My wife and I had 2 different items and each one hit the mark: Barbacoa Quesadilla: The slow-cooked beef was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, tucked into a perfectly toasted tortilla with just the right amount of melted cheese, at least thats what the wife said. Tacos: I had the Asada and Chicharron street tacos.. They were served the traditional way--generously topped with fresh cilantro and onions. The meat was seasoned perfectly, and the portions were hearty. I typically only get Asada but the pork belly hit the spot and I may have found a new fav. Fair Prices & Stellar Service In an era where "cheap eats" are hard to find, La Chula is a breath of fresh air. Their Taco Lunch special is a total steal at just $1.99 per taco (available Monday through Friday plus it's rare to find food this high-quality at such a fair price point. The entire meal--including a quesadilla, three tacos, and a soda--came to just over $20 before tax and tip. The service was equally impressive. The staff is attentive and friendly and was happy answer any questions as this was our first visit. Final Verdict La Chula Taqueria is a fantastic addition to the Grayson community. So cute and quaint. Food was delicious and very fresh tasting. I got 2 tacos, bbq and steak- yum! My son got the chicken and steak tacos and a pastor sope- loved it! My husband got a chicken quesadilla and a steak burrito -"delicious"! (The burritos are HUGE!) Got the passion fruit and regular margarita and it was fresh. The atmosphere is great and the food is even better! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I've been there twice with plans to return. The food looked so delicious that I was in too much of a hurry to eat it and didn't get to take a picture. My favorites are the carnitas and chicharron tacos on blue corn tortillas with the spicy salsa. read more

A hidden jewel! I found it to be quaint but quality! It's small in size but big on service. My taco favs are Tripe & Pork Belly and they were on point! The Horchata OMG the BEST ever! Full of rich flavor! Spiced just right! Parking is challenging if you go when super busy but it's so worth the patience! You'll enjoy La Chula!! read more

I had the chicken taco s with the hibiscus drink and it was so good I was dancing while eating. My other family got the nachos with their choice of protein and had to take half home. First off, let me state this place is so charming. My wife and I have lived in the Snellville and Grayson area for 30 years and this little jewel feels so neighborhood.. upon entering we were immediately greeted with such warmth, by the owner and his wife. We were given a quick rundown of all of the authentic cuisine on the menu. A wonderful array of tacos, burritos, tortas and homemade soups. Now we pulled in there because I wanted to try their tamales and tacos. The yellow corn, blue corn and flour tortilla tacos were all hands-down. Fabulous. I'm certainly eager to order more of the menu and although not available this evening, where the tamales however I am promised they are soon to join the everyday menu and we will most certainly be back.
