Terrible letdown, disappointing and I can go on, but I'll stop here. I visited this iconic restaurant on Saturday expecting an experience like the Wisconsin Avenue location. But this is where all of the problem started. The staff have no idea what they're doing and the food spoke volumes I ordered a cheesesteak and it was dry. It had no flavor, and it was expensive! There's a language issue at this location. This guy didn't even know how to hollow out a hoagie roll so that the meat can easily sit inside of the bun. Guy places one slice of cheese on the sub and then proceeded to cut it up to allow it to melt. Why???? And about five or six slivers of onions. I'm not sure how involved the owner is in the success of this restaurant but if he doesn't get involved soon, this place is gonna close. There were no customers inside the restaurant and I guarantee you if they keep making food as bad as this they won't be around much longer at this location. This is a real review and I'm going to attach the receipt to this posting

Stopped in to see when this burger joint which has taken over the spot previously held by BGR is going to be open. To my surprise they were up and running! The owner welcomed me in exclaiming I was just in time for a free meal. They seemed to doing to test run with their staff, and pretty quickly I had a double cheeseburger and fries in front of me. The owner checking with me over and over to see what I thought and what they might do differently (cook the fries longer? Etc) The food was excellent and it will be nice to have a decent burger joint in the area again.

We sent him links to three great Herndon eateries. He responded, "Oh, Jimmy's has the menu with the most to offer." Fast forward, we're at JOTT - I order my fav - the Buffalo Wrap...so good! Hubs orders his fav - the Philly Cheesesteak. Our friend, the world traveler ordered the noodle soup - which he devoured - and, the salmon salad. He clearly enjoyed his meal. A few days later, he's traveling again and reviewed a meal at a place in another town, in another country... "The salmon was just OK. The server was attentive and cool, never rushing us but never disappearing for too long. The Guinness pours werent the best but its not an Irish bar. The buffalo wings, both mild and medium, were perfectly saucy and crispy with a good quality meat used. The potato skins shouldn't be slept on either, they were quite tasty and cheesy. We did get two mains, the chili mac and the chicken parm sub. Both were pretty mid- not bad but not as amazing as the appetizers. The chili mac should have been made on actual spaghetti and I think it would jazz it up. The chicken parm sub was good but too dry. Overall good service, good vibes, amazing apps.

The food was absolutely incredible -- the burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service. Our server, Coleman, was so kind, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout our visit. On top of that, the manager, Adrian Hernandez, personally came by our table multiple times to check in, made sure our food allergies were carefully handled, and went out of his way to ensure every detail of our meal was just right. His attention and genuine care really elevated our entire experience. As a family with a special needs child, dining out can sometimes be challenging, but the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. They were incredibly patient, kind, and very attentive to our needs, which meant so much to us. This wasn't just a great meal -- it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

It provides a steakhouse-like burger experience, with an extensive wine list and a variety of cocktails. We visited for breakfast, and their breakfast burger was excellent--juicy and satisfying. The pancake was simple yet delicious, topped with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and plenty of blueberries. The applewood-smoked bacon and egg on a brioche burger were okay. However, the coffee was disappointing: the cappuccino was too acidic, and the café latte was more like a café au lait with lots of milk. Service was adequate, but the upscale ambiance felt outdated and in need of upgrades. The nearby parking garage operated by Hyatt charges for parking, unlike other garages in Reston Town Center, which are free on Sundays. Street parking is also free on Sundays with a 2-hour limit, so avoid parking at the Hyatt garage.

This was my second visit to this location…read more As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff members. They let me check out the place before being seated. The bar area is self-seating.I chose to sit in the bar area...the only remaining big table with high chairs/table...it was packed! The happy hour is pretty awesome here. They have daily happy hour from 4-6 pm, which is pretty awesome, starting early and ending late. There is also a power hour from 3-6, where everything on the happy hour menu is $5, which is a little early!! The menu includes regular bar food and a variety of drinks (as shown in the picture). We ordered the following: -Let that "man"go - in general it's an iced drink, so I'd avoid. -Spicy pina marg - another iced drink. It was ok. -I'm Ron Burgundy (2x)- this had a nice strong coffee flavor, doesn't come with ice; I would highly recommend it...they made it so good!!! -Maker's mini nachos - There proportion of chips to toppings was off there wasn't enough toppings and too many chips, but there was a lot of cheese. -Calamari was a good portion, and tasty -Chicken tenders - they were delicious and moist There are so many items to choose from on the power hour/happy hour menu. I would definitely recommend lil B and the wings. There was live music, which was just way too loud for such a small space. We would have been okay with all the music. There is plenty of parking available in nearby garages, I believe free after 5pm. There is also timed/paid parallel parking. Would I return? definitely!
