I decided to call a pool liner installer and suggested I call her to get a liner and he would install it. Again made a call and never heard back. I finally ordered my own liner, cove foam and bottom pad. It's now days later and still no contact from Christina or anyone from EZ test pools trying to help. A return call from the first time asking about this would have eliminated this review and the legwork just to get a pool liner and have it installed or guide me to someone who could help. ​

They began my project in May of this year and promised to complete the work by June 20th. However, they didn't finish the pool until the end of August. I also paid for a customized cover for the pool, but the owner kept giving me different excuses and repeatedly told me, "next week," just like he did about the pool. I also paid for in-ground outlets, which he insisted would be done at the end of the job, but he later claimed that the electrician couldn't do it because the inspection had already been completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner will say one thing today and deny it later. Please be cautious if you consider hiring them.

On delivery day, three gentlemen arrived to unload and set up the tub in the location we had prepared. Delivery and setup were top notch as well. We purchased a hot tub through St. Cyr and at just under one year the tub started losing water. We…read morerequested service under warranty, and it turned out that the seams had failed in one of the seat modules. The seat module was under warranty, but they still charged us $129 for this. Apparently they will charge a fee for any warranty work after six months. It's pretty outrageous. Just over a year later, the replacement seat module failed. We asked them to replace it. It took numerous tries to get them to actually come out to do the new replacement, and at no time in the process did they ever quote a price. They ended up charging us over $600 for this second replacement. I do not recommend dealing with St. Cyr. Their communication has been consistently awful, and they gouge on price.
