After his normal business hours, he still made time to come over and help me out. Not only did he order the parts for me at a deep discount, but instead of just knocking the job out himself, he patiently walked me through the entire process step by step. He showed me exactly how to do it so I could handle it myself should the need ever come up in the future. What really stood out, though, was what a genuinely kind and sincere person he is. From my brief interaction with him, he seems to be a true family man. He lit up talking about his kids and how important it is to him to put them through good schools and give them the best opportunity in life he can. He shared how truly blessed he feels being able to help others through his landscaping business, and how that allows him to take care of his family in return.
