I am not a fan of bowling. But a very good friend had a birthday party here, and for them, I bowl. Ambiance is hard to describe. A bit MAGA, a bit video arcade that's actually gambling, and lots of bowling. My rental shoes were old. Frayed. There were many in the group who got new ones though, so clearly a mix. The way you enter your names at the lanes is a bit antiquated, but easy to figure out and use, so a win. Drinks were not strong and very affordable, food was very average. Staff were pleasant enough. Look, bowling is not my thing, and I have no disrespect for folks for whom it is their thing. But even with it not being my thing, the experience was generally good. Would I do it again? Had reservations specifically for the Miracle pop-up Christmas bar during the holidays as I've enjoyed the other Miracle pop-ups I've been to and was pretty disappointed in the service. While the place was pretty decorated, it was nowhere near what I expected based on previous experiences. And even with reservations, and a slower customer night, we waited at least an hour for our food. It took a long time to get our drinks or to get refills. We overheard our server tell another table they were short staffed, but it would have been nice to get that's heads up at the beginning of our service so we knew what to expect instead of assuming they kept forgetting about us. I have been bowling at Pinz many times but this was the first time that I ate in the bar area and it happened to be the miracle pop up. When I think of food at a bowling alley, I typically think mediocre but wow was I surprised. First of all, the holiday decor was super fun. And our bartender/server Kenny was very attentive. We started with the spin dip and it was so tasty and perfect match with the pita triangles. I also got the Mrs clause and the steak was nice and tender and seasoned well and the mashed potatoes were great! Lastly we got the dessert and it was quite tasty. We did have a few of the festive cocktails. I got the christmasaurus and the Rudolph's replacement. Both of these were super tasty! Don't sleep on visiting here. It's a hidden gem. read more

If you're looking for some fun...this is the place. This place has a lot to offer...bowling, arcade, private bowling suite, a restaurant/tavern, bar, etc. we decided to go bowling to get out of the house on a cold winter day. We rsvp'ed online for a bowling lane at a certain time on the same day. The process was easy but seeing as though I haven't bowled in maybe 10+ years...the prices are steep for family of 3 on a Saturday and bowling for an hour (includes shoes/bowling ball). $78 (with tax). We didn't order any food on this trip. I was happy to have some assisted help from the bowling Dino (I'll call it) for my son to bowl but the bumpers don't really bump the ball back across the lane. It was hard for my son to get a strike. He did get at least a spare. I'm excited to come back and try some GFF options at the restaurant and some more bowling! read more

Awful experience, food was terrible and horrifically overpriced, service was extremely slow and took forever. Some staff were very rude. I had a soda that was 8 oz and costed 5 dollars, was mainly ice, and had no refills. One slice of pepperoni pizza was also 5 dollars and they would give customers slices that were 100 percent crust with no cheese or toppings. The vending machine drinks where over three months expired. The ambiance was bad and half the arcade games did not work or were in awful condition. The bowling alleys where also extremely hectic and the lights hurt my eyes. Many balls kept getting stuck in the gutters. Overall horrendous experience and I left dissatisfied and hungry. My team went for a bonding bowling night and we got 2 lanes in the VIP section. Which means it's a little more private and probably before covid there was menu service. They also have huge TVs playing music videos and sports. We had a great time! The lanes were new and high end with no mechanical issues. Drinks were reasonably priced and the food looked good but we didn't get any. We played 1 final death game of air hockey at the end and called it a night-- 3 hours passed easily. Minus 1 star because quite a few of the arcade games were out of order. The parking lot was packed but it's very spacious and most people are localized to their bowling lane so it was quite spread out. I'll definitely go again! Can't wait to go laser tagging. read more

If you have kids, this is a great place to bring them. They have plenty of games, laser tag and bowling to keep them busy. Most kids and adults love the 15 minute laser tag experience. Very fun and great workout! They have plenty of bowling lanes and have other options for adults to drink at the bar or eat at restaurant. The 10 pin alley area has monster screens for sports while bowling. Great place to do private birthday parties for younger kids and they get pizza, drinks and the birthday boy/girl gets a bowling pin to take home. Only reason I rate 4 stars vs 5 is they should hire more staff to work the arcade area, especially with how long it takes to scan cards to see how many points to redeem for prizes. The parking lot is huge and should have no problem finding a parking spot. read more

THE EMPLOYEES BUMP UP THE TIPS AND STEAL FROM YOU!!!!! purchased a large pepperoni pizza for 20.95. left a cash tip. with tax, that pizza would cost about 23ish dollars. even if tax was 15% (its 6.875), my bill would be 24.09. I get my statement, which says 24.50. One of the employees left a tip on the receipt thinking no one would notice. Who's to say they are not doing this to multiple people? Shame on me for trusting the establishment to not add a tip onto a receipt after leaving a cash tip. Too bad I didn't keep my receipt. read more

This is a FUN place to go and the food isn't bad either. We visited this place a couple days ago with a group of about 30 people. the place was not all that busy considering it was Super Bowl Weekend. The service was very good considering the size of the group and the NO advance warning we were coming. Now the story behind that is that they wanted us to put down a $300 deposit to reserve space for our group. We saved the $300 bucks and just showed up! The food had good flavor and the cost value was very good. I didn't leave hungry! The selection is very good as well. We also tried the cheese curds. Good taste but not sure I would order again. Maybe? The real fun with this place begins with the bowling and game room. We had no kids in our group so this was pure and simple adult fun! I'm sure families would have a blast as well. The bowling was a bit costly but what the heck! [AMY] I would really work on this bowling thing! I get the hourly rate but per game will make people happier! The reviews about this place should've forewarned me about the disorganization of the entire operation. we attended the miracle pop up bar with reservations. included in the reservations were two mugs. upon our 15 minute wait to even see our server she nonchalantly informed us they don't have the mugs. I indicated we had paid for reservations and as part of that we were supposed to get the mugs. she didn't know what to say about that. she left and came back about 15 minutes later. I asked to speak with a manage.... she didn't want that clearly. they claimed they'd mail us the mugs? not holding my breath. when I reached out for a refund due to them not providing services I paid for they will not answer. Now reservations have magically ended. this place is a scam. we drove 45 minutes to try this. I wish we would've avoided it. read more

Visited Pinz on 2/11/23 around 4pm. Jumped on the waitlist for bowling. Wait time was 60-65 minutes. Thankfully we only had to wait about about 40 minutes. When we got to our lane, the tables had not been cleared. There was soda spilled all over the table, chairs, and floor along with food everywhere. We had no where to even sit down because everything was so dirty and sticky. The bumpers on our lane wouldn't go down, balls kept getting stuck, and our pins would fall over between turns. We requested service 3 different times (on the keypad and in person) and no one ever came to help. The lanes were sticky (probably from the sticky floors). We paid $116.50 for 4 people and 2 hours. The experience was not worth the price. read more

On Saturday 3.26 we had a party for our son's 8th birthday. I have no better words than to describe our entire experience (beyond some helpful young men at the prize counter) as; appalling. From the moment we walked in EVERY person we came in contact with was extremely unprofessional and rude. We waited 25 mins for 2 people to hand out 8 pairs of shoes. No guidance as to where our party person was. When he did show up he was utterly clueless. I explained I was worried we wouldn't get food within the hr time slot and to order it now; he refused. When we finally got to a room 10 mins past our party start time we never saw the guy for another 15. At 10 mins before we were to be out of this sad room with ZERO decorations (a plastic table cover) we still had no pizzas/drinks. I went to a manager who insisted he'd make it right and we wouldn't have to leave our room. At 5:15 the incorrect pizza came and they demanded we leave the room. We never saw the manager. He didn't make it right and now we can't get ANYONE from this location or the corporate office at Triple Shift Entertainment to call or email us back!! I want my money back, an apology and for them to do better!! We are all aware of how the world had changed and how businesses have been impacted from Covid but this, there was no excuse. It felt as if they took a kid off the street and asked if he wanted to be a "party consultant" that day! This is NOT acceptable. Nobody should have the experience we had. If you don't want to be angry, donate money to be treated poorly and have a disappointed birthday kid... don't book a party here! read more

Went around 9:30 pm, waited for 10-15 mins for two lanes to open up. Right away as we were settling on our lane, a sever comes by to see if we wanted food and drinks. However after that one time, I didn't see them throughout the night. It was a really full; most (or all) of the lanes were used. Suggest to go early if you have a bigger party (call ahead to reserve) and if you plan on bowling for awhile. Ordered the perfect burger with tater tots, and I was surprised with the burger! The lady that brought out the burger went to the wrong lane, I told them what lane it was, but it didn't directly end up coming straight to us. I saw that they were asking the people two lanes away from us, and i went to go ask if that was our order, despite that mix up, I was pleasantly tasty for a bowling alley burger. I've had some at other places and it wasn't as good as this one. However I thought it was a little spendy.. $13 for the burger, side tots, and small spear of pickle. We ended the night with a round of laser tag and it was so much fun!!! The girl at the register that helped us was awesome! Came here at 10 pm on a Saturday night. It was pretty dead actually. We went into the bar area to play some pool. There was two tables and as we looked through the cues, I wished I had remembered to bring mine. Only 2 out of a dozen sticks had tips!! It's pretty sad that they don't maintain their equipment there. The tables are electronic so you can feed bills in and press a button. $5 bought 10 games which is major bargain. I wonder if that was an evening deal because the table said it was $5 unlimited play for 30 minutes but we played for 2 hours. We both ordered food. I got this chili dog with cheese curds on it and weird shaped tater tots. The food was decent but not anything to write home about. My friend got a chicken quesadilla. It came out covered with seasoned sour cream which was not in the food description. We had to send it back for a redo (didn't want sour cream). A new one came out shortly after so they get points for being fast. The food was decently priced. A big pile of food was $8 (for what I got). This place seems to be the place teens loiter. Lots of them playing pool, standing around talking, etc. I didn't see anyone playing in the arcade. It was strangely vacant for a Saturday night. This review is in regard to the pro shop, which was tremendously helpful. Mike was very engaging and polite when getting measurements for custom drilled holes in a new bowling ball. It's actually one of the few places still opened. It was not intimidating at all and the work was done while I was still there. The venue itself is very entertaining and fun. It has an arcade, bar/restaurant, and of course bowling lanes. It's very clean as well. The only drawback is the higher than normal pricing for bowling, which casual bowlers would look elsewhere. read more

This review is for Harvey's: Harvey's is exactly what you'd expect for a pub in a bowling alley. It's a nice local bar/restaurant with a decent beer selection and typical drinks. The burgers and pizza are very good. They even have gluten free pizza which my wife really enjoyed. The menu is not real broad but what they do offer, they seem to do well. Plenty of TVs if you want to watch a game. The atmosphere is nice with multiple seating options (bar, booth, dining table and bar table). Overall, it's a nice place to eat or hang out and have a few beers/drinks. And of course, there's all the games and bowling if that's your thing. Check it out if you're in the area. read more
