I went through the drive thru at Zaxby's in Dahlonega and ordered the great 8 meal and the nibbler meal. I got home and I was very disappointed in the amount of fries I got in both boxes it was only a little bit usually they put a lot of fires but paying $27 for the food I would expect more fries in the box. read more

I've used the drive-thru here a few times to grab a quick meal on my lunch break. There's usually a few cars ahead of me, but I've never had to wait very long and the employees are typically friendly. From this location, I've tried the Southwest Chipotle Chicken Sandwich combo, Cajun Chicken Club combo, and Spicy Fried Mushrooms. While the food is generally good and comparable to most other Zaxby's, the top buns on their sandwiches have been different degrees of smashed every time. While I know it doesn't really affect the sandwich's taste, an in-tact bun is expected, especially since the sandwich is in a plastic container and not a bag. read more

I came in tonight with my service dog and a worker said something to her which was not okay but I simply told her not to do that again. Some other workers in the back saw the situation and began talking about it loudly where all of the customers could hear. Specifically Brandi was talking to her coworker and saying how she could make her pig a service animal and her coworker said anyone could make their pet a service animal. It was very unprofessional to do that at work, in front of customers and especially since this was my service dog. Not only did it make me uncomfortable and defensive but it made my roommates feel the same. Nobody with a service animal should be talked about like that. Therefore, we will no longer be returning to this Zaxby's. It only makes since that a situation like this would happen in the bum county of Lumpkin. I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich and it was great. Expect to pay the 25 cents for extra sauce though. They have online ordering which is cool also. Pretty good service compared to some of the other locations I've been at. Food was hot and crispy the way it should be.

After living here several years and giving them chance after chance, I will say that is the worst "chain" establishment I've ever dealt with. I've been charged through the drive through duplicate times (ie. $24 shows up as $48), and when I speak to the General Manager, even after sending a screen shot of the statement on my bank account, I was told to pretty much deal with it. That's just one negative instance. I've been given the wrong number of wings...I've ordered and paid for them with heavy sauce and received not only the wrong number of wings but with barely any sauce. I understand establishments make mistakes- we all do- but they easy the way that handle customer service is out of this world and I mean that in a terrible way! read more

I ordered a salad through the drive-thru. I'm not a fan of Zaxby's and would have rather gone next door to Chick-Fil-A, but my family overruled my preference on where to eat. When I opened it and started mixing it up before putting the dressing on the top, there were not one, not two, but THREE dead flies inside of it. I drove back to the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager, and he joked saying "we thought you needed the extra protein" then proceeded to go back to the kitchen and make jokes about the fact that there were flies inside of it. I know this because I could hear them talking about it and cracking jokes. I wanted my money back for the salad, but instead of giving me a refund, he remade my salad and gave me a free appetizer card. I would have been fine with getting a new salad had the manager - the one who is supposed to set the example for the way employees should act - took the situation more seriously. I will not return nor recommend anyone eat at this location. read more
