Enjoyed visiting Starcade for my husband's birthday. He loves retro video games and this place was paradise for him. It was an all you can play in a day set price of $15/person. You can leave and come back with a wristband which was nice. There were arcade games from the 70s -2010s, lots of driving games, shooting games, roller ball games, DDR type games in addition to your standard joystick type games. Only thing there isn't is pinball. Definitely brought us back to our childhood on some of them. We'll be back for some more fun!

Burger Time-- I had forgotten this existed!

Most of the pinballs don't work as they should. Find a different to play. We tried some food which was also band and not appetizing

Fun, laidback spot to kick it. Grab your headphones, play some synth wave, and get lost in a huge selection of retro games.

All entrants pay an admission fee (kids under 5 years are free), and all video games, kids rides, and older-style games are free to play. Mini golf and some other activities are Ala carte. There is street parking and an underground parking lot, but, on weekends, parking can be tough to find. There is a cafe to purchase food. Options are flatbreads, baskets, tacos, and more. The food quality is pretty good, but pricey. I get it. The place probably has large overhead costs, so a business needs to make its margins. There is also a beverage wall with various kinds of drinks (mostly-all (?) alcoholic), which are self-pour. I forgot to take photos. Trust me when I say the place is very unique and is great to check out. Pros: - Great place to bring kids - The older-style games are very amusing Cons: - Food is on the pricier side

It was explained to me that the whole thing was run off an iPad in the back room. We went for New Year's Eve had a lovely time, food was great as usual. They even brought out one of my favourite pinball machines as a request. The only thing I could knock a star down for was I paid over $10 for probably the worst milkshake I've ever had. Seriously, the milkshake wasn't much thicker than water. And it was very small. Other than that, I'll just remember not to get the ice cream next time. The best thing about Can-Can Wonderland is the fact that it's a real arcade, not a kiddie ticket casino. And in the evening it becomes a very nice adults only place but still doesn't feel like you're gonna get in a bar fight but you can simply just have a good time..

They have a full bar with limited seating, two patio areas (one in the front and one in the back, and an upstairs party deck. They have old 80s wrestling playing on the televisions, which took me back to my childhood. The place is full of retro video games, pinball machines, skeeball, and there are a couple of video game consoles. The place has very nice, attentive bar staff. They serve some 80s-themed signature cocktails, such as the TMN Tea, Mike Tyson's Drunk Out, Macha Man Randy Savage and the People's Margarita, and have a huge assortment of tap beer. I tried both and they were really good. The cocktails are stiff and savory. Be careful when ordering some beer, though; some of them are THC-infused. Drinking those may get you in trouble at certain jobs. I got the Princess Peach Punch and Raspberry Cider tap beer. The place has a mixed crowd, age-wise. There were 21-year-olds to 60-year-olds. It was a pretty low-key spot that has specials every night. They have limited food options that feature pizza. There weren't many people there while I was there, but it was still a really fun place. I enjoyed my time there. I recommend checking this spot out.

The Explore Pass allows "free" entry and limited access to some of the activities--bumper cars, laser tag, ball fort, laser maze, and a 360° video game. The laser tag arena is much bigger than i thought it would be (looking from the outside). Fun Lab is big enough to house multiple fun activities, but not too large so watching kids is a nightmare. There are non-inclusive activities (more $$) that seem fun. There is a cafeteria, too. We walked in unsure what to do and stood next to two staff at the front desk for a couple minutes before being greeted. We used our explorer pass from Groupon which allowed for a visit do try most of the attractions. A lot of stuff was broken (laser tag maze, laser tag vests, games, blowers in the ball area) or no staff were available to let us know how to use it. What we could use was fun the bumper cars and arcade were favorites for our five year old. We purchased an additional pass for the bumper cars he had to go again. Overall it was okay for the prices, but there are other options around the cities if you're willing to spend a little more.

So I decided to try it out. VR locations are starting to get more and more popular but I have always been so hesitant. Mainly because 1. They look dingy. (Like cold and wet.) 2. Sometimes they look sketchy. 3. Or they look creepy or they charge too much. HOWEVER. this place is not the case. I called to ask about making a reservation. Since like most people you google, and look online at photos and stuff. They were super awesome. Super friendly but most importantly. Patient. As a person who worries and stresses about making things nice. This place made it so easy, and Jacob (the person who helped the 3 times I called and was there to show up the set up and greet us.) Was amazing. Super kind and patient when it came to asking about the location. And really relatable! I really like this place. They have lots of choices for games and I think it's well worth the price. You get a good seating area too. Bottom line: so I am coming back. I dont know about you. But I am coming back. And if that is any consolation, it means you should try it too.
