Venturing into the former (what I thought would be vacant) Keg and Case, I slowly discovered a…read moretotally fresh concept with what appeared to be pinball only machines setup on the exterior level at first glance. Upon further investigation, I learned how it all works post speaking with the staff member. First off, the pinball exterior machines are ran by a totally different company than Starcade and all those machines are .25 cents each. Starcade is stucked inside the former giant main restaurant of Keg and Case which offers unlimited gaming for $20. All the machines are set to free play after you pay the fee. There is a bar serving basic snacks such as chips, pizza and on tap local sodas. The liquor license was just recently obtained and the staff seems to think this will get rolling out within the next few months. I'm not a gamer, yet I can tell you lots of games exist vs. just pinball like the exterior. Inside Starcade, you will find both a main level and upstairs (where the former brewery was). It's dark, there are fun twinkle lights and LED signs. Starcade used to be located within Rosedale Mall so come give a warm welcome to them as they lay roots in Saint Paul! I look forward to returning and trying some games. It has a Can Can Wonderland feel but less complex. I'm very glad the building is getting used as it's a beautiful venue. Enjoy!

The kids loved the variety of arcade games. super value! Parking was easy. Very good service.read more

The volume decibel is 10/10 at all times. Sully from Monsters Inc. Would be so excited to collect all the screams from here! However, adults can get pitcher of beer ora glass on tap. Order drinks or food in the back from the Food Lab. There are so many kid food options! There are many sections of this large space to explore. Kids can try out bumper cars, laser tag, playground, ball pit, VR games, air hockey, claw machines, arcade games and more! Charge each hand to your card which connects points to purchase stuff from the store at the end if you want. Lastly, you buy a package as your ticket to get in. Each package offers access to some or all of the areas to play during your time here. The price goes up the more you have access to. Same as the birthday packages. Look at the food menu to get other great deals on digital cards.

We did the $18.99 nutty professor weekday deal with $7 ropes course add-on. Highly recommend the ropes course, which was the highlight of their day, and I could tell it really built their confidence! Kids also enjoyed the laser beam challenge, the valloroom game, and bumper ride. We didn't do the arcade or the VR but it was still plenty and the kids were super happy to spend the afternoon here! Did not get a chance to try the food but they seemed to have lots of options.

All entrants pay an admission fee (kids under 5 years are free), and all video games, kids rides, and older-style games are free to play. Mini golf and some other activities are Ala carte. There is street parking and an underground parking lot, but, on weekends, parking can be tough to find. There is a cafe to purchase food. Options are flatbreads, baskets, tacos, and more. The food quality is pretty good, but pricey. I get it. The place probably has large overhead costs, so a business needs to make its margins. There is also a beverage wall with various kinds of drinks (mostly-all (?) alcoholic), which are self-pour. I forgot to take photos. Trust me when I say the place is very unique and is great to check out. Pros: - Great place to bring kids - The older-style games are very amusing Cons: - Food is on the pricier side

It was explained to me that the whole thing was run off an iPad in the back room. We went for New Year's Eve had a lovely time, food was great as usual. They even brought out one of my favourite pinball machines as a request. The only thing I could knock a star down for was I paid over $10 for probably the worst milkshake I've ever had. Seriously, the milkshake wasn't much thicker than water. And it was very small. Other than that, I'll just remember not to get the ice cream next time. The best thing about Can-Can Wonderland is the fact that it's a real arcade, not a kiddie ticket casino. And in the evening it becomes a very nice adults only place but still doesn't feel like you're gonna get in a bar fight but you can simply just have a good time..

It was a late Sunday afternoon and I was looking to take two teens and a five-year-old bowling. $7.50 per person - per game - plus mandatory shoe rental at six dollars per person to include the five-year-old. It all adds up. The bitter berry on my cake is the fact that I paid $35 for an appetizer sampler that would've cost half elsewhere - was COLD when it came out along with the nachos. Mind you the place might have been a little understaffed but they were trying. Two games of bowling, shoes, nachos, app sampler, pop drinks, plus a tip was over $200 as a walk in on a Sunday... is that what it costs now!!!? It was okay, I'd try again but I'd be super mindful on what time I'm coming in and ask upfront what total costs will be. Maybe eat a meal elsewhere. Besides that it seemed okay for what it was. Trendy decor and tons of screens for young and old humans to be entertained by.

Bowlero Lakeville Rocks for Birthday Parties!…read more We just had the BEST 10th birthday party for our son Jaycen at Bowlero Lakeville this past Saturday! They reserved 3 bowling lanes for our group of 17 kids and a few adults, which was perfect. Food & Drinks: We opted for their party package and it was fantastic. The chicken tenders, fries, pizza, hot dogs, chips & salsa, and chocolate chip cookie cake were a huge hit with the kids (and adults!). There was also unlimited soda (Pepsi products) which kept everyone happy and hydrated. Amazing Staff: A huge shoutout to Felicia, the General Manager, and Jenna, the Event Manager. They were both phenomenal! Felicia was on top of everything, making sure our party ran smoothly. We were so impressed to see her helping Jenna clean up after the party - that kind of leadership doesn't go unnoticed! She was incredibly friendly and truly made Jaycen's birthday special. Both Felicia and Jenna checked in with us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed - they were on point! Fun for Everyone: The kids even got arcade game cards loaded with funds to play with, and Felicia and Jenna encouraged them to enjoy both bowling and the arcade games. They were incredibly patient with all the excited boys running around. Taking it Home: After the party, Jenna helped us gather all the leftover food and provided boxes so we could take it home (seriously, enough food for days!). Overall Experience: This was an absolute slam dunk of a birthday party! Felicia's management and Jenna's event coordination made it such a success. Felicia absolutely deserves recognition for her fantastic leadership, and Jenna for her excellent service. They were both amazing and so easy to work with. Thank you, Bowlero Lakeville! P.S. This Bowlero location seems to have really improved since our last visit. We will definitely be back and will encourage friends to host their birthday parties and even events here!!
