I used to do Chiro regularly, but ever since I moved to the area I had never gotten around to finding a local practitioner. Once I realized how much I was spending on 'just to get me by' massages, I decided it was time to get proper treatment, and the hunt was on! I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes on my first appointment for which I arrived on time. All my paperwork was completed in advance. The receptionist talked to me about occult and witchcraft. No mention about why the doctor was late for my appointment. No common courtesy extended to me asking if I'd be OK waiting or if I'd like to re-schedule. I decided to leave after the receptionist walked away. Overall, a negative experience. My wife and I will not be returning. read more

Dr Woodward is great! I was a long time loyal patient of Dr Dent. He seemed to be the only chiropractor that knew how to adjust my neck. So I was bummed when he moved out of state and sold his practice. Dr Dent told us Dr Woodward was a phenomenal replacement. Well, he was right! Their personalities are different. Dr Woodward is more laid back. Their adjustment styles are different. I am not sure if I can explain it but Dr Woodward seems to work on an area before making the adjustment. All I can say is it was one of the best adjustments I have ever had! I sent my husband when his back was bothering him. He loved his adjustment too! read more

After a glowing recommendation from some dear friends, I made an appointment for my wife because she was having some pain in the middle of her back. I have not seen Dr. Dent personally yet, however I have to write this for what he has already done for my wife. She thought she had thrown her back out lifting our 5 month old baby, however after just 1 visit Doc identified that after her pregnancy, she had a rib that didn't quite pop back into its rightful place. Doc is the next best thing since sliced bread. If sliced bread is hydrocodone. But seriously, unlike prescription painkillers, Doc alleviates source of pain, not just symptoms associated with it. He's also friendly, funny, and easy going, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. After experiencing a horrible crick in my neck, Doc saw me within 20 minutes (as fast I could drive there without getting pulled over). And he had a full schedule but fit me in probably because he witnessed my pain and desperation. Now that's customer service not even the good stuff delivers. read more

If you have ever been adjusted, you know the difference when a doctor has experience and expertise or not. You also know a good adjustment from a bad adjustment. I moved to Rockwall and already tried 2 very popular chiropractors in the area with sub-par experiences. I am a true believer in chiropractic and wasn't going to settle until I found the best for me so I could feel my best. Well, I did. I'm elated, refreshed, and feel like myself again. I knew there had to be a chiropractor like the one I loved and had to leave. Every area of my body was addressed and corrected- I'm so glad I know that there is a difference with chiropractors and how they adjust/manipulate or I would continue to have migraines and sciatic pain. I may have wasted time and money with the other Drs but I guess it was worth it to know what I WASN'T getting compared to now with what I just got with my NEW very personable Doc! read more

I've been going to a chiropractor for over twenty years in Illinois. I moved to Texas for a year and was fortunate to have Dr. Dent as my chiropractor. I've moved back to Illinois but make an appointment with Doc every time I come back to Texas to visit my sister (at least once or twice a year).
