Words cannot express how well my ER visit went today. Thank you all so much! I was at this location this afternoon for a work related injury. I cannot remember the name of the ER in-take nurse but she was so helpful, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job of getting me checked in and seen right away. Then I met Dr. Erin MacDonald Owens, she was friendly, caring, and listened to my concerns. She acted accordingly and facilitated my needs with Radiographs, oral medications given in hospital and prescriptions sent to my most convenient pharmacy. I then met the sweetest nurse, I apologize that I forgot her name! She helped me with all paperwork and assisted me in finding the correct information on my paperwork that I arrived with from my place of business. She was the best; so nice, very caring and stayed with me until I fully understood everything going on. She did not leave me until I had all questions answered. Thank you, to an amazing female nurse that comforted an anxious patient. Then I met Paul, he came in and performed radiographs of my Left elbow/forearm. He had the greatest personality, he even allowed me to joke about my veterinary career field. He was so gentle, funny, and put my mind at ease so I could continue with Dr. Owens's orders. After some time I met Brooke, whom fitted me with a sling to help comfort my injured arm. She made me laugh and is clearly very experienced in her field of medicine. I want to say thank you to the amazing team of nurses and Dr. You all greatly contributed to easing my mind and understand today's course of action.

(I have a 2 yo to care for so I couldn't be out of commission) Woodlands Chiropractic popped up in-network and high reviews so I called and left a message. By 2:30 I received a call back and was able to get an appt within the hour. The receptionist was as sweet in-person as she was on the phone . As I waited to be seen I was able to hear other clients walk in and she knew each one by name. Felt like home! Go in to meet with the doc and was very pleased. Friendly and listened to my pain areas. Little twist here...twist there....next morning woke up feeling great!! He rec I come back the next day for one more visit and I'm glad i did. I left feeling even better than that morning. The office ambiance is great from decor to music. It's calming because doctor visits can be nerve wracking. Dr. Cudjoe is thorough, makes sure you understand her explanations / plan of treatment, knowledgeable, proactive and has great bedside manner. My family member who visited the doctor's area indicated that they actually listened carefully to her, whereas we don't typically have as positive an experience at other facilities (in Los Angeles and Shreveport) We've been trying for many months to figure out what her seeming medical problem is and I'm hopeful, thanks to McKinney Family, that we may be close to a solution. I wish I lived closer so we could come here more often.
