Worst doctor I've ever trusted to take care of me. I mentioned during an annual exam that I was considering a labiaplasty with a plastic surgeon. She must've saw dollar signs because she immediately told me she was qualified to do it as well and for 2 grand. I was young and naive so I paid it, because I thought a obgyn would be qualified to perform cosmetic surgery down there. She mutilated me. I cried for a month every day, ruined a relationship and I've been uncomfortable in my own skin ever since. She's money hungry. She dropped me as a patient after that procedure. LOL. Purchased a GIFT CARD with cash loaded on it for future services but after 12 months these cards expire! In another words, they make money off of you without rendering any services - very poor business practice. I understand I should have noticed the expiration date and that's on me but never have I heard of CASH expiring. I understand 12 months is a long time but as we all know life happens. Called and requested Park Cities to make an exception for a credit on my account of the dollar value which was ~$130 (offered to pay any incremental amount for change in service costs) and was told 'no'. Way to do business. Even Groupon offers better service. Went to a local competitor and mentioned what happened and they were appalled - said they've had complaints from other clients stating Park Cities won't honor gift cards purchased, expired or not. I've been getting Botox for about 2 years now and my dermatologist retired. This is the second I've tried out to see if they can "replace" him, however, they fell very flat. While the facilities are fine- clean and neat as you'd expect, they are nothing to write home about. It's very clinically set up with lots of dated and scuffed machines shoved in the rooms you have the procedure in. They wouldn't allow myself and my friend to go back together in the same room- as we have done at various other dermatologists. If I want to waive my right to that privacy, it should be my call if that's what makes us both comfortable. They also brought in two people to go over the exact same information- both the Medical Aesthetician and a Gynecologist... odd. The last issue I had overall with the care is the fact that the Medical Aesthetician had no concern for MY concerns. She needled all over my forehead and temples although I told her about my problem area and where I always get the treatment. My friend who has a totally different problem area got needled all over her forehead and temples too. It's as if the Medical Aesthetician only knew one map for Botox and didn't know how to deal with isolated issues- contrary to the two other dermatologists we've both seen for the same issues. Suffice to say, I just think I'll keep looking and pray our old dermatologist comes out of retirement. read more

Your assistant had no real explanation for my wife having a major change in her hormonal balance. I never write reviews but I had the best experience here. I got in within just a few days. I was taken back at the time of my appointment. My assigned gynecologist was friendly with a great balance of a professional bedside manner. She took her time and asked great questions. I genuinely felt that she cared. Was very informative and even broke down costs of labs after insurance to make sure I was comfortable with the cost.(I requested more than the usual lab testing) This will definitely be my new female doctor as I just moved here not too long ago. I went in unannounced to get my blood work done in March. I was on a three month trip in Puerto Rico and did not have an appointment until may, but I was trying to be proactive in getting my blood work done early because I was home for a few days and it occurred to me I could do a telemedicine appointment if I got my blood work. In this instance, I did not fast because i was two months away from my annual appointment - my last physical was June and in my previous appointment we went over the annual blood work so I knew it wasn't due. Perhaps I was a bit sensitive because their records aren't always very organized and sometimes they can't find record of when I've been there. Or maybe its because the phlebotomist (who I think doesn't like me because I asked that she wear two gloves when she was trying to get away with only wearing one glove to draw blood during the height of COVIID), was refusing to draw my blood because I hadn't fasted. In my mind, I felt I had good reason to be frustrated by the treatment I was getting from the phlebotomist and I reiterated many times that I was two months early getting my blood drawn plus only in town briefly, Apparently this behavior of mine was unacceptable to Connie casad (I'm not a patient of Dr casad - she doesn't even know me). Connie casad "overheard" the conversation and decided that after 3 years of me seeing Melissa Lang, Melissa can no longer see me. Oh and they didn't offer to refer me to anyone either. This review is based on the unprofessionalism, not the service itself. I went in for my women's annual exam and wanted everything that was covered my insurance. They assured me everything was covered. A month later I got an invoice stating I owed over $70 from a lab company. I asked why and it turns out that Connie Casad's office had done 4 additional, unnecessary, and UNCOVERED blood tests on me. I called to make sure they were going to straighten out that bill and they said they would because it was clearly their mistake. Another month passed and I called back and they assured me it had been taken care of. It has now been 4 months and I am still receiving invoices because Connie Casad's office apparently hasn't taken care of it. Needless to say I will never return here because it has turned out to be such a pain in my butt. read more

Have been visiting this office only a few months, Dr Lang is who sees me. My last gynecologist's office was incredibly hard to communicate with. I would have to play phone tag or leave countless messages for scheduling appointments or waiting for questions to be answered. The staff was also incredibly cold and not very friendly. Booked for botox under "Park Cities Aesthetics". Very odd experience all round... After reading the website i was Expecting to arrive at a med spa, or at least a doctors office with some sort of relation to aesthetics.. upon arrival I honestly thought i was in the wrong spot; it was completely aimed as a gynecologists office; Almost no mention or display of any aesthetic treatments anywhere in the office. This was not displayed or mentioned anywhere under Park Cities Aesthetics. After being taken back to a room; which was by all means not anything like a pleasant treatment/Med Spa but a sterile gynecologists office I was told so sit and wait on an examination table for a long period of time. The room again, was completely aimed as gynecologist office; posters about women health- Nothing at all about this environment relazed me that i was in trusted hands of an AESTHETIC professional.... My female friend who was accompanying me, was told she had to leave the room ( despite being sent back by the front desk)- This was somewhat odd & annoying given that i would not be finished for nearly another hour....Yes over an hour and half for 20 units of botox administring. After the injector came in, and talked through in a pre rehearsed EXTENSIVE monologue about the procedure and complications, we had to wait for yet another member of staff to come in, and repeat the above before we could even begin. The injections itself was so completley overshadowed by the odd environment & procedures. I'm sure it is a great gynecology spot, but it is defiantly not by any means an Aesthetics spot. read more

Not impressed with this place at all. Botox technique is mediocre. Staff lacks the understanding of HIPPA. I personally am a RN myself and really think they are sub par. Don't bring your sister or your friend. Even if they list you as someone they can share info with your on your own. read more
