But as someone who has experience in food service, my previous employers would've had my a** if I closed even 10 minutes early and turned away customers in return. I'd also like to highlight the other time we visited this location. It was about 8pm and everything was great! But once we got to the door we realized they had been locked and an employee told us that they locked the door because they "didn't want anyone else coming in"... So I don't write this review to get anyone in trouble, but it has now been more than once that this Newk's location has had issues with having customers coming in late (before they even close). I hope this issue can improve and employees can learn the importance of their customers no matter the time.
