No patient service can be expected here
I was treated like a dope feind, made to take a drug test before even setting my purse and coat down in my room. I was then made to sign a form saying I am subject to drug testing at any time(sure no problem, right?) but then it also said I won't get any narcotics from any other doctor(problem here and I'll explain why) and when I saw him he told me that I can either have surgery done on my neck or I can do this treatment system called Calmare, which none of my other doctors have heard of, and it would cost me $2000 out of pocket. The problem with the no other doctors rule is A I see a doctor for anxiety PTSD and bipolar who prescribes me things like Xanax or klonopin now depending on what other medicines I take for gout and a few other things and B I went to the ER at Presby Dallas, was prescribed a script of twenty hydrocodone acetaminophen 5-500 and the staff at Dr. Z's office treated me like a criminal when I told them.
I received a call on a weekend from their appointment confirmation service, and when I pushed the key for NO, I would not make it, I was "forwarded to rescheduling" as the service calls it, but then was on hold upwards of four minutes and I decided "it's the weekend there must be nobody in the office to answer the phone" so I hung up. Am I crazy for this? Granted I should have called the following business day to cancel, but I forgot. Now I just received a $25 no-call no-show bill, which I'll eat because technically I did no-call no-show, but I think it's rude that no one called me before sending me this bill.
I sent the payment with a letter telling them all this as reasons why I am no longer in Dr. Zeballos' care, as well as asking them not to contact me again unless it's regarding this bill.
If anyone out there is suffering, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND no one but Dr. Andrew Clavenna MD at the Carrell Clinic in Dallas. Good luck everyone! read more
