I have now driven from Irving to this clinic twice in the past two weeks, only to be told both times that my appointment had been canceled -- with no explanation given and no prior notification. Each visit cost me a day of work, plus hours spent calling my employer's HR department and my insurance company to confirm my coverage. Both confirmed everything was accurate and active. The problem was never on my end. What makes this worse is that the clinic seemed to place the blame on me for their own cancellations, rather than taking any accountability or offering a solution. I understand that schedules change and issues come up, but canceling appointments last minute without notice and then pointing the finger at the patient is not acceptable -- especially for someone trying to establish a new patient relationship. I've lost time, wages, and patience over this. If you're new to the area and looking for a reliable primary care provider, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. First impressions matter, and this one speaks volumes.

I met Dr. Evans through a referral when I was laid up in a hospital bed at Baylor and was wanting to cut ties with my then medical team. I went to her office and basically interviewed her, I asked questions, things that didn't relate to my medical history to make sure that I was comfortable with her treating me. That was 7 years ago and I couldn't be happier to have Dr. Evans as my doctor. We have been through lots of ups & downs together regarding my medical health and she always remains positive as well as making me feel like she has my best interest at the forefront. On a recent visit Dr. Evans could tell something was wrong before I could even open my mouth to tell her. And when I left she told me if I needed anything before my next visit to not hesitate to contact her. I love Dr. Evans, I can't say that enough and if you are lucky, she can be your doctor as well.

In about 10 minutes I ran into Nurse Adeline…read more The first 10 minutes after arriving, I was politely moved around as the staff worked on my Brother and told me to wait for the ICU team to give me an update. Then....I meet Nurse Adeline! Nurse Adeline explained every piece of equipment and shared the medicines he was being given. She helped shift my Brother up in bed, helped the patient outside his room, and shut the door to ER area C that wasn't closed.... all in about 3-5 minutes. She was friendly, helpful, and observant! I'm happy he is being cared for by her and the other staff I met this morning in his room! Keep doing a great job hiring great people!!

She always give her 100% time and attention when I see her. She treats her patients like her own family. Her office is now far from me since she moved from Methodist Charlton to Preston Hollow but I followed her even if I have to drive so far! She is conservative with her treatment, she knows just what the right recommendations for my specific concerns and the 2 times that she has to recommend a specialist, I was happy with both doctors because he had them too personally. She is such a down to earth person, she gives me great advice with my daughter who is in premed school. She takes her time and never in a rush, I just love her as an MD and as a person!!!
