Ordered a salad, wings and a cole slaw at drive thru. Of course, had to pull to spot #2, as always. Young lady brings my food out without a thank you , have a nice day or a go screw yourself. Just hands me the bag and walks off. Well, no cole slaw. I get out and walk toward the window and the same person opens the window and I informed her the slaw was missing. I hadn't realized that the Blackened Blue Zalad recipe had changed, but my husband was certainly happy with it. I opted for the grilled sandwich and found it pleasant, but had hoped that they had marinated the breast long enough for it to have penetrated through. It was still delicious. We had ordered some extra Texas Toast and were severely disappointed to find it was not Texas Toast after all, but what appeared to be store brand sandwich bread that had been toasted for the same amount of time Texas Toast normally is, causing it to be hard and tough. They apparently realized how lacking the toast was as I received a double order. It would have been far better to either toast a sandwich bun or to post that they were out of the appropriate bread needed. I paid far too much for something I could have easily created at home with my own sandwich bread in less than four minutes. read more

Rude! I went to pick up my online order. The guy at the front (glasses and dark hair) was talking to his friend and ignored me. I stepped up to the counter, hoping to get his attention and he still ignored me. I received no type of acknowledgment until I had to wave down someone from the back to hand me my order which was done and waiting for me to pick it up. read more

Greeted as soon as we walked into the establishment. Friendly staff taking orders, food didn't take any longer than any other zaxby's, and was hot and delicious. I really liked the Texas Toast and of course who doesn't like Crinkle cut fries. All around great experiance. read more

I placed an order at 11:30 to be picked up at 12:00. I was at Zaxby's at 11:55 and still waiting at 12:30. While busy, the restaurant was not that busy. This wait was ridiculous. They have been out of ice for the past month, the slowest zaxbys I have ever been to, all of the tables in here are covered in sticky stuff and crumbs, and the floors are sticky and dirty. Today I have waited 30 minutes for my food. read more

I've only experienced a drive-through but they're always friendly and the food takes as long as every other Zaxby's. you wait a little while, but overall not bad. I like the birthday cake shake has crunchy nuggets and they are delicious. read more

Very nice place, comparatively speaking this is probably one of the nicest one I've been in in this area. Ordered the "The Blue" Zalad buffaloed. Wasn't disappointed by the buffalo sauce or the heat. The only thing that I will say is that the Zalads are a bit pricy...$6.79 and they don't come with a drink. Which even if you get the small drink brings your total to almost $10. I'm not sure where you come from, but from where I come from that's a lot of money for some lettuce and and chicken. But it was delicious so I guess you get what you pay for... read more

The food is good for the most part, but is inconsistent. You never know if you're going to get hot or cold food. One of my favorite things that comes with a meal is toast. Stopped in here with my son for a couple shakes after a softball game at Patriot's Park. Ordered, paid and waited for 20 min before I went to check on my order. Was told they were out of the "flavor cups" for the shakes I ordered. Flavor cups??? I selected a different flavor and sat down to wait some more. Turns out they were out of that flavor as well. All in all I waited nearly 40 min for 2 shakes in flavor I didn't really care for. I don't believe there was a worker there over 16 and the lack of management/supervision showed. read more
