Been a patient of Dr.Narayanan from past 5 years. Very good doctor, provides excellent care. Been consistent in her treatment and behavior over the years. Her (new) nurse is very rude and was very dismissive in the way the spoke to me. Worst was her whooping when i left! Left me shaken when i have been a regular patient for so many years at this same clinic. Surrounded by patients and other nurses, it was so embarrassing to say the least. Frisco Primary Care had a very rude person at the front-desk before, she is no longer there and the front-desk experience has improved a lot. I used to see Dr. Wang when I first moved to Frisco back in 2015. I saw him for maybe 3-4 years. He never remembered me, always commented on my weight, and told me I needed to hurry up and have kids because I was getting too old. I was 23 at the time. Goodbye! I went in today for a regular checkup. Of course, I did confirm my appointment days ago, I just wish the doctor would also confirm the appointment. Anyway, I had first appointment of the day (8:30a). I was there about 5 mins early, so back in the room right at 8:30. After waiting in the exam room for 30 mins, with no feedback of any kind, I poked my head out and asked if the Dr would be coming soon. I was told "he SHOULD be in soon". In soon? Meaning not even in the office yet? I guess my time has no value at all. I would have been fine with any kind of update. Maybe, the Dr is running a little late due to traffic, or whatever it may be, but nothing. I did leave at that point. I was hoping they might have the decency to call and apologize or explain, but based on the other reviews, I can see that is not what this office is about. Not sure why the ratings aren't as high.. But the staff from nurses to doctor are great and sincerely care about you. I'm terrified or needles, and although I still hate getting blood drawn, this is the only place I will go. nurse lecite is also goes out of her way to comfort you and calls numerous places to get you seen if you need imaging. I've been going here for years now, and this is the only place I trust and feel comfortable going to. The Dr wang is alo very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. You can ask anything without feeling judged. read more

Wait was a bit long for my first time. Saw Dr. Vyza quickly. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Location is good. The front lobby needs some cleaning. Looks like sand from the winter . If it was cleaned up the lobby is pretty nice. read more

I've been using this clinic 9 months. They hide behind voice-mail boxes. My condition worsen and yet no one will return my calls, their message says they update patients on their calls and concerns. I went to the doctor Wednesday, got a call late on Thursday from Doctor Vyza to call back to go over needed medications. I called Friday, 10am, 1pm and no callback. Spent the weekend stressed out, developing more uncomfortable symptoms call again today this morning and no call back. I call again, ask for the office manager, only to get hung up on after transfer. This place doesn't care unless your from India or the Philippines. Period. What a disgrace. Totally unprofessional. read more

I just transferred my care to Dr. Vyza with this practice. They are accepting new patients and take Medicare. The staff were friendly and proficient. I really liked Dr. Vyza, she was thorough and took her time. I did not feel like I was just a number or that she was on a deadline. She asked me a lot of questions, really listened to the answers, and asked me if I had any questions. I also got my flu shot while I was there. Been seeing Dr. Narayanan for 15 years. I have seen all the doctors in this group and they are all good doctors. Dr. Vyza & Dr. Wang are quick and to the point...in/out done. While Dr. Narayanan & Dr. Lee take a bit more time. When ill they always fit me in. Three people in my family see Dr. Narayanan while the 4th sees Dr. Lee. As I said, they are all good doctors and genuinely care about their patients. I strongly recommend that people become their own health advocates...ask questions, take notes and talk to your doctor. I know these doctors will listen and are never too busy to answer patient questions. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. read more

I had an appointment this morning at 8:30, so i usually like to get there a little early. I arrived at 8:15 and at 8:20 the nurse took me back to the rooms where she took all my vitals. She said the doctor will be right with you. It was 9:00 no doctor, no nurse. I walked out told the nurse the doctor never came in. It's almost 10:30 and no one from the office has called to see what happened or offer an explanation. If you like this sort of treatment this office is for! read more

Don't go to Frisco Primary Care if you don't like self-seeking doctors! (which is everyone here I'm guessing) A bulk of my family and I live in the Frisco/Dallas area and we have been going to FPC for maybe the last 4 years or so. Dr. Subashini Narayanan has got to be one of the laziest doctors I have ever met. I am not here to bash anyone for petty inconveniences. The issues that affected my family and I were life threatening. My cousin was going to her for medical assistance because she could not gain weight and was not developing properly. After seeing Dr. Narayanan for several years about her problems, she was only told to make tiny changes in her diet. She was told to "test out" dietary changes such as no dairy or no spicy foods. After switching doctors to a FREE clinic, we found out she has celiac disease, which is a severe, severe gluten allergy. The new doctor was able to GUESS this immediately. She was in her mid twenties and was not able to weigh over 85 lbs. If not treated celiac disease can lead to diabetes, infertility and eventually death. You would think after several years of seeing the same patient you would try and truly help them and see what is destroying their body. My mother also went to Dr. Narayanan for several years, and in the last 1 1/2 years she had been complaining about severe leg pain. Dr. N suggested "not walking as much" to my mother several times and told her that it was just hereditary. As the pain increased my mom went to see another doctor. We have now found out that she has Peripheral Arterial Disease, which is when your arteries in your legs are clogged by plaque and as a result your legs don't get proper blood flow. One of the main symptoms is extreme leg pain. It is considered as a type of heart disease and is easily detectable by any competent physician. It's crazy to think that she told my mom to stop physical activity, when the exact opposite is recommended. If you can't go to your doctor and be told about the things that are harming/ killing you, then where can you go? Literal years have been wasted at this practice trying to get problems diagnosed where the doctors obviously just don't care and are only concerned with their paycheck. Sure the doctor is friendly and nice but what does that matter if you're contributing to my poor health. I just found out about my mothers disease today and I just had to write an HONEST review and tell you all about the laziness and lack of compassion from FPC. She should stop waving off her patients concerns because she thinks she knows better and start putting actual effort into her career. Both cases could have led to serious, irreversible consequences and I hope you all read this if you have serious concerns about your health. Dr Narayanan is amazing. She personally called me when I was in the hospital to check up on me, even though another doctor was handling my care while I was in the hospital. She is a very friendly and genuinely cares about her patients. She doesn't rush you and always answers your questions. While I love this about her, it can cause her to run behind schedule sometimes, so be prepared for a small wait, under 30 minutes though. read more

I took my mom for Hives and the office staff showed sympathy for my 75 year old mom took her in the back office asap but Dr. Vyza was not concerned about my mom's Hives. Her concern was why was my mom brought to the exam before her Scheduled time. Needless to say we never returned to Dr. Vyza's office and changed doctor. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTORS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HEARD OF....Today I went in to Frisco primary care and saw Dr. Wang for anxiety and hair loss in my beard (auto immune condition) as well as for my panic attacks. He laughed at me, and prescribed absolutely nothing. He spent no more than 10 minutes with me. And when they told me They were done I asked what am I supposed to do about my anxiety and panic attacks and one of his assistance was extremely rude after he left the room. as if I was only there to get a controlled substance. I do not drink, I do not use drugs, I was there to get help and I felt very overly judged. This is absolutely the worst experience with any type of doctor or doctors office I have ever encountered. I truly felt like they took my money and ran. No in-depth questions were asked and when I tried to explain anything I was cut short from saying how I felt and given no explanation for anything. And once I became Cordially upset. They assistant I mentioned earlier became very ugly with me. So I walked to the lady's at the desk to leave I asked for a card. The assistant gave a hand gesture as if she was telling me to leave. I asked "are you telling me to leave?" "Am I out of line?" She replied with "no that's not what I was saying." i called the office for the 1st time. the office set me up with a dr narayanan. i checked medical website and found that she is accepting new patients. they called me in, put me in a room and stated oh, not sure why you have an appointment with this doctor, she is not accepting new patients. i thought that the lady who made my appointment would have told me that. they put my in another room to see a male doctor. i just requested to see a female doctor.
