Some , too much to give or irrelevant. Hard to get X-rays on 1st visit or you will not be seen. It was fast and I didn't have to change into a gown. Working in this field I was very impressed and will be coming here on out. Highly recommend. I paid $45 for new patient that included X-rays. They do ems. I know I need a Chiropractor! With that being said many of the last Places I have been to are all about upselling and some not even taking your insurance making it all out of pocket. I am also a person who does extensive research and do my in depth research using things like yelp or other platforms to help me with my decision. I have been severely dissappointed with the previous places I have been to after doing my extensive research and seeing great reviews. Some of this has me thinking that maybe the reviews might be false or old causing a bad decision. All that to say that I am super happy and ecstatic that my research has led me to this amazing CHIROPRACTIC Facility. After doing my extensive research and this being the 3rd place to try in the area I can finally say they have a client for life. I called and immediatley requested they investigate my benefits with my insurance before even making my first appointment. When they promptly called me back to let me know how much my first visit would be and my copay I was truly impressed and happy but honestly thought a bait & switch would happen at the real appt. I arrived early to fill out the paperwork and check in and all went smoothly. I waited for the dr to call me back and do his evaluation. He gained my trust as we began our conversation. Once he thoroughly explained all in detail he began his adjustment. I felt instant relief in some area and others will take a bit longer but I believe after every appt I will only get better. Every treatment and adjustment the dr performed I believe had purpose & reasoning behind it. I was very happy the appt was going great as i can be quick in finding the holes. After treatment and next appt was set with ease I was waiting for the bill. I was nearly incapacitated from pain in my beck and shoulder. Dr. Payne took x-rays, formulated a plan, and worked the plan. I went from a level 9 pain with a lot of pain medicine to a very bearable 1-2 with no medicine. Dr. Payne combines moving the back with stretches and exercises. I began care there due to a car accident in which I was struck from behind. It unfortunately resulted in slight neck and back injury. I've been coming to Dr. Lanier on a weekly basis for the past year for my neck, shoulders and back pain. In the beginning he explained what was happening with my body, gave me a prognosis and went over the treatment options and suggested a course of treatment. Showed me some simple posture exercises I should do and how to adjust my posture to start reversing what was going on with my neck. He's very patient and understanding when I come in with new problems and always knows how to ease my pain. Dr. Lanier and his staff are very friendly and the office environment is professional but always warm and welcoming. They always accommodate my schedule and work well with my insurance. As for the massage therapist, Miranda does an excellent job! She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly where to relieve my stress and pain. I always look forward to my sessions with her. I am so grateful for the care Dr. Payne has provided! I am a nurse and because of the demands of the job I have 3 herniated disc that cause a great deal of pain. I just recently started going to Rockwall Chiropractic after not seeing a chiropractor for 9 years. This experience was better than the last from the very first interaction. I have been to many chiropractors and physical therapists early in my life due to severe neck and shoulder pain (eventually resulting in surgery due to nerve damage). For over 12 years I was misdiagnosed and all the specialists were quick to treat the symptoms, but not the source. Fifteen years later, after being hit from behind in my car, I began to experience that same pain again and was very concerned about what damage may have been done. Went for a consultation and adjustment (have been going to chiropractors for years in the USA and abroad) and was disappointed. The office staff was friendly and welcoming but the doctor was the opposite. He barely acknowleged us when we came in, was terse and seemed annoyed to be in the office during the consuktation time. He didn't even introduce himself! He didn't do any type of exam other than telling me to touch my toes, didn't inquire about my level of pain or soreness, had me get on the adjusting table and was quite rough even though I was telling him that the areas he was pressing were quite tender and sore. I have never had such a chiropractic experience anywhere or with any type of method. I did communicate that he was hurting me and his defensive response was that he was barely touching me. However, my regular chiropractor in my hometown is able to adjust me without intentionally pressing on the most accute parts of my back and wants me to communicate during the adjustment. (He also charges $60 for a 30 min adjustment.) What was the result? Not an improvement in my condition, rather, I was more sore and less mobile than when I went in - I was just glad to leave. And, for this unpleasant 10 minute experience, I paid $95! This doctor may have ability and training but his unpleasant, unfriendly, disconnected attitude really takes away from it. read more

I had hurt my back at work and multiple chiropractors either couldn't see me in a short amount of time, or there were issues with worker's comp allowing me to go to an institution. That said, I was referred to them by another place that wouldn't take me for that. Their staff helped get all of that worked out and was able to get seen with hardly any effort on my end. The staff and doctors there are really friendly. I had such a good experience that I continued to visit after for other issues. The best part, besides my back getting back to the way it was, is that my wife also had an issue that required both muscle and joint attention that she had spent almost a year getting worked on at other places, and she's really happy with the progress, which speaks for itself. All my questions get answered and the longest I recall having to ever wait is about 5 minutes. Our insurance covers almost everything which is nice as well. Even if I had to pay cash, I'd feel comfortable doing so. read more

I wish I had the same experience as most other posters. I went to Dr Lanier twice, and both times I felt that he was impersonal. His staff was really nice. I asked the staff whether the doctor is usually this way? The staff replied yes. I was tense, and I felt that he didn't take the time to make sure I was calm before making adjustments. He seems very knowledgable and fixed a wrist issue I had with 1 adjustment and movement, but he wasn't very friendly. I will not be returning to Dr Lanier. read more

I cannot begin to thank Dr, Tim Lanier enough for what he is doing to help resolve my neck, shoulder/rotator cuff and lower back issues. I have tried everything (Ice, Rest, other Chiropractors, strengthening rehab exercises and up until now nothing has worked!!!). I was about to consider surgery or at least Cortisone Shots which would only mask the pain. Dr Lanier is amazing!!!! From day one, I have never had such a thorough session with a Chiropractor in my life. Most Chiropractors have you in and out in 15 minutes after a few adjustments and you may feel a little better but it doesn't usually address the exact problem you are having ( or at least that's been my experience with the Chiropractors I've been to). Dr. Lanier gets to the root cause and works on you for as long as it takes to get immediate relief !!!! He gives you a plan to go home with an things to work on outside of his office, so you know you have things to work on at home too. I have had relief since my second visit with Dr. Lanier, and I am so thankful and can't stop telling everyone that I know about him! He is my new Sports Therapy guy for life !!!!! read more
