Highly professional and trustworthy- they show up when they say they will, and all the team members are trustworthy. The owner, Charles, is outstanding at communication, responding very quickly to texts even on weekends and evenings. His on-site foreman, Wu, is very experienced, very personable, and expertly handled the day-to-day of the project 2. They have their own showroom, so zero hassle with regards to design ideas/inspiration or visualizing what your end product will look like 3. My experience with Z Design is a negative 5, sales peoples extremely rude, arrogant, their inventory not price, so you have to ask. Their contractor "Charles" claiming to be the owner, didn't show up to appointment, without any apology. Their Contractor license is under Wanyi Zhao, none of their workers speak a word in English! Is it crossing the line expecting businesses to respectfully communicate in English in a predominantly English speaking country?
