The most unprofessional doctors office I've been to. Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half. I do not recommend

Everybody was nice. I had no long wait, and Dr Johnson spent a great deal of time listening to me and educating me. A good experience.

Mentioned at my appt I needed labs to be sent to another doctor along with pre op letter for surgery (this doctor did my pre op letter in the past). Called to follow up then emailed for follow up. Have now sent 5 emails and left 4 voicemails asking for my labs and letter over the past 3 WEEKS. I'm not sure what happened to this office but the staff is incompetent. Saw a new doctor and spent $150 for clearance letter and labs. Good thing I found this new doctor because those same labs I paid $550 for would only have cost me $75 at this office (paying the doctor and having it billed to them) - with THE SAME LAB COMPANY! If your looking for affordable lab work go to Maple Primary Care- they also do hormone therapy, weight loss, clearance letter for much less!

I needed to find a doctor who was great with fillers and threads so I decided that Dr. Moammar…read morefrom Legacy MD was the man for the job. My first appt with Dr. Moammar went well, he was easy to talk to, explained what he would do and why, wrapped several things into one price and I was sold. We didn't discuss how many units of each product he would inject, but since it was rolled in one price it didn't matter. On the day of my procedure he told me about the 'triangle of beauty" which is pretty much is your cheekbones and chin. Since my own cheekbones are good, he suggested to inject Radiesse into my chin to enhance it, to "complete the triangle". After my procedure I kept noticing ugly dents in my chin, when I was smiling or talking the dents were even more visible and everyone was noticing. Also, one side of my chin looked heavier, still does, I guess that's where he injected more, so the overall front looks lopsided. I texted MD Legacy my photos and Dr. Moammar said it was an easy fix so I scheduled another visit. On the day of my appt he was 30 min late which was fine it happens, but when I was finally in the room discussing my concerns he told me he was late for his next appt and that we needed to hurry. He had to rush for his next client because there was new money still to be made and my problems were just nuisance to him. Anyway. He said to fix it he was going to add the hyaluronic acid filler to soften up my chin contours, to make dents disappear. But before he started he said 'I will give you a good deal on the price for the filler...' to which I responded that I wasn't the one who deformed my chin so I won't be the one paying to fix it. He responded 'ok, ok, I will take a hit for you on this one...' it was extremely uncomfortable, it's his job to fix his own damage at all costs, not to make deals. Then Dr. Moammar said 'well, at least now we know that Radiesse is not good on chins'. Wait a second, 'now we know?' I've never asked how many chins he had injected with Radiesse, but I assumed a ton since he so confidently offered to do it on me. Radiesse is as hard as the cement, so I was sure he knew what he was doing. After 4-6 months my chin was still dented, lopsided, I've learned not to smile much to hide dents. I had to train myself how to speak in front of the mirror to not attract attention to my chin. Every time I look at myself in the mirror all I can think is "MD Legacy". I learned one thing, either Radiesse doesn't belong in chins or it needs to be injected by someone who knows what they are doing, a real pro. If that's not bad enough, I still have a bulge puckering on my forehead. Not only threads did no brow lift at all, they added a bulge. That's another thing that Dr. Moammar told me he does a lot, a browlift, because I asked, I always do. The forehead requires great skills as it's flat surface. When I think about this whole thing, I should've just insisted on Botox in the jawline like I had originally wanted and gone home golden. But Dr. Moammar's the 'triangle of beauty' story and the necessity of the Radiesse made me go for it. He could've used a more fluid filler like Juvederm, but that would've meant 3-4 syringes and since he had already given me one price for all, it would've been not cost effective to him. UPDATE: It is March, 2022 and my chin is still disgusting. I texted my photos to MD Legacy and received response from Whitney, their new office manager, who said "I would love to help you in any way". I responded that the only help I need right now is a refund so I could fix it with sometime who knows how. She disappeared like they all did once saw a word 'refund'. How does a doctor look at himself in the mirror knowing that he disfigured someone's face? How do they just go on with their life. I hope my review will help people in the future to decide what not to do. Had I read a similar review before my own procedure, I would've done so many things differently.

I was informed at 3:29pm the day before my appointment that my paperwork needed to be done by 5pm to be seen the next day for my appointment that's been scheduled for weeks. Of course I wasn't able to complete the paperwork by 5pm the day before my appointment due to work, picking up my child, and needing to get home at a decent time in traffic. If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. But whoever was texting me was rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I confirmed that I was attending my appointment prior to 5pm and planned on doing my paperwork once I got home. I will be looking for care elsewhere.

Full disclosure: I didn't manage to make an appointment with this clinic…read more Apparently there were no openings until March when I called, because apparently the doctor will be out of the country for several weeks. Also, I was informed most of her appointments are taken by the PA who has "been with them for several years" and "does everything the doctor does." This is "their normal practice" apparently. I've never heard of such a thing. I asked if it was considered a "doctor's visit" if it was with the PA, and was informed that yes, yes it is. Huh? So why isn't the PA the MD then? Because the PA is *not* an MD... why are we paying a premium for a PA visit? I've visited multiple doc offices before and have had the pleasure of working with their PA's, but NEVER before working directly with the MD/specialist first and certainly throughout my care. Very disappointed after reading all the positive reviews about this place.

You don't have to wait long and her office is always clean and welcoming. Appointments are easy to make. Just a few down side issues...there is a charge if you miss your appointment, even if it's an emergency. However, the doctor worked with me on this fee & waived it. The billing / coding on a visit was also entered in incorrectly and I was billed from my insurance company. But the office corrected it, and took care of it after I contacted them. It's nice to see that they can correct errors & look at policy. I would recommend getting rid of the no show fee, it's very high and things happen. Overall, very pleased and would recommend.

After 10 months of completing everything the FAA needed to get my certification back the FAA was still not satisfied and required more information which would have kept me grounded for many more months. Dr. Kramer went above and beyond by contacting the FAA directly and getting my medical approval immediately after a lengthy phone call to Oak City explaining that I completed all necessary testing and requested requirements and I was perfectly well to fly. He was very engaged with me during my situation, responding immediately to emails and calls even though he's extremely busy. What more could you ask for!
