That interaction really made my day because I was stressing at the idea of not being able to participate in festivities because my gown didn't reflect the right color scheme. I also had bad experiences with Men's Warehouse in the past with other weddings that I have attended as a groomsmen. I realized that there was a local option in Waltham for me to check out. The staff at Formalwear Ltd were very friendly and knowledgeable. I visited the store multiple times as I collaborated with them and my fiance to select the perfect tux combination for my wedding. I picked up my tux a couple of days before the wedding and the size for some of the parts of it were off, but it was no problem at all as they overnighted the correct sizes. Everything fit perfectly for my wedding. If you need to rent a suit or tux for a local event, I highly recommend them!

I called around and Simon & Sons picked up. Paul, the owner, laid it out for me: pricing, timing, no frills. I came in and got measured quickly, and with a quick alteration I was on my way. Clean, fast, very courteous and professional. Paul was invested in me looking good and wasn't trying to hurry me through the process and rush me through the door. The selection was broad with various designs, but with the short notice I only had the choice of the standard tux, which looked great. I walked in annoyed, and walked out a happy customer. The fabric is extremely cheap, with visible loose threads and poor construction throughout. It feels like a low-quality knockoff, not something worth anywhere near the price charged. What made this worse was the customer service. They refused to issue a proper refund and instead tried to push store credit, despite the item being misrepresented. I was informed 2 days before the wedding that one of the suits was ordered improperly and was unable to be altered. They offered little assistance or apology. After much back and forth, we were able to get the right suit mere hours before the wedding and only with the assistance of my brother in laws who had to drive over an hour to pick it up. They initially offered a discount on the incorrect suit but never made good on that promise. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to be disappointed and stressed out on your wedding day.
