    Tacos on the back patio.

My fiancée and I went to eat today for lunch and their taco deal is amazing. We got 10 tacos for about $23 and that's awesome! The staff were very welcoming and the food was super yummy. Definitely worth it and will be back again.

First time here and I WILL BE BACK! Amazing service from all staff, well poured beers, excellent food and overall an exceptional ambiance/vibe. Menu is expansive yet extraordinarily clear and we received our food very timely.

    Flautas. Nice and crispy!

I had Mexican on the way down so I wasn't running in the mood for it tonight. But I could not find a place within about a 20 minute drive that had a great Yelp rating and was open on Monday night. There's plenty of stuff in the area, but a lot of it was suspiciously closed on Monday night. This place was just across the street from my hotel so I went in and I ordered chips and salsa to start, and then pork belly tacos. The chips and salsa were fantastic! Probably some of the best mild salsa I've ever had. The spicy salsa was tasty as well, but just a little bit beyond my heat range. I was very happy with the start to the meal, but once the pork belly tacos came out, I was in heaven. These are the best tacos I've ever had, and I've eaten a lots of tacos, and the best pork belly I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. I ate it so fast that when it's finished, I thought a severe sense of disappointment that there wasn't more. The wait staff was great as well! The job I'm interviewing for is remote and I kind of hope I get it even more so that I can come down here and explore the rest of the menu.

Frida's has a great outdoor dining space just as inside. Today they have decorated for Cinco De Mayo. The inside has the signature colored banners with wallpaper of beautiful flowers and portraits of Frida Kahlo all over. Ms. Elvia was an awesome waitress. She made sure everything was perfect. She was very attentive all while attending her other tables. We had the Nachos Mexicanos and the Frida's Guacamole. And when I say those 2 dishes was very flavorful. We usually leave with a togo box. But today we ate every bit of it. The nachos filled the plate and was loaded down. The guacamole hit every tastebud. With this one visit we are certain we will be back to try other menu items.

The service and staff have always been very friendly and welcoming, which is something we've appreciated. Unfortunately, after eating at Frida's the day after Christmas, we both became extremely ill. Beginning the following morning and continuing throughout the day, my wife and I have been vomiting nonstop and experiencing the exact same symptoms, including chills. We can't say for certain what caused it, but the common denominator is that the last meal we both shared was from Frida's. The timing and severity of the symptoms are very concerning, and if my wife's condition doesn't improve, we may need to go to the emergency room. This has been a really upsetting experience, especially given that we've trusted this restaurant in the past. The atmosphere is warm and typical for a mom and pop restaurant with no concerns to mention. We live less than 2 1/2 miles from Fridas and consider them as our go to Mexican restaurant. I'm sharing this not to attack the staff, who have always been kind, but to honestly report what happened and hopefully encourage extra attention to food safety and quality.

The pico de gallo is amazing. It has a good tortilla. It's just an out of 10 this burrito. Taste like home. Now to get the homestyle taste that I'm used to. I did make some modifications to the burrito. Their burrito traditionally comes with rice and beans, sour cream and lettuce and my order was just for the burrito with rice and beans. I was disappointed to find out that they didn't have guacamole, but the flavor was not altered because they didn't. The burrito was very reasonably priced. The place was clean. It smelled like Fabulosa, which made it even more authentic to me. The Horchata was 10 out of 10. The burrito was 10 out of 10 and my chicken taco was 10 out of 10 if you are from Southern California or have ever been to Southern California and love the Mexican food and know they were really serious about our Mexican food and we think it's the best in the world. I recommend you try this place. I recommend you make the alters to the burrito, but I will definitely be back. This is my new taco shop. My total bill would tip the burrito and the taco and the Horchata was about $22 yesterday I went to a place in the West End and the burrito alone was $22 and at this place today they have their salsa their hot sauce in the little cups. The one I went to yesterday was in like a plastic pouch. This place is authentic I love it if you go there because of my review, please come back and let me know. I included a video of me dancing because the food is so delicious
