Went for a date night, and would go back for another! First time here, went on a Saturday night and it wasn't too packed. Although there was still a wait for axe throwing. We bruised around and then ate at the bar while we waited for our turn. I always love sitting at the bar, I always get better service. It's been a year+ since I visited. Nice to see it super busy on a Saturday. We had dinner here - the build your own salad was delicious and a fun option! The pizza was a miss and the fries were cold. Boneless wings were a good portion and fine flavor. The tables were also not cleaned up throughout the night, so most were sticky and had trash, with a few broken/wobbly too. Food was pretty pricey - I would probably eat elsewhere and just come here for the fun. Unless I missed it, they didn't have a cocktail menu which I found odd given they have a full bar. We did the axe throwing which was very fun and the wait wasn't bad! They have a lot more - a huge arcade, golf simulators, laser tag, pickleball, darts, seasonal mini golf. We love taking our kids here on cold weekends for a fun arcade atmosphere! My youngest has won pretty decent prizes both times we've been. It's a typical indoor arcade atmosphere, noisy, dark, over stimulating, but super fun! We hope to visit sometime without kids to try other activities like ax throwing and pickle ball! read more

I've checked out this place before, mainly because it's located in an area near my BFF, and also bc they're located in the same strip mall as D Spot so I'm guessing they have stepped up their game with food. First time I just hung out at the bar and tried a quesadilla and pretzel with cheese, both were fine. The place could be busier and although it appears they're working on some changes, there's a lot of staff sitting around unsupervised or so it seems. Anyway, nice atmosphere. It's a decent spot and I want them to do well. I returned for bingo this week. First off, they need to add details of their bingo game to their website bc it is a lot more expensive than any other place in the area, and you have a choice of electronic ($38) or paper ($28). 13 games with $100 payout on all but the coverall is $1200. It would have been more fun with more people, and please, if you are charging people $40 to play bingo, provide us with a server! I am not even kidding that was so dumb with all those people standing around and we have to go to the bar for a drink and a different location for food? Seriously fix that! I'm sure one of those employees sitting around would like to make some tips. Anywho, I'm sure they get the point, onto the food. You know I'm pleasantly surprised. That wedge salad rivals the one at Hazelwood! Not kidding, with the avocado and drizzle of balsamic, blue cheese and crispy bacon. For $10 it was pretty dank. I also tried the Buffalo wings just to compare to D Spot, their direct competitor. The wings were good quality. They had a nice smoky flavor and they looked good. The sauce had a lot of flavor but it's just too spicy. Mild up those wings for Oakdale and I'd choose them over D Spot really because the quality is much better. I came here for a 40th birthday party with a bunch of friends. We did an hour of ax throwing and that was super fun/ $20 for an hour or 30 for two hours. They also had mini golf and video games, which we didn't play. We ordered a bunch of food, so I tried a bit of everything. Here what I thought was great: - nachos! Yum! - wings - so good! - pizza - lots of flavor! They seemed understaffed so it was difficult to find someone to place an order but everyone who was there was working so hard and were all friendly! Super fun place to bring out of town guests, families, or a date night. Ace throwing, arcade games, laser tag, Pickleball, yard games, sports simulators, there is a lot going on here! Nice menu with pizza, apps, and sandwiches and the quality is good, particularly for an entertainment venue. Food is counter service, which works well here as there are plenty of places to sit and table service isn't really needed. Huge beer list with some nice selections too, check out their tap list on Untappd or their website. You will surely have fun here. Mini golf is outside and seasonal. Seems to have steered more to attract adults than the previous spot Big Thrill Factory, especially with the removal of go karts and replacement with Pickleball courts. read more

I have been twice & mostly I just want to say get the Mac & Cheese. Who doesn't like fun time with food, drinks, and plenty of fun activities like axe throwing, mini gold, go-carts, and arcade games. . They have 4 adult slushies available. You can grab them individually or in this awesome flight & try them all. They change it up with different flavors, but during my visit my favorite was the Sangria. 1st visit - I have The Burrow Wings which are smoked and tossed in their house made sauces. You can pick from bbq, buffalo, burrow, honey bbq, or dry rub. I did Buffalo for my first try! You also get a side of celery & blue cheese or ranch. The Smoked Meats were pretty solid. I got Pork Belly and my friends Ralph got the sliced beef brisket. I had the Mac & cheese and I'm obsessed. It was so good! If that's all I got everyday if be happy. 2nd time I grabbed cheese curds, Hot Honey Pizza, and of course the Mac & cheese. I really am starting to enjoy axe throwing. It took my a few tries to get back in the swing, but Oakdale Burrow has axe throwing specialists that help you improve & teach you hit to properly throw! I really enjoy learning and getting better! Have apps and drinks while you throw, then have dinner afterwards. Get the homemade tater tots! They are amazing! Then grab a seat and enjoy one of their homemade pizzas! Totally cool though. Excellent menu with 4-star execution. Double smash with cheese and bacon... sublime! Good intentions with the beet and goat cheese salad, but quadruple vinaigrette was not ideal (I don't like to drink my salad). Tacos... again promising; picco de gallo was missing in action (forgotten). There was a shortage of staff as well. Need "and ones" behind the bar and kitchen. Went to this establishment looking to have a good time with my friends. I gave the security man my ID and he claimed it was fake( and it wasn't) so he refused to give it back to me until police is called (which he refused to do). I called the police and they came to confirm that the ID is real and then he was offended at the fact that he got it wrong so he denied us access because he was "disrespected" Mind you, we did not call him out of his name or say anything to him other than we are calling the police to confirm the ID for you. Overall horrible service and i'm 100% sure he and the manager did that because I am a muslim black woman who was wearing a head scarf. Very unproffesional and very disrespectful. Wow! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The online booking system was down and I called to see if someone could help me. I could hardly hear the teenager I spoke with over the blaring music and he told me axe throwing was all the way in the back and he could not help us book. He also couldn't tell me the age limit for axe throwing or give any informaion. I asked if I could speak to a manager or someone who could help me and he hung up on me not once but again when I called back thinking it was a bad connection! read more

It gets 3 stars due to subpar food that is way over priced! 22$ for a mushroom pizza (no meat) and it's not that big of a size pan pizza -plus misleading on the wood fire pizza part because I don't see any wood fire oven or wood smoke pizza flavor- peek behind to see a dominoes/Pizza Hut rolling metal pizza oven- so stop the misleading advertising please. You can get good food at Applebees or Olive Garden and it's much better for its price. The food is just way overpriced for a a games/entertainment area for subpar flavor and quantity/quality. Besides that- okay hangout spot if your not on the cheapskate side. Like most people here in the twin cities or here located in Oakdale- at least there's something to do. Went to check out the Burrow out. There is no staff service you sit at a table. You are on your own to get food and drink. seems like they are a little under staffed when they are busy or the staff is no paying attention to all their customer. Unable to get items on the correct tab. The staff needs to be better trained and pay attention bette. The owners need to reconsider table service staff. Rented out FoxyDen I understand when there's no rental it's open to the public but when I got there, since my event starts at 7, asshole bartender Deon was rude AF and told me they will kick people out at 7. Wtf, cutting into my time , it was 7:05pm when they were slowly telling people to leave, yet no one was leaving, people all over the foxy den, they didn't clean up after the people left, it was just shit, first time and last time, no one knew how to explain the overall experience , managers were clueless, shit was all over the place, you have to pay for EVERYTHING separately.
