But that was on a weekend, the store was mobbed, we waited on line for 20 minutes for a dressing room, the staff was rude, etc. This year we went on a Friday afternoon. There were very few people in the store. The selection of dresses was amazing. The staff was great. The dressing room attendant was very helpful and friendly. We found the perfect dress. The cashier was friendly and so happy for us. The whole experience was so completely different from last year. Yes, the dressing rooms are still waaay too hot, I wish they could figure out a way to get some air in there, but at least this year I was prepared with short sleeves. The dress is gorgeous and so reasonably priced. I recommend visiting on a weekday evening, a much better experience.

Raul, the co-manager, was also incredibly helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect shawl to complement my dress. I understand the store closes at 9:00pm; yet, providing customers full access to the store until that time is an idle perspective. Another recommendation is to not over pack clothes. Prices of the items were good and there were lots of discounts on most products, up to 70%. There was a clearance section too where items were on sale up to 85%. We initially went to the store to do a return. They had only one specific register for return, so it took me about 10 minutes to complete the return. But then we started going around the store and found some items we wanted to buy. My daughter picked a couple of dresses and I got a shirt from the men's clearance section. All them had very reasonable price. The checkout was much quicker, as there were several registers open. Some staff members were available around the floor helping customs, others were at the checkout registers. Overall I liked the store a lot, except their return process, and will stop by again when I am at the outlet mall in future.
