Worst chiropractic experience ever!!!!
It's a great location, the office is fairly well kept, but the staff and treatment is not worth a dime. I was greeted and seated at the front for about 10 minutes waiting to be seen, which isn't too bad. I was taken back to a partitioned room. I was being worked on by someone that was being trained. The guy was nice enough, but didn't seem very sure of what he was doing and I was already nervous. An X-Ray was never taken to see if there were any issues, the only first time exam I received was to see if my head had good rotation and whether I could lift my arms. I was then adjusted. The adjustment went fairly well. I was then placed on this water massage table...what a waste of time. :/ I am pretty sure the massage chair at the nail salon are better. I was then sent on my merry way. Typically, when I have received care before I went through several steps of care before walking out the door. Sometimes, a mini massage, a roller bed, or hooked to a muscle therapy machine. I was billed $352 for once office visit. This is absurd for a chiropractor. Without insurance I have never paid over $100. SHOP AROUND!!! I paid my $108 agreed upon amount at the time of the visit. Now, 3 months later, I receive another bill for $10. Really?! U received $108 cash and now u are billing me for $10. You send your bill without an envelope o return payment or a payment slip, but somehow you expect me to be okay with this?!
I called to speak with the staff about writing off the additional $10 as I paid the agreed upon amount the told me when I came into their office, which was already $20 more than my regular place, but they were close to my work. They lady told me that had met their write off quota for the year...what a bogus answer. I spoke with the accounts payable manager, who apparently sees patients as well...weird...she was extremely rude and threatened me with collections if I did not pay the $10.
I would stay far away from this place. read more
