The interior is clean, and the staff is attentive. There are adult and kids meals. Pricing depends on what you want, but prepare to spend around $11 for an adult meal. I had the Zensation salad, and it was good. There are plenty of beverage choices with the touch-screen coke machine, so that's always fun. read more

I ordered food right before closing because my family was starving. The guy who took my order sounded polite and genuine at first. However, while I was still there, I overheard someone in the background say that you can put toast on a grill that has grill cleaner on it "because it can kill," and another person responded, "it's ok, this what they get." That was extremely disturbing to hear. I did not feel safe accepting food after hearing that. I immediately drove away and will not be returning. Food safety and professionalism should never be treated like that. read more

Zaxby's use to be really good way back then but now it tastes so disgusting and the quality of the chicken is questionable. The prices are ridiculous as well, $30 for two meals and it was terrible. read more

It's a shame that the staff is in such a rush to get you out of their line that the quality of the experience suffers. The food is what you'd expect, but the fact that I asked for a few extra napkins at the window and the lady just kept repeating "you've got napkins in the bag" like I didn't hear her. And the kicker is she rushed to handing me a soda with the lid not properly put on. The drink got all over me and THATS why I was requesting the extra napkins. She was just interested in having an attitude while I just didn't want to have to deal with hers in explaining the situation once it was clear she wasn't interested in resolving anything professionally. I do not understand why a few extra napkins is such a big deal to this lady that she'd really argue over it. Like?? read more

I visited this Zaxby's location again, in hopes that this pickup meal would redeem my last. It didn't. There was an ant crawling under the sticker that covers my drink. I am still utterly disgusted. read more

The chicken is crispy the fries have the right amount of seasoning and they put the seasoning in a little container for you to put on what you want to. The service can depend on who you get but it can be good sometimes. read more

I love Zaxby's! They have some of the best buffalo chicken tenders and wings. My personal favorite is the Wings and Things Combo. The sauce is so good. it is not too hot to the point where you can't enjoy it. We went through the drive thru on this particular day and the service and promptness was on point, so no complaints. The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely go back. read more

Zaxbys - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cordova, Tennessee

No matter which Zaxby's I go to the food and customer service is always exceptional. There isn't anything like the wings and things. The tenders are always fresh and hot. The wings are so so delicious. I really think I am addicted to Zaxby's...I also highly recommend purchasing the wings and things when you are entertaining at your home because I promise your guests will truly appreciate and thank you. read more

I ordered through the mobile app & told the worker at the speaker of the order. She confirmed the order was for a salad and asked me to drive around. I get to the window she told me it is $10.35. Then a few seconds later she said oh you had the mobile order. It's not ready pull up to the parking spot and we will bring it out. I waited while customer after customer got their order delivered. Many even pulled up after I got there and still got their food before me. Some cars had multiple bags of food. I drove back around and went to the window again at 4:00 (I have been waiting since 3:25). I told the worker I have not received my food and have been here since 3:25. She said hold on and brought my food to the window. Then turned her back and left to do something else. No apologies & what took so long for ONE salad? Was she upset I ordered through the app?! Unacceptable... update: y'all the manager called me.. I'm shocked, but they did offer to make everything right. Thank you for the customer service to follow up with your customers! Awesome! read more

Zaxbys - ONE salad .. dassit. That's all I wanted. Why did I have to wait from 3:25 - 4:00 to get my salad?? Why?! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cordova, Tennessee

Ordered a Cobb Salad on 5/20/23 at counter to go. Salad was missing 3 ingredients. The grilled chicken was less than 2 ounces - less than half of what I got a month ago for the same salad at the same restaurant. Woman who took my order was stale and unfriendly. I said thank you after the order was taken and she looked at me in the eyes and just walked away. Her name was Precious. The fingers I ordered were great. No so for the salad. They actually got the sauces right this time. Last time I got none of my requested sauces for the fingers. read more

Fast food chicken fingers. While good I can't get past the salt, which seems to be the primary ingredient followed by chicken. The sauces are good and sides are as well (do love the cheese balls!!) problem is it's just so freaking salty. I like salt as much as the next guy but this place, wow, it's next level salty read more

This place a consistently been bad the last few times I've been. Today was just as bad. I made an online order for 6 finger plate dipped in hot honey mustard with ranch on the side. I didn't get any of my ranch dipping sauce, my fries were cold, and the fingers had a burnt taste. No ketchup, napkins, or forks. What is the point of making an order online if it is not going to be read and made correctly. It's not that hard. read more

Cooked the flavor right out of the chicken. Dry and hard chicken on a Ceasar Salad and no torch of the tongue with the hard Boneless Wings that were bland. Fries were soggy and limp with no seasoning. Just really bad day or really bad cook, either way I probably won't try them again. read more

Zaxby's is franchised in the Southeast U.S. Only 2 have opened in the Memphis area ~ Quality of the Chicken is very good. 6-Finger Meal ($9.69) contained a large amount of Chicken that was fresh & tasty. Texas Toast was served with the Chicken. & I love the Zax sauce! Buffalo Chicken, Boneless Wings, Zalads . . . all are very good! Employees were friendly & helpful. Drive-Thru stays busy. read more

OK, so had I written this review when I first went here, I probably would've given it 3 stars. That's because I hadn't experienced Raising Cane's yet. I didn't know what was up when it comes to the chicken finger game. In fact, I went to Zaxby's because I had heard about it for years, but we don't have them in CA, and I like to visit regionally-bound restaurant/fast-food chains when I'm traveling. It was definitely not what I was expecting. I got a 4-finger plate, and asked for the fries crispy. It was OK. I think one of the things that turned me off was the fact that everything was just OK. Nothing amazing. They didn't have other side options that I'd hope for (something like mac & cheese, or mashed potatoes/gravy), and their fries were limp. Also, I hadn't been prepped that you have to pay for sauces (which, apparently is a thing at these finger joints); in CA, most of the places will hand out whatever sauces you want (as will Chick-Fil-A), and only the shady/stingy ones make you pay for sauces (it's a pet peeve of mine). That being said, I was whelmed - not over or under, just whelmed. But, I probably would've ended up with a 3-star review, had I reviewed it in October 2016, when I went. Now, having experienced the glory of Cane's, it just doesn't hold up (in my memory, at least). Maybe going back, I could now have a fair comparison, but I just don't see myself forsaking Cane's. read more

The best fast food chicken ever! This place is better than Chick-fil-A actually, and that's saying a lot because I love them. Their chicken is nice and moist, and the batter is very seasoned. They also have great cole slaw. Another bonus is their Texas Toast! It comes on their sandwiches and also on the side with their chicken strip baskets. You can also get a basket of the toast. It's got a hint of garlic to it, but not so much that it overpowers the chicken or anything. Apparently the service is hit-or-miss but I've been lucky, every time I've been there (both the lobby and drive-through) I've had decent service. As a plus, when you get your food through the drive-through, they include plastic forks (if you ordered cole slaw or salads) and napkins. So many places "forget" to give this kind of stuff to you most times, either in a cost-cutting measure or laziness on the part of the bagger. Also as a heads up, their drinks are very generous. Don't get the large unless you're really thirsty, it's 42 ounces. Even the medium is huge at 32 ounces. read more

It's chicken finger foods. Chicken fingers, chicken wings, buffalo fingers, jumbo buffalo wings, chicken sandwiches, chicken etc. Many of the meals come with Texas toast on the side or as the bun for the sandwich. It's a decent fast food alternative to the rest of the chain gang. Zaxby's is mainly found in the Southern states. (Another chain I wouldn't mind seeing in Chicago) This location is found in a pretty popular shopping area, though surprisingly not busy. I guess in comparison to Chic-fil-A, it's not as appealing, mainly due to most thinking they are only about chicken fingers. It's definitely prettier than Chic-Fil-A but with less offerings. Looking at the drive up window, I thought is it just chicken fingers and salads?? I should've walked in and looked around, had I, maybe I would've noticed that they have alot of fiery sauces for wings and fingers. Wing sauce, MMhmmm. There's always next time. the grilled chicken was pretty good, you can't go wrong with honey mustard. Check out the website for a free ring tone with their jingle, works better with regular cell phones, couldn't get it for my smart phone. read more

This was my first time here, having driven past it many times. Service was good, and the grilled chicken salad was tasty. Prices seemed a little high, and their menu is mostly salads and chicken dinners. I was disappointed that they charged $2.79 for a large cup of water - the same as they charge for a large cup of a soft drink. read more

If you are looking for something different from fried chicken, this Zaxby's is for you. The salads always are fresh and they have an interesting selection to choose from. Love their chicken finger dinner! Most location hire High School kids so don't expect super service!! Love their seasonal fried pickles!!!

Zaxby's is a fast food chain, yes, but it is oh so delicious. I adore their chicken strips and french fries. It reminds me a lot of Chick-Fil-A, in that their chicken is just so freaking fresh and juicy. This ain't McDonald's nuggets kids! As an added bonus, they have stellar sweet tea and give you a Texas Toast-esque garlic toast with your meals. I heart Texas Toast and will never turn it away. I find that Zaxby's is very affordable for what they offer. Simply because Zaxby's doesn't taste very fast foody to me. read more

Zaxbys - Cobb Salad - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cordova, Tennessee

I actually live near this Zaxby's and usually I dig the food from the chain but this particular one I am not a fan of. When I would go, the service was always hit or miss with no consistency. Me and my wife had our orders screwed up a few times on trips there, but it was towards the end of my Zaxby's run that the screwups went to another level. It started when I went to simply get an order of wings and after waiting for several minutes I finally asked about it and discovered they had given it out to the wrong person so I had to wait on my wings all over again. Shortly thereafter my wife ordered a salad on a separate trip (I was done at this point) and the chicken on said salad was not cooked all the way. After that we have not been back. read more

I live down the street and love the company's food, however I purposely drive to one further away as the management at this one is horrible. I have had numerous times where I've had to ask for a manager and I spoke with Mellissa and was very unimpressed. She has cussed to her employees and paid attention to her phone over helping a customer. She is very rude and unprofessional and I will not come back to this location. read more

Well this was my first time going to this place which it might be my last time. It seemed like a lot was going when I came up to the register. I told the lady that I would like a cajun club combo. And I thought it would come with a drink but it didn't so I politely asked if I could get a drink and she said sure I could do that. Well I didn't get the right sandwhich but overall the food is decent and the coke cola machine is pretty nice. read more
