Just spoke to a yurz representative - they said that they represent Google, will put me at the top of Google because of the relationship they have with Google - this is fraudulent - also said that I would be the only local realtor allowed there - they use pay-per-click advertising to put you at the top of Google. The representative then became loud, hostile, and rude when I told him that I was not interested. read more

DON'T EVEN TALK WITH THESE LYING CREEPS!!! Any good review is from them. It is so not worth the frustration. It's impossible to actually reach them to discuss anything especially cancellation. I am still fighting my credit card company and filing a claim with the BBB. Horrible experience! read more

Update: Even worse, I called to try and get a refund and they contested me on every possible ground. They are sneaky and unethical because even if I dispute the credit card charge, I can't argue my point of their negligence of not calling me about setting up my webpage because the way they charge me for services rendered was for the google ad search phrase and they claim the website part is "free." Unbelievable. Never do business with them! read more

They call you and like a used car salesperson become very aggressive as you keep saying no. They bash every other company that is there in business and when I asked him questions like how big is your company - "I don't know.. maybe 50 full time or less.. maybe 20 ???" Now here is a company which thinks they are better than everyone and is so desperate for making that 159 dollars.. Horrible sales experience read more

Oh my gosh Daryl, when I said I wasn't interested I meant it. You're talking to Realtors, we are sworn to be good honest integral people and know when you are not. Your catty remarks turned me off to YURZ. MSN, BING, and Yahoo are inferior search engines as of this moment and most people already know this. YURZ- reminds me of Mongolian temporary housing YURT- bad name in my opinion. read more

Total Rip off!!!! Once they get your cc info they won't stop charging you even after you cancel THREE times. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Please beware! They make amazing promises but you get NOTHING but charges! read more

This is the worse service I've ever tried. When they call you they promise a website, somebody is going to call you, and if you decide to cancel won't be any hassle. I tried to access my website, and my antivirus didn't allow me warning to be very dangerous. Nobody called me as they promised, and now I'm on the phone for more than 20 minutes and they don't answer the phone. Still waiting. I will cancel it. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Unfortunately, I did. read more

Can't get anybody on the phone when I select customer. But as a new customer I get a person. Not sure what is going on. Our website is not up and we need to make changes to our Facebook page. After about an hour on the phone with them they couldn't send us an email at all for access to the fb page they made. They are advertising other companies on your page. We are cancelling today. read more

Not even worth one star. This company is the worst ever. The sales person will give you a lot of BS that sounds great. They set up a phony site that had a lot of phony information that I was unaware of. Did not let me know they did that and just charged me. Even though I was told it would not start until I gave them my information. Just plan TERRIBLE!!!!!! Stay way! If you see any positive reviews it's made up! read more

Didn't drive traffic to my site so I've been trying to cancel for about two months. They make this very hard... Called, waited in queue for over 20 min, then to my surprise a person called me and said they couldn't help me but had a rep who could take my call now. Then transferred to queue for another forever hold. This happened three times. Finally gave up on the phone and sent an email requesting my service be canceled - no response until a phone call from yurz - problem is the same thing happened. I can't help with that but I have a rep available now. Then, you guessed it - transferred to queue to hold. Looks like the *only* way to cancel is to request a dispute with Visa and cancel my card.!!! By far the most terrible experience ever!!!!!!!!! read more

Yurz - Just don't do it. Not worth your time, let alone the $159. Yurz - First they pressure you into signing up. Second, the numbers they give you sound good, but they are hiding facts. If you sign up for a TERM it is that Exact Term. Typically a specific term gets about 500 views in a month if you are lucky. A view is not traffic ! That will translate into MAYBE 5 clicks to your site. That is $15.90 per click which is VERY VERY HIGH COST. I signed up and asked them to not start until I got back from Vacation, so I could get everything set up on My End. They started right away. The day after the Yurz system started, the server web site started to get 1000's of login attempts to the WP backend from Russia and China; That was the day after what they put live. This was treated as an Attach by the servers. Then when I got back from vacation, I asked them to change the Ad's to correctly reflect what I needed it to say. That NEVER Occured. Then they decided to redirect all traffic to some web site they made up as part of their system. So the web site that was set up to handle the traffic was not even used. There are many other things that they failed to accomplish and even thou it is $159, it is not a good use of your marketing dollars... PERIOD. They say I can't get a refund.... But they did not deliver what they said they would do and it appears that either them or someone else attacks web sites shortly after they come on line - 1000's of times per second. Causing the web site to operate slowly.... The credit card company said I can because they did not deliver what they said they would. Yurs - the worst system I have seen... Hands Down. read more

Three words...DON'T DO IT! Good sales pitch, horrible delivery. I was a customer for 8 months @ $159/month. Never could find my website using the search terms I was paying for. When I finally cancelled, they admitted something went wrong, maybe they could give me a free month. But the free month was contingent upon me going back on auto renew which I wouldn't agree to so the rep suggested we just part ways. Thanks for makin' things right with your customer, Yurz...NOT. read more

Got a call yesterday from a telemarketer with a typical advertising pitch. Everything would have been fine but apparently I had too many questions. When we got to the 20 minute mark, the telemarketer started getting agitated with me stating things like "we have been on the phone for how LONG and you STILL have questions?!?!?!" After he hung up on me, I looked around the internet and these guys' horrible reviews makes me glad he was so terrible! read more

This company is TERRIBLE! Run! Run far away! They scam you to pay for services that most brokerages already do! They make a website and promise that when people google real estate in your area that you are the first person on the search engine. Wrong! And then when you try to cancel or get a refund they try and sell you on more promises and offering 50% of your next bill. Don't do it!! read more

I have received several calls from the company, including from Jason - who apologized. Normally this would impress me, and it did, but all it ever did was result in a discount to their services, already high - so always a pitch. But Teresa's post stating we've cleared something up feels aggressive; we haven't. I don't like it. It's a lie. I've never felt like this is an organization I want to work with. read more

Any successful realtor knows that good business comes from REFERRAL and REPEAT clients. But it most definitely does know hurt to be exclusive on the front page of Google with a free website and no contract. If your new, give them a shot , if your established give them a shot. If their price point which is almost too good to be true is too much then ask yourself if you should be a realtor. If you need advice email me and I'll tell you Keep it simple and that's what they do and so far its been very effective. read more

I got a Call from a Yurz sales person today. She was very insistant I needed to sign up today, that the 'special' she was offering me would no longer be available and there was NO Contact Number to call them back. That turned me off. Being a Realtor we get bombarded with sales pitches and if a co. cannot let thier potential client do some due diligance and investigate if this is a good way to spend advertising dollars, then that throws up a red flag. read more

Service is great because the want to keep you going, but at the end of the day it's a useless product. Always another reason to convince you not to cancel. Used for too long got ZERO calls, ZERO business. Received TWO calls from Prospective YURZ customers. read more

Over priced with below average services! Expect long delays in communication with staff, and delays and mistakes in their "updates" to your site. When you call in, the account reps are uninformed and rude. It took over 15 minutes on a call to answer a simple question and then James, the rep, hung up on me when I said thank you. Needless to say, we've transferred our hosting services to Wix, which is half price and has much more contemporary site design and hosting services. Don't waste your time! I can't believe how subpar, overpriced, and incompetent Yurz is. read more

I was contacted last week by a sales associate over at Yurz. As someone who's done real estate for 8 years I get calls all the time and usually don't even give them the time of day. However, Mike (my sales rep), was talking to me about things that i knew would actually help by business. They took care of giving my website a makeover and helping me set up all my social business pages that I didn't know how to market. They even assigned me a personal account manager that I can call anytime. They made it personal and about the client, thats why I felt compelled to write this review. For any other realtors, I would definitely recommend this company. read more

Yurz web design has produced very good content quickly. Our website design looks beautiful, and we've gotten good results for our business thru Facebook as well. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life. Even if they were good at what they say they do (which from the reviews and from my client's experience, they are not), it would not be an excuse for poor customer service. My client called requesting her domain name transferred back to her that she purchased and Yurz used to build her a site (which she cancelled because she was not happy with them), and they were so difficult about it, refusing to forward us a simple email from GoDaddy with codes to complete the transfer. Michelle from customer service was extremely rude and uncooperative and after 4 calls back and forth, I had to get GoDaddy on the phone to explain to them what they needed to do. When I asked her if she could then update my client when they finally took care of what we needed, she told me she didn't know when it would be because these things take time. Just horrible customer service. I'm glad I'm not the only one now that I look at all the reviews and I wish I could have steered my client in a different direction in the first place. read more

I was a customer of Yurz for a couple of years. I decided to cancel in July of 2018. I found a better deal somewhere else. I was on hold for over 45 minutes until I finally got a live human being. I told her I wanted to cancel and she understood and said that we were done. Fast forward to today, January 24, 2019. I got a call from their customer service asking me how I was liking Yurz. I told her that I had canceled back in July. She told me that I did not cancel and that yes I placed the call and the reason they haven't charged me for six months is because I placed the call to them but now they were going to start charging me again because they were still giving me the service. In fact they did charge me this month without my authorization. They told me that someone had to call me to verify that I canceled and that they had tried to reach me. Nobody tried to reach me and they are full of BS. When I canceled back in July I was told I did not need to do anything else. Now I have to call my credit card company tomorrow and dispute the charge because they told me they would not refund my card. They said it was an authorized charge. It wasn't. I canceled their service and now they have the nerve to start charging me again. What they did was THEFT. Charging a card that is not authorized by its user is STEALING. Don't ever do business with these people. They are thieves. read more

Buyer Beware!!! If you want to loose time and money sign up with YURZ. Once you sign up, your money is non refundable. For approximately 3 months I did not receive one text, email, or phone call. It generated Zero activity. Customer serivice reps are very nice and upbeat, but that will not help your check book or lost time on the phone. I hope this helps someone out there to make a better decision than the one I did. read more

I am very disappointed with Yurz service and program. I was called by Yurz sales marketing people in may, who presented me with a very nice offer. As per this representative, they were running a special for $99.00 per month for 3 months. I had to accept that offer at that time, in order for Yurz to maintain that price. It looked good and I agree with the deal. They were nice, polite, offered me a nice web page, but the words used to capture placement on Google were not efficient. I had no clicks during the 21/2 months What really bothered me, was that I never received an statement regarding the charges nor the agreement letter for the service. Last week I received a text form my American Express card showing a $199.00 from Yurz, I got very mad. We had not comply with the 3 months yet, and they were charging the regular amount. I called Yurz and the Jake answered me , saying that it was the charge and that there was never a $99.00 a month program. He said they sent me an email when I signed up and all was explained there. I told him I have never had received that email, and asked him to forward me the email in which I could see the date and the time it was sent. Jake sent me an email, but not the one Yurz had sent me on the day I agreed with the service. I was a battle for more than an hour- Jake going around my questions, without answering them directly. I was trying to get a manager on the phone and Jake avoided putting a manger on the phone to answer my question directly. To conclude I lost 3 months of payments, wiht no chance to get a refund! DO NOT USE YURZ. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DON'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT THE OFFER. read more

I have never been treated so poorly by customer service specialists in my life. My wife got scammed into this fraudulent product several months ago. They never followed up or finished setting up the product but don't worry they still billed us $199.00 a month for a service that does nothing!!! I was treated so rudely by Christian and Brandon today that I would be embarrassed if this was my company. I offered to let them keep the first SCAM payment of $199 and just asked for May, June and July since it was never set up, never generated 1 lead or call. I would warn everyone to run like hell! Especially new realtors who are not used to all the scam phone calls. read more

They need to be shut down! Complete scam! They hope you are too busy to check on them. This company collected a monthly fee and provided no add in google. I called the company to cancel because they were not doing what they promised to do. I asked him where was my google add? He kept trying to avoid talking about the google add. I asked him to focus on the add and he said he could see it and I was getting a lot of consumer traffic. He said to refresh my web browser and to make sure I was using google chrome, which I was using Google Chrome. I refreshed multiple times with no results. He was surprised I couldn't see it. I asked him to copy the page and email me the add. He then put me on hold and cancelled my account. read more

Like many of the other reviewers, I also purchased the $159 realtor google ad package. As soon as I hung up the phone I decided to check out the reviews just to make sure (something I would have normally done BEFORE purchasing something). After reading the many bad reviews I decided to cancel. I must say, my customer experience was much different than most of the other reviews here. While the customer service rep did try to keep my business as expected, they did not keep me on hold for long periods of time or refuse to give me a refund. Good job Yurz customer service!. read more

I have been paying them about $200 a month for a long time. I bought into I don't have to do anything and it works seamlessly without me having to do anything. I just discovered the Business Facebook Page they built for me, I could not even access to see the people who "like the page." I finally got to talk to someone there and get administrative support and then when I was able to find the 260 people who like my page, I not only don't know any of them, but, I am in the United States and they all speak another language, which looks like Arabic or Portuguese. So, I really don't think any of these people are really trying to buy homes in Georgia!!!!! And, absolutely no one called me as result of the Facebook page they set up. read more

I have never written a review on anyone or any company. Honestly I have a hard time given them one star. Like many others have said if you are not getting the results you expected or promised they make it almost impossible to cancel. I have been on the phone several times trying to cancel for 43 plus minutes only to have someone get in the phone and say it is another hour wait and they will have someone call me back which they don't. Lots of promises. They say they call you back but we never had a message. I guess they think people with their own business just pick up the phone with all the random 800 sales / marketing calls we get everyday. We have asked them to set a time to call to no avail. Instead of calling they send BS emails trying to resell you and so you cannot cancel. Terrible. read more

I signed up for this service and PLEASE before you make the same mistake, read the reviews. Not only did I get absolutely nothing for my money, but try and cancel.....you are on hold forever, they disconnect from you and then tell you they have a recording saying you did not stop your service. I will now close my checking account so they no longer can bill me. Total rip off!! read more

Horrible. Was on phone for 1.5 hours and still have no confirmation of cancellation. Not one call. Got access to google analytics which proved not one click in 4.5 months. Don't sign on with this company. I cancelled it over a year ago. My credit card had been stolen so I gave them a number of a card I never use to charge the last month to. Only to realize last month that I have been on autopay for this credit card and they have still been billing me. I have talked to someone twice since then but the "one person" who can cancel my account is absent and she will call me tomorrow. But no return phone call. I am fed up. Don't get ripped off like I have. I am looking into what I can do to file against this company for the $2,000 more or less they have stolen from me. read more

While I was speaking with a Yurz rep I was reading these reviews. I'm mainly an investor but I don't mind an extra client now and then but this place is obviously not quite legit. 1.) they claim bing is the most used search engine....obviously false. it's google by over 3x 2.)They can't send any literature and will only do business through phone. 3.)They won't allow you to think about it as it is a "one time opportunity" I had better things to do with my morning. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up w/ them. They pressured me into trying the service, within 3 months I knew it was a waste of a lot of money so I called to cancel. Of course you have to spend a lot of time on the phone just to try to cancel & then someone has to call you back (they make it a hassle to cancel). Then when they call back they are full of new ideas of something else that can work, etc. etc.. While they were setting up a new website they agreed to push back the billing date several times while it was being put together & to give it a chance to work. It never worked, I called to cancel & it turns out they had already billed me again & won't credit it back. BUYER BEWARE! I sure wouldn't be successful in my business if I treated my clients that way! read more
