I called in to let them know they forgot the soda and I would like the soda that I paid for. Instead of just sending out a new soda multiple people told me " my driver said he gave it to you". Well, I wouldn't have called if I received the soda. After speaking to a manager I was rudely told " I guess we will send another one. Then hung up on me. I did ultimately get the soda and the driver apologized which I did appreciate. But no reason to be so rude over a $3 soda. The manager should be ashamed.
