Buyer Beware!!!! It appears that several others had the same experience I had. Do your homework and check out this company first. Asking good questions exposed this company for what it really is. FAKE!! I simply asked the telemarketer how is their customer service. He said great. I asked for their phone number and he didn't want to give up the phone number instead going back to his hard sell script. What an idiot. He then said they don't do call backs after I asked several times for the sales office phone number. The red flags just kept popping up. The telemarketer for this company was only after my credit card number. It was so obvious that it was sickening. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had given it to this thief. Well, read the comments below and it's obvious what will happen. The telemarketer got angry when I told him I will have to check out the reviews of your company before I make any decision. A good company would not have anything to hide, but this is not one of them. Yeah, the guy I spoke to was a real clown and a first rate idiot. Next time I get a call like this I am going to irritate the caller. Make it personal by asking for his/her full name. How long have they been with the company and where did you work before working for this fake company? Did you go to college? I think they will hang up the phone on me and get the message. Excellent Tip: If you are contacted by a telemarketer selling you a service/product that you want to check out. It's obvious to check them out online with some Googling. However, most of these bad companies have non-existent support or customer service. Simply call them posing as a customer having problems and you'll quickly notice it's a shell company. It's just a front to rip you off. In my case they were in fear of giving me any of their numbers and the caller ID for the incoming call displayed anonymous. I also believe many of the inflated reviews for this company are from friends and employees of the owner of the company. I wish there was a way to stop this type scam. They make a website and promise that when people google real estate in your area that you are the first person on the search engine. Wrong! Just spoke to a yurz representative - they said that they represent Google, will put me at the top of Google because of the relationship they have with Google - this is fraudulent - also said that I would be the only local realtor allowed there - they use pay-per-click advertising to put you at the top of Google. When you call in, the account reps are uninformed and rude. It took over 15 minutes on a call to answer a simple question and then James, the rep, hung up on me when I said thank you. Didn't drive traffic to my site so I've been trying to cancel for about two months. They make this very hard... Called, waited in queue for over 20 min, then to my surprise a person called me and said they couldn't help me but had a rep who could take my call now. Then transferred to queue for another forever hold. This happened three times. Finally gave up on the phone and sent an email requesting my service be canceled - no response until a phone call from yurz - problem is the same thing happened. I can't help with that but I have a rep available now. Then, you guessed it - transferred to queue to hold. Yurz - Just don't do it. Not worth your time, let alone the $159. Yurz - First they pressure you into signing up. Second, the numbers they give you sound good, but they are hiding facts. If you sign up for a TERM it is that Exact Term. Typically a specific term gets about 500 views in a month if you are lucky. A view is not traffic ! That will translate into MAYBE 5 clicks to your site. That is $15.90 per click which is VERY VERY HIGH COST. I signed up and asked them to not start until I got back from Vacation, so I could get everything set up on My End. They started right away. The day after the Yurz system started, the server web site started to get 1000's of login attempts to the WP backend from Russia and China; That was the day after what they put live. This was treated as an Attach by the servers. Then when I got back from vacation, I asked them to change the Ad's to correctly reflect what I needed it to say. That NEVER Occured. Then they decided to redirect all traffic to some web site they made up as part of their system. So the web site that was set up to handle the traffic was not even used. There are many other things that they failed to accomplish and even thou it is $159, it is not a good use of your marketing dollars... PERIOD. They say I can't get a refund.... But they did not deliver what they said they would do and it appears that either them or someone else attacks web sites shortly after they come on line - 1000's of times per second. Causing the web site to operate slowly.... The credit card company said I can because they did not deliver what they said they would. Yurs - the worst system I have seen... Hands Down. read more

I was a customer of Yurz for a couple of years. I decided to cancel in July of 2018. I found a better deal somewhere else. I was on hold for over 45 minutes until I finally got a live human being. I told her I wanted to cancel and she understood and said that we were done. Fast forward to today, January 24, 2019. I got a call from their customer service asking me how I was liking Yurz. I told her that I had canceled back in July. She told me that I did not cancel and that yes I placed the call and the reason they haven't charged me for six months is because I placed the call to them but now they were going to start charging me again because they were still giving me the service. In fact they did charge me this month without my authorization. They told me that someone had to call me to verify that I canceled and that they had tried to reach me. Nobody tried to reach me and they are full of BS. When I canceled back in July I was told I did not need to do anything else. Now I have to call my credit card company tomorrow and dispute the charge because they told me they would not refund my card. They said it was an authorized charge. It wasn't. I canceled their service and now they have the nerve to start charging me again. What they did was THEFT. Charging a card that is not authorized by its user is STEALING. When we got to the 20 minute mark, the telemarketer started getting agitated with me stating things like "we have been on the phone for how LONG and you STILL have questions?!?!?!" However, Mike (my sales rep), was talking to me about things that i knew would actually help by business. They took care of giving my website a makeover and helping me set up all my social business pages that I didn't know how to market. I have been paying them about $200 a month for a long time. I bought into I don't have to do anything and it works seamlessly without me having to do anything. I just discovered the Business Facebook Page they built for me, I could not even access to see the people who "like the page." I finally got to talk to someone there and get administrative support and then when I was able to find the 260 people who like my page, I not only don't know any of them, but, I am in the United States and they all speak another language, which looks like Arabic or Portuguese. So, I really don't think any of these people are really trying to buy homes in Georgia!!!!! And, absolutely no one called me as result of the Facebook page they set up. read more

I called the company to cancel because they were not doing what they promised to do. I asked him where was my google add? He kept trying to avoid talking about the google add. I asked him to focus on the add and he said he could see it and I was getting a lot of consumer traffic. He said to refresh my web browser and to make sure I was using google chrome, which I was using Google Chrome. I refreshed multiple times with no results. He was surprised I couldn't see it. As soon as I hung up the phone I decided to check out the reviews just to make sure (something I would have normally done BEFORE purchasing something). After reading the many bad reviews I decided to cancel. I must say, my customer experience was much different than most of the other reviews here. I have never written a review on anyone or any company. Honestly I have a hard time given them one star. Like many others have said if you are not getting the results you expected or promised they make it almost impossible to cancel. I have been on the phone several times trying to cancel for 43 plus minutes only to have someone get in the phone and say it is another hour wait and they will have someone call me back which they don't. Lots of promises. They say they call you back but we never had a message. I guess they think people with their own business just pick up the phone with all the random 800 sales / marketing calls we get everyday. We have asked them to set a time to call to no avail. Don't sign on with this company. I cancelled it over a year ago. My credit card had been stolen so I gave them a number of a card I never use to charge the last month to. Only to realize last month that I have been on autopay for this credit card and they have still been billing me. I have talked to someone twice since then but the "one person" who can cancel my account is absent and she will call me tomorrow. But no return phone call. I am fed up. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life. Even if they were good at what they say they do (which from the reviews and from my client's experience, they are not), it would not be an excuse for poor customer service. My client called requesting her domain name transferred back to her that she purchased and Yurz used to build her a site (which she cancelled because she was not happy with them), and they were so difficult about it, refusing to forward us a simple email from GoDaddy with codes to complete the transfer. Michelle from customer service was extremely rude and uncooperative and after 4 calls back and forth, I had to get GoDaddy on the phone to explain to them what they needed to do. When I asked her if she could then update my client when they finally took care of what we needed, she told me she didn't know when it would be because these things take time. Just horrible customer service. I'm glad I'm not the only one now that I look at all the reviews and I wish I could have steered my client in a different direction in the first place. read more

I am very disappointed with Yurz service and program. I was called by Yurz sales marketing people in may, who presented me with a very nice offer. As per this representative, they were running a special for $99.00 per month for 3 months. I had to accept that offer at that time, in order for Yurz to maintain that price. It looked good and I agree with the deal. They were nice, polite, offered me a nice web page, but the words used to capture placement on Google were not efficient. I had no clicks during the 21/2 months What really bothered me, was that I never received an statement regarding the charges nor the agreement letter for the service. Last week I received a text form my American Express card showing a $199.00 from Yurz, I got very mad. We had not comply with the 3 months yet, and they were charging the regular amount. I called Yurz and the Jake answered me , saying that it was the charge and that there was never a $99.00 a month program.He said they sent me an email when I signed up and all was explained there. I told him I have never had received that email, and asked him to forward me the email in which I could see the date and the time it was sent. Jake sent me an email, but not the one Yurz had sent me on the day I agreed with the service. I was a battle for more than an hour- Jake going around my questions, without answering them directly. I was trying to get a manager on the phone and Jake avoided putting a manger on the phone to answer my question directly. To conclude I lost 3 months of payments, wiht no chance to get a refund! I have never been treated so poorly by customer service specialists in my life. My wife got scammed into this fraudulent product several months ago. They never followed up or finished setting up the product but don't worry they still billed us $199.00 a month for a service that does nothing!!! I was treated so rudely by Christian and Brandon today that I would be embarrassed if this was my company. Being a new agent and understanding the value of marketing, the idea of having someone develop and maintain a webpage for me was definitely appealing, as was the promise of making my name more prominent on search engines for real estate. And since the contract was from month to month, I figured I would give it a try for the first month to see how it went, if I wasn't happy with the service I could cancel after that. I received nothing. No leads, no contact from anyone within the company to develop my website, NOTHING. Calling to speak with someone about my service and/or trying to cancel is made even more difficult due to the fact that you can't. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up w/ them. They pressured me into trying the service, within 3 months I knew it was a waste of a lot of money so I called to cancel. Of course you have to spend a lot of time on the phone just to try to cancel & then someone has to call you back (they make it a hassle to cancel). Then when they call back they are full of new ideas of something else that can work, etc. etc.. While they were setting up a new website they agreed to push back the billing date several times while it was being put together & to give it a chance to work.
