Service is mediocre at best. I had an "Account Manager" who I began communicating my needs - I found myself talking to no one. I learned a few days and emails later that Acct Manager Christian was "no longer with FlashBay"...Ugh, wasted time = wasted money. They didn't bother following up with me, I had to hunt someone down. Eventually Lauren got back to me and took over. Of course which meant I had to start over. I was very clear what I wanted - apparently not clear enough. A few emails back and forth and phone call wasn't clear enough to describe what I wanted. Long story short, miscommunication again on FlashBay's part.AGAIN.FAIL. I'm sorry, I don't care how "cheap" you are and how good your product appears to be..but if you can't keep service consistent..forget it..I don't want your service or your product. read more

Great service. Efficient ordering process. High quality products. I just order 100 USB key drives. They arrived 1 day sooner than promised and look great. I requested a quote at 10pm on Monday and had a complete quote the next morning in my inbox at 8am. Placed the order on Wednesday and had the drives delivered to the office the following Thursday. The salesperson (Charlie) was great. He gave me good advice on the logo placement and sizing. I wanted the logo size smaller, he recommended against going any smaller--good thing, because the result is the logo placement and sizing are perfect. read more

I found Flashbay on Yelp, and was connected to Mike for my order. I wanted the cheapest flashdrive to promote my 90s pop tribute band, but I had a little time, so Mike suggested he send me a free sample pack so I could see the other options. I'm so glad he did, because one of the samples was a logo snap bracelet with flashdrive attached. PERFECT for a 90s band, and really not that much more than the standard drive. Mike walked me through the process of getting him the logo file, and delivery was right on time. The bracelets looked AMAZING, and they ended up sending 4GB instead of 2GB (ran out of 2GB) as a bonus. These bracelets were THE hit promo item at the trade show we attended, and it really was all thanks to Mike and his outstanding customer service. I would recommend them to anyone for anything. BAD QUALITY CONTROL. Received very attractive box of sample flash drives but NOT ONE of them worked! Then they sent 2 more sample flash (thumb) drives and a mini speaker. Only 1 of the flash drives worked and the cap on it was so tight, nearly required a pair of pliers to remove. BOTTOM LINE: If you buy from Flashbay, highly suggest that you check EACH and EVERY piece or you might be sending little gifts to your customers that have the opposite effect you desire. read more

I wanted to write a review for Connor Kennedy unsolicited. Connor contacted me last week based on an inquiry I had made. I have never worked with someone as professional and quick as Connor. Connor called me right after sending me an introduction of Flashbay's products, I hadn't gotten to the email quite yet be when I did as we talked on the phone he walked me through the email and went above and beyond with taking our Logo from our website giving the best examples of the product as an example. Connor overnighted examples of all Flashbay products, my boss and I made the decision based on customer service to be honest. I could have shopped around but Connor has been so diligent I didn't want to. We made several changes to the design and quote, but ultimately went back to Connor's original design, because it was just that good. I have now put an order in and sent the tracking number for the check to Connor, his finance team approved the production, and Connor has kept in contact every step of the way. I have never worked with someone this great at their sales job. read more

Found the item I was looking for with a better look and better quality than I'd seen on other sites, and requested a quote. They were less expensive than the other guys for a better looking product! Since I needed delivery of logo-branded flash drives on relatively short notice, I was drawn to the company's claim that they would get me a quote in 15 minutes. I submitted the necessary information on a Thursday afternoon. When I had gotten no response by Friday afternoon, I called the company. The account manager I was connected to acknowledged that my request was in their system, and told me that only my account manager (Bernadette, he said) could help me. He said she would return my call shortly. It is now mid-day the following Monday, and I have heard nothing. It's too late now for me to get delivery in time, so I will not be ordering from this company. read more

I ordered from this company and not a good experience at all. At first I dealt with the Rep Jamie and my first initial conversation she offered to send me the free samples which I did not receive. She gave me a quote and compared to other companies they are the highest in price and charge $25 for shipping when almost every other company has free shipping and the product is the same quality. I thanked her for the quote and decided to go with another company. The next day I received a call from Jamie and I told her I decided to go with another company and she offered to match their price but I'd still have to pay for shipping. I told her thanks but no thanks. She then offered to wave the shipping and upgrade to mor gb's per unit and that I'd receive them in 5 days. As a competitive shopper, I couldn't refuse. I placed my order and after paying the 5 business guarantee was now 7 business days because of the holiday in the country they are manufactured in which Jamie failed to mention. Now my deadline didn't get met because of the error but the lady in the finance department assured me if I continue to do business with them in the future that my next order would be at a discounted price because of the mix up. I received my order and they look good. I reached out to Jamie to put in a larger order this time in hopes of everything going smoothly. At first I was told that the more you purchase the more you save. But this wasn't the case. She send me a quote that was far more than in price per unit and told me via email that they will not match the competitors price and the shipping cost will be applied. So I called to speak to Jamie and after being on hold for 10 minutes David answered and told me that Jamie was at lunch even though she had just sent me an email. I asked him why would my price per unit go up and his reply was they don't match prices with competitors even though that's how they earned my business to begin with. It's about price point with Flash Bay and not good customer service or being competitive and offering a good quality product and gaining loyal consumers. Why would I buy the same product for a higher price and pay for shipping when pretty much every other company is lower in price and has free shipping and the more you buy the more you save but not Flash Bay.
