While I didn't buy anything on this trip, I was looking for some ideas to fill a couple of pots I recently purchased at an estate sale, and - wow - did they have some great inspo. I appreciated that their plants appear to all be PNW-friendly varieties, available in everything from small starter varieties to full-sized, in-ground offerings. This isn't a fancy nursery, so there wasn't a lot of that extra stuff you find at other garden centers (like clothing, books, furniture, etc), but if you're looking for some local garden inspo I highly recommend them!

Mid-project, we began to ask questions and voiced concerns. That was just too much for the namby-pamby to handle, so we were treated to rude adjectives too unfair to justify any further interaction. We will pay fools to go away. We suggest future buyers beware of misplaced trust in the contracts of this company, in the word of this company's representatives, and in the quality of the work for which we paid but which was either incomplete, incompetently performed, and/or woefully inadequate. The laborers were polite and accommodating, with one nodding yes to every query (?language skill deficit) and the other learning by Google as he tried to do some job he obviously didn't know how to do while lacking supervision or timely project oversight and management. In the end, we went elsewhere to have our job done. Classic got money for what they should have done. In their dreams we are pleased.

The quote was right on what I wanted to spend, and he adjusted it for us a couple times after my husband and I discussed it more. We had them install eight standard honeycomb shades, one motorized shade for a very high window, and one exterior shade on the second floor. We've been extremely happy with the shades, and wish we'd replaced our ancient blinds sooner. We went with the double honeycomb style, and the difference in temperature is noticeable. We booked the install within a week or two of their estimate, which seemed reasonable to me. A tie-down broke for the exterior shade broke during installation, and rather than waiting for a spare to get shipped, they found one in their storage and came back to fix it. Throughout the process, both Jason and Eric were responsive to questions -- friendly and helpful. When I accidentally wrote a check from the wrong bank account, they were totally understanding even though it was 100% on me. I had a question a couple months after install, which they answered promptly. I would definitely use their services again.
