It's consistently super stocked, and the employees have always been really nice! Stopped by on Labor Day and was happy to see that they were open. Worked out perfectly since we were already walking around the area. They had SO much fun seasonal stuff out. This location always seems to have one of the best selections and the most stock compared to others I've been to. It was definitely a little tricky to navigate some areas because there were large carts of merchandise out, but like any HomeGoods... with some patience and a willingness to dig around a little, you never know what you'll find! Although some sections were so packed with stuff that I was scared to move anything because I felt like one wrong move would bring everything down... Throughout the time we were in the store, she kept looking at me in a strange and uncomfortable way. It felt like we were being judged rather than welcomed as paying customers. There was no effort to assist us, check on us, or make us feel comfortable in the space. Customer service should be equal and respectful to everyone who walks through the door. Instead, I left feeling ignored and singled out. I don't take accusations like this lightly, but the experience genuinely felt discriminatory. They weren't gonna give me a receipt so I had no clue the other item was out of stock, so I asked her where that is.. then someone else came and she had to help her first of course, so I waited forever for her to go to the back.. and eventually she came back and told me the item was out of stock so they didn't charge for it. I had no notification of that, so I asked for a copy of that piece of paper with the info, then she told me to take a pix. . It's weird how disconnected and inefficient this whole pickup process is.
