At the beach I went with food, opting for a cold brew (canned but they hooked me up with some creamer, a cup of ice, and a bit of simple syrup from the bar), the tuna tartare tostada appetizer, and the iberico ham, goat cheese, and fig flatbread. Everything was really good. Unfortunately they forgot the sauces on the tuna, rendering the dish a bit dry. I told my server and he was nice enough to run all the way back to the hotel to get me some. From then the dish was great. The flatbread was also quite substantial and I was able to snack on it throughout the day at the beach. Also worth noting, the staff is beyond awesome.
