Omg, I am totally sold to come back with their customer service. Staff will fluff stuffies and stack near prize chute. Also when it is payout, claw grabs and does not let go until reaching back home to prize chute. Just see videos that they do not play games like both duck locations in Eagan and mall of America. Tokens can be purchased any amount since $1 per token. Claw machines are mostly 1 token with a few that take 2 tokens. Single gatcha machine takes $8 worth of tokens but you get a token back when you return empty gatcha egg. Post on social media and you get free tokens. My son and I spent $15 and got 4 plushies and 1 gatcha toy. Totally worth it to play and guaranteed to win with some help. read more

Drove 30 minutes with my 4 year old to find out no one ever opened the store. Hours say 11:30am and there are no signs on the door that say they are closed. Tried calling and no answer. Business next door said they weren't open yesterday either and he thinks they may be on vacation. My son and I are extremely disappointed by this. We wasted time and gas money. They could have at least had the curtosey to put a sign on the door. I'm sure if they called the business next door they would have done it for them. Very irresponsible and disrespectful management. Cute spot but harder to win than other locations with okay prizes. The spot itself is super cute especially the machines, super bright and flashy. The spot is a little small however so it can be kinda difficult to move around on a busy day. You can purchase tokens from a machine or at the register up front! Each machine play is 1 token which is better than other locations. :) Not sure if I went on a bad day because the machines were really difficult. I spent around 20+ and only won a tiny Pokémon figure. The claws weren't really strong and the quality of the plushies were kinda meh... You are able to trade your plushies for better prizes so that's pretty cool. Their trade-in case has way better items like Pokémon, Anime, Labubu, and more! I recommend stopping by if you are in the area tho, it's nice to see more fun spots open up in MN! :) read more

Very fun and neat claw machine store. It has a vibrant feel to it and the price of each game was a little pricey for me but if you don't mind it then, play away! The prizes are very cute and unique. It is very kid and family friendly and the area that it is in has a lot of traffic so be careful if you leave and enter the parking lot. Claw Land is just as it sounds. It's not a big place, but there are probably 20+ claw machines. We only won one item, so that was a little disappointing for the kids. We did notice that the staff made sure all of the very young kids walked out with a small gift. It's a unique place worth a visit. read more

We saw this shop from the road and stopped because it looked so fun. The inside is bright and fun, but not loud like other arcades. Each machine is 1 token and tokens are purchased in bundles. The machines were challenging, but not impossible. We each walked out with a prize. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. This is a fun place to bring a date or kids. Lots of cute prizes and you can trade in plushies for bigger plushies. Also the staff will let you trade plushies for other plushies in the same machine. Want a specific pikachu but can't reach it? They will help you, super nice staff. The games are challenging but not impossible. It's a lot of fun. It's very easy to spend a lot of money here. I traded in 10 small plushies to get a super cute eeyore. Definitely coming back again. read more

What a fun place. We found this place on google and had to check it out. There are quite a few places like this in Toronto, but this is the first we have seen in the Midwest. We traveled from Chicago to Minneapolis for Spring Break. The place is located in a small plaza. It's bright, clean and fun for kids. What makes it unique from other places is that the machines actually grab the plushies and you can trade up for bigger prizes. The owner was really nice and attentive. We have been to Claw Land a couple times now and had a blast! The machines have awesome plushies and the trade up prizes are nice. I would however like to see more trade up options like blind boxes, branded merch or keychains. Some of the claws are difficult and could use a fluff but the staff was great with tips and helping to reset if we needed it. The pricing is fair with it being one coin per machine, and you get a little bonus if you spend more. We love this place and will be back for sure. read more

Spent $40 for my kids to walk out with nothing. Had a few times where they picked up the prize and the claw was too weak and just dropped it. You'd be much better off going to a regular arcade. Feels rigged and is a total waste of money. The prizes are all cheap, so there's no reason it should be so hard. They'd make plenty even if my kids won a few times. read more

This arcade is a dollar a play, you buy their custom printed tokens and they have about 10 claw machines in total. You can win multiple prizes and exchange up for bigger stuffed animals. All prize exchanges have to be used the day you win them. This probably isn't an arcade you make a special trip out to because within 10 minutes you'll have spent 100 dollars easily and have played all the machines. But if you're in the area I'd check it out! The owner was extremely friendly, I love all the customized claw machines and was so happy to see this style of arcade here in Minnesota! You can only trade prizes in the day you win them. All claw machines are regular claw machines where you just pick up the prize. We went there for the first time a few days ago. My 3 girls had so much fun. It's the first time that we actually won. Claw land machines are nice and filled with plushies that you actually want. The claw machines are easy to use and my 4 years old had the most fun. The staff is so nice. We came back home with 6 super cut plushies.
