Definitely recommend this Sonic. Very clean, Bright & beautiful lights at night. Parking is easy. The service at curbside or Drive-thru is always very good. Went this evening for a bag of ice and they were so very nice & extremely happy & friendly. Food has always been very good on my other trips. Beware of the app- because Troy Sonic will not give your order if they see the receipt. Typically I have excellent service at this sonic. Last Saturday I ordered through app and it accepted it. When I arrived the app would not allow me to check in. I could see my receipt of $25.00 that I had paid. I spoke in person to the manager and showed him what was order and paid. He said I had to call customer service. I asked him could he just make what was on the receipt, SINCE he could see it was paid for to Troy Sonic. He said NO - you will have to get a refund from Sonic. After much discussion I left, called customer service 3 times and they said it will be 10 days to get a refund. My idea of customer service is when we experience a glitch in technology and he can see I paid he would have just make the burgers. I went to Dairy Queen and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. read more

Sonic has good hotdogs, chili dogs, and also very good cheeseburgers. Wish they had a fish sandwich they could try out.

Delicious food and drinks with lots of options to choose from. Great place for snacks and desserts, as well! Conveniently located in center of town. Friendly employees. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I've frequently been given no straw with my drink, or no sauce that I asked for/that's advertised as coming with a certain item. read more

I like the cheese burgers from here & the cheddar peppers but other than that I'm just not impressed.

Not going back. I went there on two separate occasions and received bad service both times. The first time I went, I ordered a burger with some cheese sauce, the one they put on their ultimate burritos. I was then told they don't have a cheese sauce. Minor. So I went again. Bad decision. First I order a number 1, and I ask for no pickles and to add some of their burrito sauce. They understand and I wait for my food. It gets to me and it turns out that they didn't give me the correct drink. Then the car hop actually left, Without giving me my change! i was hungry so I didn't feel like bothering at the time. I get home and I get my burger out and find out that they didn't give me a regular burger. They basically gave me nothing but a Plain burger, with cheese sauce. Never going back again. Take my change and mess up my order twice. No thanks. read more

The food was what one would expect at Sonic. However the service was as quick as lightning and very pleasant. One might expect that with such quick service, that the food would be stale or cold, but on the contrary, it was hot and fresh. read more

They make a wonderful slush as long as the city water that day is in good standing. I do not think they filter their tap water for their slush, soda and other drinks. The food is pretty decent as long as you throw a little salt on it. The workers all seem pretty nice aside from one girl that always has an ignorant look on her face like she is better then everyone and yet most days don't even look like she brushed her hair. Updating to inform you for some reason after I visited there every day 3-4 times a day getting a slush someone added something extra to my drink.... It was horrible and an army friend of mine told me it was urine. (He knew from learning how to filter urine for emergency in Iraq). The manager then was very unpleasant towards me while making fun that I would even know what urine tasted like. It's really sad that I loved this place and spent about $84 a week there and now will never go back. read more
