Now a loyal customer, ten years later I can say the store and employees are as good and in many cases better than the expensive Manhattan men's boutique shops. The Manhattan shops I've purchased dress clothes and dress casual from always know how to make the shopping experience a day that stands out in the buyers mind. Waiting on your every need, tirelessly opening boxes if shoes, pulling wardrobe from all ends of the store, etc.. A nice Italian blazer may set you back $700. but you get what you pay for. Having a Factory Store close by was a welcome to the neighborhood. Having access to clothing of similar quality, at a reasonable price and with the addition of a teacher discount is right up my alley. The store is fairly large with a big men's/women's dept to the right and left, registers in the middle and sale in the back. There are about 8-10 fitting rooms of great size. Most are wheelchair accessible. There is usually one percent designated to that area and it's fairly clean with racks outside to place unwanted clothing. I've never experienced a line or extensive wait. I'm usually able to cash out in 5 mins average. Overall, this store gets a 10/10 for me.
