Particularly international foods that are hard to find elsewhere. The location itself is a lot more convenient as it is closer to my home than the other location, which is a huge plus. However, I knocked a star as it can be hard to determine the current stock of products at the store when checking online. I have made numerous online purchases on the website for store pickup as they offer a discount for this option. However, I have experienced many instances when a product I ordered was unavailable even though the website said it was. Particularly on items where the stock shows that there are a few left. If you order online, just be aware that the store may not have it available, especially if the website says they are close to selling out.

Yup, it takes them 3 hours to fill my order with two items, and one of them is out of stock but they didn't update it on my pickup notification. I went in, waited in line for it. Then when it was my turn, the cashier was gonna help me out but someone else came to line up, so she told me she has to help her first. So I had to wait for her to finish the order first before she could fetch my stuff in the back. When that was done, she went to the back and brought me one of them items. They weren't gonna give me a receipt so I had no clue the other item was out of stock, so I asked her where that is.. then someone else came and she had to help her first of course, so I waited forever for her to go to the back.. and eventually she came back and told me the item was out of stock so they didn't charge for it. I had no notification of that, so I asked for a copy of that piece of paper with the info, then she told me to take a pix. . It's weird how disconnected and inefficient this whole pickup process is. And the fact that I had to keep waiting for other people is highly unacceptable and the whole process took 20 minutes or more .. this is my first time placing an online order, and also the last time.

So, they have known the item was sold (and my money) for many days but could not bother to call or email me to save me a trip.

Throughout the time we were in the store, she kept looking at me in a strange and uncomfortable way. It felt like we were being judged rather than welcomed as paying customers. There was no effort to assist us, check on us, or make us feel comfortable in the space. Customer service should be equal and respectful to everyone who walks through the door. Instead, I left feeling ignored and singled out. I don't take accusations like this lightly, but the experience genuinely felt discriminatory. I hope management takes this seriously and evaluates how customers are being treated. No one should feel unwelcome in a business because of how they look.

Overall, it was like being at an art walk which is one of life's great riches. And also to say that they now accept MobilePay (ApplePay, and GooglePay). Today a friend of mine and I stopped into the store to get some funny Christmas cards. He complained about the high prices of their Hallmark cards. Me, I bought a 5 x 7 comical Christmas card today (see pic) which was $3.85 after tax. This is a little pricey, but their selection is supposed to be much better than at most stores. Though today, I did not notice their selection being as good as I would hope. Perhaps a lot of people have already bought Christmas cards here this year. Nevertheless, my friend and I have found suitable cards today, Merry Christmas, and a happy new year!

Initially we were…read moregetting ridiculous quotes from other contractors/ architects for our kitchen remodel which included the removal of two walls, gutting the existing kitchen, installing a new attic access hatch, modifying an exterior window, installation of new cabinets and countertops. Brian walked us through different pricing options and worked patiently with us to choose the best one. The field team mobilized quickly and were very friendly and easy to work with. There was a slight miscommunication during the project, but Brian worked through the issue and resolved it quickly and we were happy with how it all turned out. John and Brian were more than willing to have conversations on how to resolve some conflicts given that our house is over 100 years old and wasn't the easiest to work with! C3 was very easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process C3 exceeded our timeline expectations and continually hit milestones throughout construction. We ended up removing the cabinet and countertop installation from C3's scope, as the manufacture could warranty them if they installed. There was however a delay with the countertop install, so we had to ask C3 to come back at a later date. We were nervous that our project would get pushed back after the countertops were installed, but Brian and John were able to work with our schedule shifts and came back quickly to finish the job. After C3 demobilized from the jobsite, we had a few painting touchups and they quickly came out to fix and repair.
