Oversold and underdelivered. Formerly Precision Vascular. If you want to be lied to, gaslit and not…read moreget the care sold, go here. They are no different than the other vein clinics offering FREE vein care covered by insurance. It is a scam until you go through insurance, and they say you owe a huge amount due to coinsurance. This was my third company to try to get simple sclerotherapy, and again disappointed by the smoke n mirrors technique they all use to get you in. Three different people in the Plano office told me they ran my insurance and the services recommended were covered 100%, except for sclerotherapy which was 175 a leg. I went to verify this w my insurance, and found this was not the case. BCBSTX stated they could order a pre service estimate but StrideCare manager Willy Woods stated he's never heard of that after checking with his company. Then he stated price was 2100.00 aside from sclerotherapy due to coinsirance. I spoke to Cashandra at the Plano office, manager who gaslit me stating she did tell me about coinsirance when she didn't, then the regional manager, Willy Woods was even more unprofessional. He started off great stating he was going to deliver great service to make this right and spoke to Cashandra and staff to let them know they needed to stop telling clients all was covered by insurance until they ran it. Said he understood they miscommunicated and could knock it down to 1600. Told him I was willing to meet them in the middle, then after speaking to his boss, Dr Humphrey, he called back and said they didn't realize I need 6-7 procedures not the 3 he thought upfront and was firm on his price. I never said 3 as I assumed he reviewed what I needed before calling me to discuss price.. what on earth?! I then asked for his boss, Dr Humphrey to call me and he never did. I did their legwork for them and called my insurance for a "pre estimate for service" and they said their contracted rate w this company was 264 per main vein, I have 3= 796.. i offered 750 for everything and and never heard back. Willy Woods raised his voice to me on the telephone when I told him he was not delivering what his staff and company sold me, then he went through a CANNED CHECK LIST of: "ma'am I have 1) kept my tone professional, 2) not raised my voice, and 3) did my job to try to make this work for you". Laughable managerial skills at best and the company is just another vascular chain overselling and under delivering. The other two I reviewed were even worse. Be careful to avoid these clinics offering free vein services, they are not even honoring their contracted rates with the insurance companies, or what they state will cover 100%. Disappointed in the industry and tired of unprofessional businesses lack of accountability all the way around. I have had a chiropractor since tell me vein clinics like this are forever impairing women's quality of life through damaging their veins. Another vascular surgeon stated he'd never recommend these type of clinics either. I will stick to sclerotherapy until more reputable treatments are offered by surgeons with a history of success and professional business practices. This is my experience, hope yours is better!

After the appointment (which I thought was a basic check up), my situation quickly changed to needing surgery ASAP (for a female issue) and I emailed Dr. Sharan late in the day but Ms. Newsom returned my message that day with information I had requested. I replied after hours but Ms. Newsom responded first thing the next morning, being able to move a procedure to the Frisco office so it could happen immediately. Ms. Newsom was at the Frisco office that day (I first met her at Plano West) and she said "hello" - etc - this personal touch and quick/creative response is so appreciated. I have been so very happy with Heartplace but particularly when I needed them!

Dr. Dao has been my physician for years and as far as I'm concerned, he is among the very best cardiologists. Unfortunately, I can's say the same for their Billing Department whose processes and practices are in a word, atrocious. Multiple billing notices with differing amounts, indications the account is going to collections, prolonged delays posting payments to patient accounts, etc. In summary, Billing is regrettably, very hectic, problematic, and unpleasant.

I am pleased with the results so far. Over and above service! - During his European vacation this week, Dr Lee took the time to call and text multiple times to make sure that I was progressing well in my recovery. I was just amazed. Dr Lee is an expert at his craft and takes the time to educate his patients about the treatment plan. He shows a great deal of patience in answering all questions before, during and after procedures. I have also had my first Fotana4D and Nightlase treatments; my skin is improving and tightening as my collagen is increasing. Advanced Surgical Arts has definitely gained my loyalty for all of my future cosmetic treatments and surgical needs.

They made sure I knew exactly what to expect from my laser treatment and educated me on post skin care. It is clear the Dr. Lee loves what he does and truly cares for his patients. I will definitely be returning for all my future cosmetic needs!

This review is mainly for the billing and the front desk office staff. For new patients: BE AWARE…read moreof Hidden Charge!! I was referred by my primary physician for a check up with Dr. Shah. The doctor is friendly, energetic and refer me to his wife's run business for health coaching. After the initial consultation visit, I found an unfamiliar charge on my CC. When I went back to the office for EKG and inquired the front desk about the charge, they told me it's something about health evaluation/assessment. What it really was the questionnaire they ask everyone to fill when they register. One would think it's just part of the New Patient filling out a registration form and basically all offices ask those general questions. However, THIS office made a specialty out of this and charge every new patient (according to the front desk) for filling this mobile form. I told them I was never made aware of that a charge would be associated with filling out the form. But the front desk didn't care and asked me to call their billing. To prevent further unwanted charge, I asked her to remove my CC information on file. Then she threaten to cancel my EKG appointment on the day. I am thinking to file a complain with regulatory governing body of Texas. Will see. I hope Dr. Shah or office manager sees this and retrain their unruly staff and correct this hidden charge.

Never ordered my blood work until I called them. The doctor called in sick on my appointment day and I was never notified. They can text reminders, surveys, etc but not out of office cancellations. But they are gonna make sure they get your credit card information so they can charge you the office deductible even if the doctor canceled. FUCK them!
