Tried to go into store with family and was immediately told to leave my things outside rudely. Never going back.

HOMEGOODS @ BELLEVUE…read more This HomeGoods is right next to Trader Joe's, it can get pretty busy especially finding parking on the weekends, so be aware! The selection was great, they had all sorts of things from home decor, kitchen, bedding, really anything, all was good and decent pricing. I found a great deal of a set of knives for just $26, and it was a steal! Some things were even locked up which was surprising, like literally blankets or bed sheets were needed for assistance. The place itself was MESSY. There was boxes on the ground that workers were unloading (i'd assume they unload after people leave/before the store opens) but no they were doing it right in the middle of a section, pretty inconvenient and messy. There were also random carts full of stuff from workers that were left abandoned and took SO much space. Home goods is already small and squished, no need for random carts to be in the middle of things. Overall, the place still had good finds, there was a lot of people on a Saturday, so i'd recommend coming by on a weekday.

Three stars for the crowded aisles. Like for real. Very narrow and claustrophobic. I know. I know…read more It's HomeGoods. They sell a ton of stuff! Basically a sort of fancy thrift store. There are good deals to be had here for sure. And the service was excellent. I had a gift certificate so here I am. I'm focused and looking particular items. Some throw pillows, a photo frame, and maybe a few bath items. The parking lot is next to Trader Joe's so be careful! Enjoy your life. SYOY.

With a heavy japandi influence that still feels very useful for a PNW lifestyle. This is one of those places where you can easily spend $500 on a few things or $50 on 5 things. If you're looking for a gift for "that person that has everything" -- Woodland Mod would be my recommendation to find the perfect niche gift. From greeting cards to artwork and Japanese garden sheers. This isn't a place where you go in with a shopping list, you kinda just let the store show you what you want. This is my second time stopping by during the Ballard Farmers market on Sundays. I'm sure that this is when they are most busy, but there's a nice flow where you don't feel too cramped with everyone else shopping.

Impossible to go in here and not find at least three things you'd like to buy. We always enjoy a…read morestop into Woodland Mod when we are tooling around Ballard on a lazy weekend afternoon. The store is a popular stop and always busy with customers. Service isn't overly hovering, but everyone has been generally friendly. They seem to source from Scandinavian and Japanese design styles mostly offering lots of cool art and things to furnish your home with. The prices definitely suggest that this is more of a gift spot than an everyday place to get your home goods, but there is always something beautiful and practical for the home to lust after here.

Cute gift in home store on Main Street in old town, Bellevue. Even though I work in Bellevue, I…read moreprobably haven't been to this neighborhood since before Covid. I used to come down here often but now it takes 20 minutes to get there instead of five in the old days. The window display grabbed my attention because it had a lot of cute new jellycats. Went inside and they had a small section of new Jellycats, picked up two of the Valentine's Day macaroons and looked at a couple others. They had several great sale items at 70% off. Overall, the store is super cute and the owner and the person that were working there were super nice and friendly. I find the other reviews hard to believe but maybe they've changed over the years. Would definitely stop in here again if I was looking for a gift or the latest in JellyCats..

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Hedge & Vine in Bellevue…read more When we walked in, the white woman working there did not greet us at all. No "hello," no acknowledgment nothing. Almost immediately after, another white customer came in and she greeted her and began helping her right away. The difference in treatment was very noticeable. Throughout the time we were in the store, she kept looking at me in a strange and uncomfortable way. It felt like we were being judged rather than welcomed as paying customers. There was no effort to assist us, check on us, or make us feel comfortable in the space. Customer service should be equal and respectful to everyone who walks through the door. Instead, I left feeling ignored and singled out. I don't take accusations like this lightly, but the experience genuinely felt discriminatory. I hope management takes this seriously and evaluates how customers are being treated. No one should feel unwelcome in a business because of how they look.

My initial review was based on when it was located in Downtown Bellevue across from Bellevue and…read morestill know as Cost Plus. Since then, it has moved to Crossroads into the former Barnes & Noble space across from QFC and has updated its official name to World Market. The first impressions of the store mentioned before still are valid. It has a great selection of home decor, kitchen supplies and specialty food items. Particularly international foods that are hard to find elsewhere. The location itself is a lot more convenient as it is closer to my home than the other location, which is a huge plus. However, I knocked a star as it can be hard to determine the current stock of products at the store when checking online. I have made numerous online purchases on the website for store pickup as they offer a discount for this option. However, I have experienced many instances when a product I ordered was unavailable even though the website said it was. Particularly on items where the stock shows that there are a few left. If you order online, just be aware that the store may not have it available, especially if the website says they are close to selling out.

- horrible pickup process -…read more I placed an online order, and it was ready to be picked up after 3 hours. Yup, it takes them 3 hours to fill my order with two items, and one of them is out of stock but they didn't update it on my pickup notification. I went in, waited in line for it. Then when it was my turn, the cashier was gonna help me out but someone else came to line up, so she told me she has to help her first. So I had to wait for her to finish the order first before she could fetch my stuff in the back. When that was done, she went to the back and brought me one of them items. They weren't gonna give me a receipt so I had no clue the other item was out of stock, so I asked her where that is.. then someone else came and she had to help her first of course, so I waited forever for her to go to the back.. and eventually she came back and told me the item was out of stock so they didn't charge for it. I had no notification of that, so I asked for a copy of that piece of paper with the info, then she told me to take a pix. . It's weird how disconnected and inefficient this whole pickup process is. And the fact that I had to keep waiting for other people is highly unacceptable and the whole process took 20 minutes or more .. this is my first time placing an online order, and also the last time.
