Have had nothing but problems here in my last 4 visits over the last 8 months or so. Three times in a row they have gotten the order wrong (and it's been an online order, so very easy to just-follow-along-on-the-screen). One of those visits, I even discovered it was the manager who had prepared the order incorrectly. This most recent visit, even though I ordered online, and my food was sitting on the counter when I arrived, the girl at the register told me I'd have to wait through the line while she took all the other orders before she would hand me my food. The whole point of ordering online is so that you don't have to wait in the line to order when you get there, but they'd rather just have your food sit there and get cold rather than take the 5 seconds to turn around and hand it to you. read more

I love this location! The other day (7-21-22) I was helped by Gabi and Alex as they served me with nothing but smiles on their faces! As I walked out of the store I was greeted a farewell by (what I assumed to be) Manager - Jemari! Very nice and pleasant experience and I will be returning! This location in Grayson particularly has horrible customer service. The fries were cold, wings were dry, and chicken fingers were dry as well. EXTREMELY slow service!!! i waited 45 minutes in the drive through once for just a drink. Even came in once because i thought it'd be faster but no i waited about a solid 20-25 minutes for my food,i was the first person who had ordered in the line but i was the last person to get my food in a line of 10 people. They're well aware of their slow service, not sure if they care but they try to overcompensate the slow service with compliments. read more

This location is no good. I used to work at Zaxbys so I know the menu fairly well. When I came through drive thru- my bag was rushed to me making me think I had everything. Wrong. I drove all the way home to find I did not get my wings. As I went back immidately I called the store- 5 times for someone to pick up. I decide to go inside knowing the wait will be much shorter...I wasn't greeted. When I told them I was the one that called, I saw the wings on the tray waiting to be called out so I went up myself asking for the cashier to turn around and give it to me. When I open the box- it wasnt the color I know TT is which is darker than Wimpy. I asked her if this was TT and the girl from drive thru steps in and says "...well did she ask for it?" Hands down the BEST Zaxby's in a 10 mile radius. I love their grilled Cobb Zalads and eat at this location at least twice a week. The service, food and prices are always good, but the most impressive thing about this location is the General Manager David. He takes orders, helps in the food preparation if needed and actually comes out into the dining area to ask each person "How is everything?" Worst location I've ever been too! I placed a mobile order for 9:45 PM at 9:15 PM. When I arrived on time, they did not have any traditional wings and then didn't say anything else. Then I stated that I placed this order at 9:15 and there was plenty of time to make the wings before I arrived! So I come around to speak to the manager and what came to the window what I suspect is the shift supervisor and he told me to pull up. I first asked to make sure that my whole order wasn't going to be cold because of the issue and with a terrible attitude, snuffed and said that it wouldn't be cold. Then I told them I would move once the car in front of me moved and he being very nasty said to go park!!!! Well food wasn't cold but they forgot my extra sauce that I paid extra for! I went through the drive-through yesterday and ordered three meals. When I arrived to the window, I noticed it was a manger who a terrible attitude the previous time I was there. I made the payment and received my food. I then asked the manager if I can have a medium cup of water for my children because they like water. She seemed like she had an attitude and said that would be $.50. I always get waters from this location and I've never been charged so I asked for the free version of water and she gave me a little kids cup of water. Then she slammed the window. My son then asked for some ketchup and I was trying to get her attention but she kept motioning her finger to wait. It seemed like she was ignoring me. When she finally open the window, I asked her if she had a problem with me and she immediately got defensive and asked what I wanted. I asked her for some ketchup and she was obviously shaken up by my question and she started throwing them out the window. I asked to speak to her boss which was the general manager. She immediately rolls her eyes and says "David come talk to her" basically saying make her STFU. He comes and says I didn't see or hear anything . There was no rectifying the situation or anything. I came to dine at 935 pm on 5-12-18 and all the door were locked with all the chairs up. I called the Resturant and asked for the manager and asked what's going on! He stated that they're running out of food so they closed the doors. There were about 15 cars in the drive thu line. I really like Zaxby's food but will not be returning to this location. It is obviously a management issue because the workers here could care less about customer service. Even the managers don't seem to care if customers have a good experience. This Zaxby's location is the slowest I have ever been to and then to deal with rude employees. It's really a shame, because many people feel this way but enjoy the food and will put up with a bad experience occasionally because they want Zaxby's food. If I could leave a review with zero stars, that would be the case with this particular Zaxby's. It is obvious that this location has changed owners. The workers do not wear hairnets, eat Zaxby's food while "serving" you in the drive through, lick their fingers after filling drinks, and rarely give you a receipt. This evening I was told that the "receipt machine wasn't working." Oh, would that be your cash register? Then the food must be free. No light near the drive through "menu". If I could rate the Grayson Hwy., Zaxby's location near the Krogers Plaza and Gas Station with 0 "stars" - GOD knows I would! First and foremost, as per the signage and online description, this particular Zaxby's location hours of operation like most are from 10:30AM - 10:00PM. Last night, my small child and I arrived to this location at 9:54PM. As soon as we pulled into the drive-thru we noticed that the light on the menu board had already been turned off and there was a young man standing near their exit door. I blew my horn and literally heard people snickering in the background but no greeting. Then I drove up behind another car before deciding to reverse my truck to return back to the menu board and blew my horn lightly once again and said, Hellooo... I then asked the young man standing out back what time they closed and he shrugged his shoulders and said 10. Within moments a young girl came to the speaker and said, "we're closed"... Huh??... Well, a moment later due to my persistence, a young lady began taking my order and I could hear another "woman's" voice - perhaps the light skinned woman say, with the cap on and I quote "she sound like she got an attitude!" Extremely unprofessional, quite honestly the entire experience was just that; ghetto and unprofessional, yes, "GHETTO!". As soon as I began to place my order I was told they ONLY had "strips" her words exactly. I also ordered a Cobb Salad but when we finally arrived to the window, there was NO entrance greeting or exit greeting, although I spoke and THANKED her. The entire time the light skinned female who I assume is some level of Management just stood back staring, refusing to address the fact that the FOOD that they THOUGHT they were going to serve me was OLD! The toast, OLD! The french fries, OLD!, I blew my horn and a younger MORE polite African American female with short hair, cap, eyeglasses and an Asian female reappeared at the window (NOT MANAGEMENT) rather 2 teenage /extremely "young" under 21, Staff Members. These were the ONLY two employees that took time to apologize, explain that the fryers had been turned off for a while BUT that they would remake my baby girl's food. Again, never once did a Manager or the female whom I assumed was a member of Management ever approach the window but rather stood back, staring, running her mouth about the situation and rolling her eyes while ducking in and out of the kitchen area. The African American female and Asian female with long straight hair were honestly much more kind and professional than the young lady that had taken my order, the guy at the back door and the staring, rude Manager or Supervisor. Then a few minutes later SHAREEF W., (the Owner's "SON" based upon what he stated, appeared from the back in an extremely condescending manner without any apology for the terrible service and unprofessionalism BUT to hand me fresh fries ONLY and rush me off. After opening the box I realized that there was NO chicken strips, or shall I say strips as the young girl called them! And SHAREEF W., simply made matters worse; when I made him aware of the fact that the box didn't have any chicken he went into an all out dispute with me about there being chicken in the box until I proved him wrong; this SHAREEF guy carried on as if I were getting on his nerve for desiring a Chick-Fil-a STELLAR customer service experience but they charged me $19.38 and failed to properly prepare my order. When I asked for a full refund, SHAREEF W., actually said "Okay, (GIMME) my food back then! Naw! It's cool, keep it!" GHETTOOO!! My sauces were "ALL" wrong, the tomatoes on my salad were soft and soggy and the attitudes of what I learned to be an AFRICAN AMERICAN Owned establishment was by far the WORST service that I have ever experienced as a Gwinnett resident in 14 years!! I'm an African American woman and can honestly say exactly this...This Zaxby's is by far thee most unprofessional and GHETTO fast food establishment this end of Gwinnett! will never return to this Zaxby's or any other for as long as I live. She has an allergy so it's not like we can just eat whatever they gave us and get over it. Called the zaxbys and they were informed we were on our way back and we needed our food remade. We get there and no customers are in there and our food hasn't even been made. My gf is allergic to bread so we told the girl cooking our food no bread 3 times and it still had bread on it. We went to the Grayson, GA Zaxby's on 1/26/18 and bought Cobb Salads. The next night all us got very sick from either food poisoning or from an employee that did not properly wash their hands. All of us started getting sick around midnight on Saturday, and spent Saturday night, all day Sunday and until about Tuesday feeling horrible and I'll save you the details but it was very unpleasant. This was between two different households that both ate from this Zaxby's at the same time on 1/26/18 that got sick. We will plan to stay away from any Zaxby's for the near future, and will certainly NEVER eat at this Grayson, GA Zaxby's again. read more
