Last Saturday I ordered through app and it accepted it. When I arrived the app would not allow me to check in. I could see my receipt of $25.00 that I had paid. I spoke in person to the manager and showed him what was order and paid. He said I had to call customer service. I asked him could he just make what was on the receipt, SINCE he could see it was paid for to Troy Sonic. He said NO - you will have to get a refund from Sonic. After much discussion I left, called customer service 3 times and they said it will be 10 days to get a refund. My idea of customer service is when we experience a glitch in technology and he can see I paid he would have just make the burgers. I went to Dairy Queen and was out of there in less than 5 minutes.
