Litzy was very personable from the start, she was sweet and caring and helped my mom fill out her paperwork while I did mine. Dr. Lester is also very caring about his patients, excellent bed manners and shows compassion and care. I was sad when I had to transfer to another clinic (I don't live in his area), but was confident and thankful that my mom remains in great hands with Dr. Lester and Litzy. They have both been very attentive and caring with my mom, they know the type of chest pain she has due to her injuries and always go out of their way to make sure she's taken care of. Thank you both!

Dr. Parent is an amazing chiropractor…read more He is very friendly and welcoming, which makes it very easy to be comfortable while you visit. The facility is spotlessly clean, and I love the calming atmosphere. I've visited him several times over the last few years for back pain. He has solved so many issues I didn't even realize were related. Once I had this terrible shooting pain in my toe that wouldn't go away, and a slight soreness in my back. He showed me that the pain in my toe was because my back was crooked and was pinching a nerve that led to my toe. After he corrected me, no more pain. Amazing. Thanks Dr. Parent!

I first came to Hanks Chiropractic in 2018 or 2019 and have been a regular and longtime customer since then. I now find that continued treatment is necessary, in my case, and it has definitely improved and eliminated my discomfort from long ago. It has other beneficial improvements to my life as well, so I keep returning, even though I have limited insurance coverage for the visits and I pay out of pocket. The staff is very caring and personal to all the patients and even remembers everyone's first names even though they may not have seen them for a while. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky. I'm still going here 1-2 times a month at the moment but better than 3-4 when I first started.
