And she does not make any effort to do more than the minimum that I imagine a sub-par shop would require. Call me spoiled, but I've come to expect a certain level of treatment for services rendered and you will not find that here. It's quite unfortunate as I'm certain that Dr. Kattchee is a phenomenal surgeon, but I have no interest in dealing with Rebecca again to find out.

By that I mean, there are several exam rooms and the walls separating them are partial. Consequently, conversations in the other rooms could easily be overheard. I got the feeling too it was an assembly line environment. The dentist was professional and diagnosed the problem and said I needed a root canal and of course a crown. They told me that I may have a complaint about against the insurer. A time proven tactic of deflection. That combined with their offer to write off the debt made me very happy. I must say that even though their response was slow in coming. It was truly satisfactory. I told her I had $5k to do dentistry, it wouldn't be enough for what she said I had to do. This upset her and she was like well my 30 years of experience is worth it. I never said it wasen't I just dont have more than 5k. Thanks god for her assistant! Her assistant told me to goto UTMB Dentist school. Right after the Dr heard her say that to me the dentist took her assistant out of the room and that was the last I saw of her. So the assistant must have got reemed! If you read this thank you for your suggestion. I thought Drs were suppose to take care of what you need. If I cant afford it dont just leave me walking out wondering what should I do. When I came to have it finished, I was presented with another invoice and told that what I paid didn't cover the entire process!!! Why wouldn't they ask for that money up front? I was additionally upsold on services which I didn't ask for, but I was told were absolutely necessary. Now I feel like I may have been scammed on the price of the work I already paid for and unsure if I even actually needed an implant, which is probably overpriced. To add insult to injury, when I showed up for my appointment I was told my parking would be validated "when I paid". Apparently the close to $5,000 I've already spent doesn't get me a bit of grace, here. Ignore these jokers and find an honest dentist - don't make the mistake I did.
