The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I waited over 35 mins on line to then be told he won't take me because he doesnt do returns. I stood there and forced the issue until he budged however the first employee in the kid's section refused to open to alleviate the crowd with only one cashier. Beware! Zara's return policy is HORRIBLE. I purchased Christmas gifts on Black Friday weekend. They would not accept returns or exchanges for gifts I purchased after December 30th. No exceptions. Even after explaining I did not see my daughter for the holidays because she lives out of state. We celebrated New Years instead and I gave her gifts then. Wow, the other reviews are consistent with my experience! Bought matching sweatsuits for my nephews as well as other baby items on a Saturday. The employee at checkout had a frown the whole time. Okay, sure I don't need a welcome parade. However, I changed my mind about the sweatsuits and went back 4 days later, with receipt and not even taken out of the shopping bag once purchased. A lady this time, again, not friendly started inspecting the clothes, feeling the material like it was the titanic diamond. She then asks me "did you wash this?" Keep in mind, all the paper tags are attached and crisp. I was taken aback and said I hadn't and how would I wash them with tags on? She said they feel like they have been washed so she has to ask. Umm...maybe compare it to the ones still on the floor instead of accusing someone? Just common sense. The sweatshirt and sweatpants are still attached together AND the paper tags are still on. ordered and shipped 3 shirts to FL from Wayne, NJ location. I personally typed in recipient and full address and confirmed on small phone gadget. Woman had to transfer order info to main register to place order. Somehow the street number got deleted in that transfer and it was undeliverable due to bad address. After calling customer service they "attempted" to call carrier to correct but pkg is now MIA and no info can be given. They refuse to do anything or credit for missing shirts. I am out $150! Worst customer service on planet. Rude, uncaring, obnoxious people. I have been in this store a few times, I don't really have any serious complaints. The only thing that I have observed is that sometimes there can be really long wait times to ring up your items. I'm not sure if it's because they encounter technical issues with their POS machines or what. Anyway, they have a manager there called Haniss...not sure if I spelled his name correctly and asked for his name before I left the store, but what a gentleman. Every time I come here the selection is minimal. If you ask a sales associate any questions they don't know much. I ordered online last week I received a email saying my item had shipped and was ready for pick up , drive 20 miles to get to the store for there to be signs all over saying they're closed whole staff called out seen one person asked could I get my package the manager said no the store had no staff everyone called out cause of the rain , not snow rain mind you the suns out today. No greeting upon entry and the salespeople treated me like an intrusion. The clothes are of poor quality and ill fitting. I'm a size 6 U.S., but happen to have some t&a and nothing but the body-con dresses can accommodate. The sales ladies treat you like a damn criminal if you try to exchange without a receipt. I went in today to exchange out a pair jeans and was told I couldn't because I didn't have a receipt although I had the tags and the card it was purchased on. And because the store didn't have the size I needed, I would have to call customer service to get a copy of the receipt sent to me. Well, guess what called customer service and they close at 4pm on Saturdays, so now I have to wait until Monday. There were a lot of employees working yesterday on a Wednesday afternoon around 3 pm. Pretty much all appeared to keep themselves busy by folding clothes and tidying up while chatting with each other. My sister and I didn't get greeted or asked if we needed help, but when we were waiting for two empty dressing rooms, two of the four employees gathered around the dressing rooms acknowledged us and apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. I would say it took a good 5 - 10 minutes before we were able to try stuff on. I wanted to leave but was glad to have tried on items as I was in between sizes on a shirt and a skirt I liked. That said, they should have a better system at determining whether they have an item in the back without shouting to each other across the store. On the other hand, when I brought up the fact that the shirt I wanted had a mark, it was not indelible as apparent by the cashier's use of a new packet of Shout when I pointed it out. While they don't give a discount for these minor issues, the cashier did offer to and did make a note on the receipt and gave me a new packet of Shout when I asked for it. Awesome! Zara items are pretty pricey for their quality and I do agree that sale items have seen much better days. I like this store's stuff in particular because I feel the one I have been to in DC, for comparison, doesn't carry the same kind of stuff. In general, Zaras don't seem to carry much in terms of multiple sizes (for example, there isn't going to be 10 mediums, they might just have 1-3) but that's just part of their business model to offer fast fashion. read more

I love this store. Zara is the main reason I come to this mall. There is no other store like it there or around here. The clothing is unique and priced fair for the quality and style. the way the brand is sized I can shop in mens also for accessories and mainly sweats and tees. I will be honest the brand has made me a fan, so I don't look for great service I just want the clothes and my size. I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. Shop here at your own risk because god forbid you need to make a return, there's a chance the awful employees at this store will not be able to help you and will just tell you to call customer service.. it's a gamble. I have never even heard of such a thing in my life. I bought a pair of jeans at this location, wore them twice, and a giant hole ripped through them in a spot that normal wear and tear would not normally occur, making them unwearable. I took them back along with the original tags and receipt and I was told that the barcode inside the jeans didn't match the receipt; the jeans were coming up in the system as a sale item but the tags and receipt were for full price jeans. If the jeans were mistagged that is clearly not my fault- these are the only tags, the only receipt, and the only pair of jeans in my possession, so I don't know what else I'm supposed to do here. I paid full price for them and my receipt is the proof. No one was willing to help, including the store manager. You'd think in this situation management would take the time to call for the customer and resolve the issue on the spot, but instead I was only told that I need to call customer service to resolve this on my own. A simple return turned into a nightmare and I should not have to take time out of my busy schedule to call after I already made time to return to the store to fix this issue in the first place. I can't even imagine what the phone call will do, but clearly in the end I will need to return to the store again anyway to make the physical return. That's okay though, since I will also be returning the rest of the items I currently have that still have the tags attached. They just lost a customer.. Bye, Zara! read more

Clothes with horrible quality. I bought a dress and when I was about to wear it, I noticed how dirty it was. I also found a whole in the inside layer. The sad thing is that They sold me the dress in this poor condition and now they won't accept my return because their employees sold me the dress without the inside tag. I have to pay for their mistake. I contacted costumer service by phone and by e-mail and never got an answer. I shop at other Zara locations and I was shocked by what a mess this store was. The clothes on the tables were in a pile, nothing was folded. The fitting rooms had clothes everywhere and the handicap fitting room was packed with boxes. I had a stroller and could not fit in the small rooms they had. The employees were nice but it was not a good shopping experience at all. I walked out without buying anything and that never happens when I shop at Zara. read more

First off, when I went into the changing room, none of the workers greeted me. While I was in the changing room, I heard the workers talking about the customers which I thought was rude. Then when I left the changing room, I am pretty sure they were talking about me. I was looking at the clothes after I left the changing room and in the corner of my eye, I saw the workers staring at me and then when I turned to look at them, one of them pointed to me and said out loud, "oh she is right there!" and started laughing. I went into the changing room again and no one greeted me again but this time, one of the workers gave me a mean and rude look. As in my previous review of another Zara location, these bitches who work here really need to get over themselves. They're working in a retail chain. In a mall. They're not performing organ transplants (thank God) and most of them are dumb as bricks with rudeness to match. It's a shame I'm a sucker for Zara clothes (although most of their items look better on the rack than on my "normal" body type, what with actual boobs and curves and all) because otherwise, based on their staff, I'd NEVER step foot in the place. I was in this store for their semi-annual sale. Unfortunately, the item I was interested in was completed trashed, yet it still hung on the rack to be sold. I brought it to a staff member to ask if they had another one in the back, only to be met with a rolling set of eyes and something like "it's all out on the floor!. I then proceeded to the fitting room with some other items only to wait for what seemed like days for a room to be open. When one finally was, the chick handing out the number cards just left! To take a break! Just like that! So I enter an empty room because there was no one there to give me a fancy little number as some sort of proof that I don't steal (insert MY eye roll here) to which someone comes running from the floor asking me what I'm doing!! I tell her, well, I'm in a dressing room, so most likely, I'm trying on clothes. That's kinda how it works in a dressing room. I have to give it to the half-wit for recognizing sarcasm because she said, well you can't go in without a number! I ordered a suede double zip bag from Zara online on 2/17/18. I received my order on 2/20/18 and my excitement turned to disappointment immediately. I was sent a straw bag instead. I followed the instructions of packing up my order and dropping it off to a UPS store as to expedite my correct order on their behalf and still nothing.
