We were last there a few days ago, the week before the 4th of July (2026). We did all three activities. The price for ten tickets (one ticket per ride) is $70. It costs more for ride tickets to buy individually. The go-carts are my favorite (there is a height limit, but there are two cars for a passenger who is under the height limit). The miniature golf course is good, but the bumper boat ride this year was under-filled with water and the was putrid green. The central fountain was turned off. The staff were extreme friendy, but they had only two people for all of the rides (inadequate). Inside, I saw no people in the restaurant and one person selling tickets and managing the ice cream and indoor games. The place seemed to be heading for decline compared to previous years with too few employees and dirty water for the boats. Also, it would be nice for them to offer standard flavors of ice cream (chocolate and vanilla) in addition to the other flavors.

Their game card is very confusing. You buy a $50 card, but it only has 25 points on it. But it gives you unlimited use of some of the experiential games. So we wasted a lot of time upfront trying to figure that out. Front desk staff was helpful, but in general, the supervising teenagers there were aloof and just doing their jobs. They have a small grill and the food was surprisingly good. My husband had an excellent hamburger with french fries and the kids and I each had small individual size pizzas which were very good. I asked the kids to rate it while we were in the car and they gave it five stars. But when they compared it to Dave & Buster's, they gave it no stars to Dave & Buster's 10 stars. I give it overall four stars and I'm taking a Star away because the bathrooms were dirty and 3 out of 4 bathrooms none of the water was working in the sinks so we couldn't wash our hands. They win on Dodge cars, laser tag, and decent snacks.

Our experience as of late was the staff. Ive worked in customer service and if i had treated my customers the way these people did my family would have lost their business. The female staff member sprayed our table down while my son was sitting there turned the opposite direction so he didnt see her. She didnt ask him to move his arm, or announce her presence...just sprayed his arm and table! Pretty mind blowing. My advice to the Huikkos family would be to educate your staff in faking a friendly personality if they dont have one to start with. We wont be going back. Yesterday, I walked past Playland Arcade at Eden Prairie Center. It had been three years since I…read morewas at this mall. I didn't remember an arcade. No one was there, so I checked it out. You basically get a card and load it with points. The best bang for your buck is loading $50 on it. Since I wasn't sure whether I'd like the games and such, I loaded $20. I swiped my credit card and my points card dropped out of the machine for collection. The game that caught my attention was Space Invaders Frenzy. It was on a large screen. Two players can play. The shooting gun was massive, but extremely comfortable to use. I played this game and loved it. It became my favourite one. You can hold down the trigger to shoot without pressing it like crazy as if you wanted to break it. I managed to get on the top ten high scores. Yay! There is a photo machine at this arcade, but the camera wasn't working. Bummer. I tried one of the claw games. I never do well playing them. All prizes are round in shape, so it's difficult to get the claw to grip anything. There is a hand sanitizer stand, but it didn't have any liquid. It was a downer. Luckily, I had some in my purse and used it before I found a washroom to properly wash my hands. I had a fun time. I have plenty of points on my card (it's 4 points for a game of Space Invaders), so I'll be back for more fun to satisfy my 80's arcade game fix. (392)
