I moved farther but still drive the distance to see him monthly or try too. I would go more frequently if I was closer to do more preventative care if I wasn't so far. I recommend all my friends in the area to go to him.

It is very unfortunate I'm updating this review yet again. when I first started coming here, I…read moregave them a glowing 5 star review. After a scheduling incident where I made my appt over a month in advance, they changed my appt time the day before without informing me. I received the auto text alert and I called them telling them I have clients to see as well and cannot change my appt time. They did not apologize or give me any reason for the change but refused to move it back to my original time and said if I couldn't make it, I'd have to cancel. That was very upsetting and I had to cancel since I can't reschedule my clients like they did. I still had 5 massage certificates here and liked a specific massage therapist. So I decided to continue to come, this time never scheduling during my lunch time if I have to work. It was going well for a short time. But when I called back to get more massages, Dr. Young got on the phone and asked me why schedule more if I was upset with them before. I felt the sense of unwelcoming and rudeness in his voice. They never once apologized for the scheduling incident or fixed it. Instead they were rude about it before and again now. So I went ahead and canceled all of my certificates and had them refunded me, which they were super happy to do and quite instantly. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction and would rather lose their customers since I can no longer recommend them after how their staff and doctor handled the situation. Usually I don't give extreme poor ratings. Either the goods/services have to be extremely bad but another important factor is poor/rude customer service. It's sad because I'm in the same type of industry and their staff/doctor could have handled it better if they truly care about their patients.

If you have a family with little ones they are well equipped service and environment to make your kids comfortable. They're very respectful, responsive and friendly, and they are absolutely upfront and communicative of what state your health around your bones and joints are by giving you an X ray, recommendations, and constant feedback with each and every session. The system they have (scan and go in a room with your phone, schedule on app etc.) while I understand for others may be different, I personally enjoy it because it's efficient and easy to use rather than waiting by the front desk in secession. I value my time and I don't like to wait, and I can be in and out usually within 10 minutes on average. After going in and getting the adjustments, they give comprehensive feedback and comments for your progress and care plan. They always remember your face and make small talk and hold little decorative events, sometimes even treat and support giving and using local businesses around them to do so. I will say that as the other review mentioned, yes they will play Christian gospel music every single time you go there, back to back, so keep that in mind if you do visit, but they are absolutely professional for whoever and whatever background of person comes to visit. I've never had a bad or inconsiderate experience here at all and it feels and works just as well as a small business practice should be.

Their sandwich board advertises a $49 new patient special -- but don't expect that to mean anything. I was overcharged, and the "special" felt more like bait than an actual offer. Clarify every dollar before you agree to anything. In writing too if possible!! If you've ever watched chiropractors perform comprehensive adjustments online, please.... Do yourself a favor and lower your expectations immediately. At Freeform, you're limited to three -- maybe four -- BASIC NON PERSONAL corrections per session. That's it. The goal seems to be getting you in and out as quickly as possible, not actually addressing your concerns in any meaningful way. Also, be cautious with their intern. There was no introduction, no explanation -- just immediate physical manipulation without so much as a basic "Hi, I'm ___." In a healthcare setting, that lack of professionalism is unacceptable. And quite frankly, very off-putting. Still gives me the creeps. What made it worse was the overall lack of attentiveness. During my visits, Dr. Ryland often appeared more focused on the golf tournament playing on the TV than on the patients in the room. On more than one occasion, he made comments about how he would rather be out golfing. Whether said jokingly or not, that left a strong impression that patient care was not the top priority. Looking back, I regret ever walking through the door. My initial instinct that this would be an overpriced, impersonal experience turned out to be accurate. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this office to do thorough research and proceed with extreme caution.
