Placed a mobile order and went in and picked it up but, when I got home the 5 fingers were not rolled in the sauce that I paid extra for. Called the store and was told I could bring them back and they would fix it. So I drove back to the store and not a sorry we will fix it or would you like something else for having bring your food back. Just pure attitude from the manager towards the employees there. Service was great. The food, ( surf and turf),could use some seasoning other than just a little salt. The shrimp was cooked right along with the chicken tenders but very bland. The sauce provided was very salty. The soft drink was not properly mixed, more seltzer water than anything else. The meal was not worth the price. read more

Used to be fine, but the past two times I've gotten drive thru the chicken tastes like cigarette ashes were thrown into the batter or something, smelled and tasted awful. Need to clean the fryer properly and change the oil regularly! read more

The wings were gross. My order was wrong on the first try and I had to go back to the drink machine three different times because the drinks I got were out of carbonation and disgusting. We also did not get utensils so we ended up going to the front counter no less than four times for forks, sauce, wrong order, etc. read more

Food came out good...the issue is it came out a full HOUR after we ordered. Other people had to wait and somehow people that ordered after us were getting their food. The manager (a heavier set man) was in the back there was absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. The lady at the cash register was polite and it's a shame she had to sit there and take all the heat from customers. Chicken quesadilla was awful. Not grilled. just fried chicken and ranch dressing in a tortilla. Very unappetizing. Will never eat there again. It is crime to call what I got a quesadilla. read more

i went inside to order my food, all i ordered was a loaded fry, the manager took my order, i think his name was kristian, when i got my food, there was no chicken, easy simple mistake. instead of just giving me the chicken, he assured me that it would be remade, he was very kind and polite, and i will definitely be coming back. i appreciate his hospitality and very good manners. read more

Food is always really good here, but it's a bit pricey. Love the funnel cakes, and I miss the Zaxby's Club. Always really nice people here, I wish I had a big bottle of the seasoning they use for the fries. Overall it's worth it to eat here. read more

I made a order for a wing platter. I have never ordered wing platter before. I expected them to know that business. I got 50 wings soaked with sauce And 4 large containers of the same sauce. No ranch sauce and just a few sticks of celery on a few pieces of lettuce. I expected more for 55 dollars. It makes me wonder if they had a lot of out dated sauce they wanted to get rid of. One of the better places to go and get wings in Marion tenders not so much sometimes they are good. Sometimes they're not good. Their salads are really good as well as their chicken sandwich. Highly recommend that service is always good at least for me it has been overall not a bad place to go to eat. read more

My wife and I stopped by here on Sunday 8/23/20. I could not have been more disappointed. I ordered a cajun filet chicken sandwich with no tomatoes. My wife ordered boneless buffalo wings meal. Well first let me tell you. I had to tell the girl I n the speaker multiple times, no tomato. She kept repeating, "so just lettuce and tomato". I finally gave up and just told her sure. There was a line forming and I did not feel like saying it again. I also just requested the sandwich but she gave me the meal. My wife got her wings. The wings were ok but she requested celery on the side. We didn't get any celery at all. When I got the sandwich, I went to take off the tomatoes, just look at the picture I have added. These tomatoes were disgusting looking. Who would look at these tomatoes and think, they would look good on a sandwich. Where is the pride in your work, where is the quality control. I did the survey on the received. I was contacted by email stating they would refund my money and replace my meal. So at least they are trying to make it right. But after seeing that their employees, not care about what they put on a sandwich, why would I want more food from there. I will not be back. read more
