So, I'm leaving a short but very favorable review for Dr. Chris Pace and his staff, with whom I've had a very positive experience. Dr. Pace has an upbeat and professional bedside manner laced with a refreshingly quirky sense of humor. His staff is personable and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about their office and patient experience.

Had BHP with a very large prostate (200g). Dr Huddleston performed the HoLEP procedure on me about…read more2 months ago, and I am very pleased. He did a great job communicating how the procedure would work, and the risks. Turned out I had a prostate that like to bleed, so my procedure ending up being more challenging for him. As a result I did end up spending the night in the hospital (I was the last procedure for the day, so might have been different if I was the first). As it turns out, I'm glad I spent that night in the hospital, as the nurse kept fluids flowing through my urethra throughout the night, which I think was very beneficial for me. Had minor leaking for about a week, and since then life has been pretty normal. Stream is better than I ever remember, urges are less, and still training with Kegel exercises to improve control. Office appointments were always on time, and Dr. Huddleston took the time to answer all of my questions. Shout out to the nurses who draw blood as well; painless and quick!

Someone put us down as a no show. Resche filed for 3 weeks later. Dr Huddleston was very good. Found out husband has cancer in bladder. Husband did not pass work up for surgery. Some rude person called up and rattled off something and said morning or after noon? For what I said. An appointment she said. I said you pick. I called back to talk to whom ever it was that called. The person at the frontt desk was rude saying you have an appointment on Dec 30th. For what I said. A procedure she said. I said cancel It. This staff needs to go!! they are destroying his practice.

You sit down and wait and wait, 25 minutes later they call your name, put you in a room and you wait some more, 10 more minutes. My time is valuable! But I like Dr. Frey and so I wait and wait...for 5 minutes of his time Other Doctors in the area are more timely so this is what I am comparing this visit to. It took a year of recurrent symptoms for Dr. Ortiz to make a diagnosis…read more For a year, he repeatedly prescribed an expensive medication that is available over the counter for a fraction of the cost. HE HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF ELDERLY PATIENCE NEEDS WHO ARE ON FIXED INCOMES. Dr. Dennis Ortiz then performed a surgery on my mother and then when she called him reporting pain afterward - he did not call her back until 36 hours later by which point she had to call an ambulance and was taken to the hospital. Once she was in the hospital he recommended that she check out against medical advice of the hospital which would lead to Medicare not covering her stay. Thank goodness we found another Urologist for her. DR.ORTIZ IS INCOMPETENT.
