exactly what you hope for with Italian food. My wife ordered the Cheese Manicotti, substituting Alfredo sauce for the traditional marinara. The ricotta and parmesan filling was rich and creamy, and the Alfredo sauce paired well with the pasta. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal. My coworker and I both ordered the Spaghetti with Meatballs, adding meat sauce for even more flavor. The meatballs were tender and generously sized, the spaghetti was cooked perfectly, and the combination of homemade marinara, meat sauce, and parmesan created a hearty, satisfying plate. The portions were generous, and the entrées were easily the stars of the evening. Pros * Immediate seating * Friendly, helpful service * Complimentary salad and garlic bread with every entrée * Entrées served piping hot * Generous portions * Flavorful pasta and meatballs * Good value Cons * Basic ambiance * Salad and garlic bread were average Bella Italia isn't trying to be a trendy, upscale Italian restaurant. Instead, it focuses on serving hot, comforting Italian classics with generous portions and friendly service. The appetizers may be simple, but the entrées deliver where it matters most. If you're looking for a dependable Italian meal in Mobile, Bella Italia is a solid choice.
