Very dirty store and poor customer service!! It feels like no one is ready to help and the store is a complete mess. Also some of the managers need to learn how to be a lot nicer. read more

I love this store! The clothes are well organized! Affordable prices! The staff always are ready to help.

Great place for quick wardrobe update. Cheap and stylish!! Fitting room not the best but very spacious store

I started going to Zara again since November of last year , their clothes are a bit over priced but they do have a lot of sales constantly through out the year. Their service are always on point, I recommend going on a Friday and ask for Dao. I'm very picky and have a very difficult waist line that is somewhere between a 28-30. It is very hard for me to find the perfect pants but Dao was very patience and more than happy to service me the long hours I spent in the dressing room. He make sure to help me with all my needs and I leave feeling well satisfied every time. I can't wait to come back for their next sale. read more

The clothes and bargains here are always wonderful. However, today, a staff member was particularly full of commentary toward my mother. When one person came out of a large dressing room, large enough to fit multiple people (a family, etc), she said "next in line". As my mother approached that open room, she told my mom that she could not go in the room, because it was reserved for mother's with strollers and/or small children. My mother told her that the woman that just left had neither, to which she replied, "Well, she had a lot of clothes." (I happened to have a lot of clothes, as well.) She reported that this was store policy and that she could get in trouble. She then directed my mother to a smaller dressing room. When I brought some stuff to try on in the room with my mother, as we have done before at other Zara locations, we were told that two people could not try on clothes in a room, including the large one. This is after I observed two people coming out of a dressing room just to the left of us. I also later saw two teen girls clearly in the same room trying on clothes and stepping out to look. Later, she did tell a group of ladies that all entered the large room that they could not be in there (after she somehow missed multiple others sharing rooms), to which they replied "This room is big enough for 8 people!" If this is their policy, it needs to be enforced with everyone and not just select individuals. read more

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. At 8:45 all you hear is change dinging as they count down the register. Only one register was open on each floor. I stood in line for 15 minutes upstairs. They sent me down stairs for a shorter line - again only one register. I asked to speak to a manager there was not one. I watched three family's just leave things on the table and walk out! What a horrible experience. I will not return - rather shop at target. read more

Customer service is a hot mess they have hired a lot of childish people I called to check if a item was in the store it said it was online but because I live a hour away I wanted to make sure the person who picked up the phone hung up in my face and when I called the store back they didn't pick up the reason I say childish is because before she hung up in my face I guess she didn't realize the phone didn't hang up and I heard her joking about it with another employee so I kept saying hello and that's when she hung up . I'll just stick to the location in Memorial city mall read more

i honestly can't give zara a bad review, although it's not my ultimate favorite. while i'd rather be shopping at some quaint, unique boutique for trendy little pieces, i must admit that zara is one of few chains that always manages to carry quite a few pieces i enjoy at prices i can afford. i must agree with cory o. in her comparison of zara to h&m--both chains that carry inexpensive clothes that fit current trends. while i'll still shop in my favorite spots for classic pieces or splurges, until i'm a rich bitch, i'll still shop zara from time-to-time for seasonal trends. read more

So Zara isn't quite what it was some years go, but it's still one of the very best options out there for thin/small people who want fitted/tailored-looking clothing. The average American dresses horribly and buys ill-fitting clothes. Zara isn't using really unique fabrics any more, but the fits haven't changed. The signature pieces are still of the same quality that they always were. I have noticed that they seem to be testing cheaper lines that are of lesser quality. I notice it in the stitching and detailing. I still buy my favorite shirts for $59, but every once in a while, they have some slightly different cuts for $39. That's great for people with different budgets and who want variation. I still have everything I bought from Zara in 2000 on my first trip to NYC and it all still looks great. The buttons rarely break, and the fabrics tend not to fade or show wear. Zara is awesome. read more

Love their clothes every now and then but the associates treat you like you should shop at Walmart and they seem to think they work at some high fashion retailer. Just shop online, the customer service isn't worth the trip. read more

Well Zara galleria you really disappointed me today. I've seen all the bad reviews and shop here often because I love the clothes and the quality is pretty decent. I ordered some goodies online from the big sale. Brought them in today to return due to sizing. The first gal at the front saw me come up and ignored me for a good 5 minutes. I understand they're busy due to the sale so I waited patiently. 6 people total were working up front and I was not acknowledged. I finally called out to the first sales person and asked if I could please leave the return box I had up front so I can shop. She said no I have to keep it with me and then turned away. I then tried to hold my items while trying to shop with no luck. Giving up I went back up and was told to wait in line to return everything. The second sales person who returned my items was very rude as well and irritated that I had to pull up my e receipt as they no longer give you paper receipts for orders. One item I had bought in store and couldn't find the receipt. She said no to store credit and said I can keep it or shrink it but she won't take it? Customer service is key, if a customer wants to shop and spend money, do your best to accommodate them. read more

Got really upset at Zara today at one of this cashier. She was very rude to me. I went to return 2 items here so she asked why I want to return it. I told her I dont like it but she insisted I get something else. So I told her ok fine I can exchange one dress for a different size. So I replied "sure, you can get that for me" what I really meant was yeah I take it. She said "I'm not getting it for you, the stock person will" .... Duh, of course someone will bring the dif size to her to ring up. But then it took 15 mins for someone to bring it so she asked me to step aside. I'm fine with it but when the stock person came they kept talking and my cashier helped everyone else and made me wait another 10 mins. Though she told me that after the person she already helped. I'm fine but she ignored me totally. I got mad I just went to another cashier to ask for a return instead. I never got this bad of service anywhere in the Galleria. Wonder why this cashier was even hired. read more

i think the location in the galleria is extremely prejudice, staff is not friendly and dont give a care. Without customers they dont have a job someone needs to remind the staff of this. If this location close cause everyone cant go to the other location u are without a job. Staff needs to be friendly if u know u are not a ppl person go to walmart and work. read more

Totally agreed about the poor customer service at that Zara Galleria location. Worst Zara store I ever visited.

I'm rating this place a 1 solely because of the customer service. We came on December 27, 2015 and it was obvious the manager did not want to be there. We came in for a gift exchange not knowing how much the item was and after more than an hour of waiting, and the cashier spending about 15 minutes with the customer prior to us, we were finally up. The item we picked out was less than the original item, so according to the cashier we had to hurry up and balance out the total or we'd lose the full value. The manager was called, and told us we could get store credit, but by that time I was trying to zoom around the store to find socks and undies in my boyfriend's size to total it out. Not even 30 seconds later she's asking us to let the next person in line go, and that person had already rudely pushed my boyfriend forward earlier. By letting the next person go, and forfeiting our spot in line, we would be forced to go to the back of the line and start our wait over. This whole interaction lasted about a minute and a half. Is that what they call customer service? I get that it's the holiday season, but I do not expect people who work in customer service to snub me off for something so simple. It's obvious the previous customer angered her and she took it out on me and my boyfriend. read more

After all these years, I don't know what is it about Zara that keeps me coming back. It's certainly not the quality of their clothes. That stuff falls a part like crazy...without even washing it. I guess the appeal is the same as H&M. Nice-looking garments at disposable prices. It's kind of frustrating because sometimes what's on their mannequins is not available on the floor. I think Zara is great for cheap and colorful basics. I love looking at their sports coats and outwear, but that's the problem. Their inventory is largely made for looking. I haven't bought a pair of their too-cool-for-school shoes, but they look like they would be ruined after one outing. Still, I walked out of the store with a bright yellow double-breasted trench. Why? Because where else are you going to find a bright yellow double-breasted treach? I'll be sure to report back as soon as one of the buttons falls off. read more

USE THE APP!! Do not waste your time in this terrible location where the sales associates act as if you are bothering them by shopping. I've had a manager look me dead in my face and flatly say, "I'm on break," when I asked for help with something. And on my last visit there, I was the only person in line and was ignored by THREE associates while I stood there. Finally one apologized and came over to help me. The manager Tisha ignored me and stood there like I was some sort of specimen. Nice people. I put my wallet where my mouth is and don't support poor service in brick-and-mortar businesses these days. It's too easy to shop online via Zara app (which works great by the way)! read more

Just left the store. Is it possible to give zero stars because that is what they deserve. I went in to the fitting room at 8:50 to try on 6 items. The fitting room attendant counted down every two minutes until the store closed, saying, "Ladies, Zara closes in 10 minutes, 8 minutes, etc". She also stated that we (the customers) should hand our clothes on hangers when we are done trying on- what???? When did it become my job as a customer to make your life easier as an employee? Isn't it about the customers experience in the store? I mean, hey, I get it, retail is tough, I work in retail, manager multi-unit, but never in my entire life have been told by some one where I am spending my hard earned money, to hang my clothes back up when I was done, I'm actually surprised that she didn't ask me to put them away myself as well. I, 99.9% of the time hang my clothes and put them back my self, in the correct place, which I shouldn't do, but I do because I feel their pain, hundreds of go-backs, customers leaving clothes on the floor, leaving a fitting room looking like a tornado ran through it. I am absolutely disgusted with the service here. Whether you shop the store at 10am, in the afternoon or 10 minutes before the store closes, the customer experience should be the same! read more

The staff and service is HORRENDOUS. The fashion forward and trend inspired styles portrayed by the pieces are great to get similar looks as some of the high end boutiques at a low quality and low dollar price tag but might provide the worst customer service and management I've ever experienced. I shop in the galleria very often and out of roughly 15 times of going into the store I have maybe been approached once. I've stopped shopping here simply because of the horrible service. read more

Great place to buy cute work clothes that are of good quality and affordable!

we purchased at the online store for Zara for Christmas gift for our daughter away at college. She needed to change sizes and could not do it coming from me having purchased online. I would advise against purchasing online for a gift. This has made it VERY inconvenient. read more

Unfortunately I have to give a star but they honestly don't deserve not even one! Went in there on Tuesday 10/3 and tried on a top and work pants. The ones I liked I noticed had a missing button so I asked the lady in the dressing room around noon if they had another one in my size since it's missing a button she responded with an attitude no it's the last one. She did not apologize nor offered to order me another pair. I decided not to act up and took them to the register and told them I want these but it's missing a button he offered right away to order me a pair but I'm wondering if they just put them back on the floor. The sweater I tried on was in perfect condition but the black one in the same size I had picked up had holes in them. The clothes are of cheap quality at the prices they charge, they should check the clothes as they inspect them in they clearly sell defective clothes at full price!! However I paid for express shipping and they just created a label for it this morning as of 10/6. Do not pay for expressed shipping since they are going to take their time on a service you paid to get it between 24-48 hours! I wanted to find decent work clothes since I just had a baby and only have a few more pounds to drop until I can fit my clothes. Lesson learned I will just continue on buying my work clothes from the higher end places since I know I am getting the quality I am paying for! Stay away if you can afford to shop at the stores around if not inspect your clothes before buying and don't order online!! read more
